Denna helt nya 280 graders översta våningen med utsikt över Avalons hamn och byn Avalon inklusive kasinot. 3 sovrum, alla med egna sviter. Köket innehåller nya rostfria Bosch apparater, tvålstenar och rostfria diskar, trägolv. Det finns också en alkov med 2 våningssängar med porthole fönster. Ett pulverbad intill stora rummet. Däck för avkoppling, solbadning och bar-b-que gör det här ett idealiskt sätt för en bortgång för hela familjen. Centralt beläget med bara 5 minuters promenad till centrum. Fullt möblerad med 5 TV och Direkt TV, Internet, fullt utrustat köksredskap, sängkläder.

Spacious with amazing views!

Love This Place

We absolutely loved this place. It was comfortable, clean and the views were amazing. It was amazing to go up on the rooftop deck every night and watch the moon come over the mountains and see the harbor lights. We loved it!

Amazing property

The owners of this property were simply amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. The house is stunningly beautiful and to be honest I'm surprised they even rent it out. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a memorable weekend at Catalina island.

Absolutely Perfect Catalina Getaway

The pictures and description on VRBO doesn’t do this place justice! The views are incredible, the amenities are amazing, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the golf cart is a major plus! The host was extremely thorough during the check-in process as well. My family and I will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Catalina!!!

Family Vacation

Gorgeous home with amazing views! Our family stayed in this beautiful home for a family vacation. The location was perfect and the views incredible. Having the golf cart was an added bonus. We will definitely be staying at this house again. Jan (property owner) was readily available and very easy to work with. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home.

Labor Day Gem

We have come every year to Catalina since my children were babies and have rented most of the island. We love this house the serenity and the views. Teenage kids love having their own space and separate entrance in this unit.

Catalina Gem

Don't miss out on your chance to stay at this property when visiting Catalina Island. Jan was a great host, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. We spent every night on the multiple decks, all with incredible views of Avalon Bay. The property's golf cart made grabbing groceries and exploring the island a breeze. We will be coming back to stay in the future!

We loved this place!

This beautiful home had everything for a perfect four day vacation with friends! The views were breathtaking and the golf cart made it easy to navigate the hill! The big screen TV in the great room made it the perfect place to watch football. We all appreciated the 3 bedrooms each having their very nice separate bathrooms! The spacious kitchen had everything to made it the perfect place! Thank you, Jan and Matt!

The Med with views!

Beautiful house, well equipped but the best thing is THE VIEW. Full harbor and ocean views for miles from 150’ above the harbor. Three outdoor decks provide varied sun and wind loads so you can move based on your preference. Highly recommended with 3 en-suite and an extra half bath too.

stunning house with beautiful views. The rooftop was larger than I expected and comfortable furniture. One of the best vrbo on the island. Jan was very responsive. I didn't realize there was not AC in the whole house, just bedrooms. that's typical on the island.

Wow! This property is incredible! The views from the main level and private rooftop viewing deck are phenomenal! We spent 5 days at the house and we were awed by the views throughout the entire stay. Yes, the nighttime and sunrise pictures are from the rooftop viewing deck! Like I said, WOW!There's plenty of seating in the living room and on the rooftop deck, and the kitchen has everything you need. And the ability to use the house's golf cart was a huge benefit ... we used it daily to explore Avalon and the surrounding areas, as well as go shopping and to dinner. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this house and our time there. Jan was very helpful and the check-in process went smoothly.We will most definitely be staying here again during our next visit to Catalina!

The absolute best place I could have ever imagined staying! I got married on the island and wanted a place to stay and get ready in. This by far exceeded all my expectations!
