On the Rocks - Great Port A Location!

We invite you to relax and enjoy our beautiful beach vacation home that is close to everything Port Aransas, Texas has to offer. This coastal retreat has 3 bedrooms, a welcoming open kitchen/dining/living area, 2 bathrooms, 2 private balconies, a large backyard and plenty of parking for several cars and/or a boat. Wireless connectivity throughout house. Cable television in the living room.

Home is 100% self-managed by the owner.

Pets and smoking on premises are not allowed and policy is strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding.

Home details:

Soft blues and whites bring a breezy coastal vibe throughout the home. Relax in the cozy living room and have a movie night around the 65 inch flat screen TV or gather around the large family dining table for board games and group meals.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a great meal during your stay and includes: stainless steel appliances, Calphalon cookware, coastal dishes and flatware, Keurig coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, blender, toaster, Crockpot, wine and cocktail glasses, assorted utensils, cookie sheets, pizza pan, cutting boards, etc.

Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 8 people with two king beds and a built-in double twin over twin bunk room. All bedrooms include 400-thread count sheets, cozy quilts, pillows and throw blankets. Master and guest king rooms have a 40 inch flat screen Smart TV that you can connect to using WiFi. Bunk room has a flat screen TV, DVD player (bring your movies) and Classic Nintendo preloaded with games for kids’ enjoyment. Ceiling fans in each room.

The front balcony offers comfortable seating and provides a fun place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds. The back balcony offers comfortable seating while overlooking the large private backyard and viewing the Port Aransas starry nights.

Rent a golf cart or bike nearby and cruise around the island in style! After your fun-filled day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower.

An initial supply of toiletry products is provided (2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, large paper towel roll, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, travel-size shampoo/conditioner and hand soap).

Come enjoy the beautiful island and make this your home away from home!

Beautiful house in perfect location

We loved everything about our stay! The house is well-appointed, very nicely decorated, and perfect for one or two families. The location allows for easy walks to shopping and restaurants, and a one minute drive to the beach. The only thing that we missed was a washer/dryer - we discussed this with Krista and I believe she is addressing the issue. Krista was always very attentive and always quick to respond to us via text. Thanks for everything! We plan to come back for our next Port A visit!

Beautiful and Clean!

This beach house was the perfect get away for us! It is close to the beach and has a great lay out for a relaxing vacation! The full kitchen and dining area is awesome! My kids and their friends enjoyed the bunk beds and game room set up! We will definitely book this house again!

Beautiful home, great location!

We can’t say enough about this beach house! Everything was so nice, updated, and new...all with an excellent location! Our kids absolutely loved the bunk room! We loved the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. The porch was a big hit too. The beach is only a short 2 min ride by golf cart. The location was perfect - we walked across the street for breakfast tacos, coffee and gelato! Being so centrally located, the restaurants, shops, grocery store and seafood market were only 2-4 blocks away. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and it could have easily housed another family between the additional bunks and guest room. The outside shower was a bonus coming from the beach and getting all the sand off us and our stuff. The owners were easy to work with, responded quickly to any questions we had, and provided detailed instructions on the house, checkin and check out procedures. Highly recommend this rental! We cannot wait to come back!! Thank you Barrett Family!
