Family weekend

Great location! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the parking is not great if u have more than one vehicle for some units, and the carpet on the stairs definitely needed a good cleaning in our unit. But other than that overall it was a great stay and the pool area was great! Close to the beach, restaurants and gift shops.

Hurricane Beryl

Communication during the approach of hurricane Beeyl was great. We were informed of the possibility of an evacuation and then evacuation. I loved being able to wash our clothes and towels! We slept well on the comfortable beds. It was nice having the three bathrooms so we didn’t have to wait a super long time to get showered. I would suggest if you want something fixed to tell them it’s urgent. We had a broken toilet and I said it wasn’t urgent so it was not fixed during our stay. We called when our door didn’t work and the staff I spoke to was super friendly and had someone there within an hour. They gave us the lock combination to the key so we could get in right away!

It was fine

I was very excited to stay on this property since we had a great experience last time but it was a different unit. This unit was nice however the toilet in the bunk room wouldn’t flush. I contacted guest services immediately and it was never fixed during our stay. That was a major inconvenience. Also, the other bedroom smells extremely musty. The walls are very thin and I could hear the person in the next door unit snoring, so bring some ear plugs. Also, bring toilet paper because there was hardly any on the existing rolls and only 1 extra roll in the entire unit. Pillows are flat and hard and the extra ones in the closets had stains on them.

Christmas stay

Property was clean and had everything we needed. During checkin the code to get in wouldn't work and it took a while to get a hold of the management company but after that everything was good.

Quick Getaway

This place had plenty of room for the 5 of us. It comes with plenty of towels including beach towels. That was a nice touch. Make sure to bring any beach toys/chairs etc that you may want because there are none in the home. Overall, they stay was OK.

Great area

We have never been disappointed with the rentals at Nemo Cay. This property could use some updating, but it did not interfere with our stay. The bottom bunk seems to be broken & the linens need to be replaced. Vacasa would not allow for an early check in, even though the property was empty the day before. Book through Padre Escapes, they are definitely more flexible.

Perfect for a family of 8 and a small dog

Overall experience was great. Our kids loved hanging around in the bunkbeds. They thought it's the coolest thing about the place. One drawback is the stairs. It needs some shampooing real bad. It's the only carpeted part of the home too. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Short trip to CC and staying at this rental for 3 nights

Not a good location! One of the sink was not draining and toilet not flushing. We called for service and was promised to have them taken care the next day, but it never happened.

Fun getaway

We enjoyed this condo! It was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. I am not sure what day the pool is cleaned though as it was pretty dirty. I imagine that’s a constant battle with people coming after the beach and bringing sand. The condo itself was great and we would stay here again.

Nemo Cay

Nice location. Great layout. Overall clean. Did have a funky smell like Ramen noodles. Reached out to management about a couple issues they said they would check in but never heard back. Not a huge deal but would have liked an answer. Would recommend.

Disadvantages

We really had a great trip, and getting the house was easy to do, but when we arrived, the toilets weren't clean, i have pictures. The washing machined had something wrong with it, it kept washing over and over and over without shutting off, and the master bedroom toilet wouldn't flush. Other than that, it was great.

Such a cute, well-equipped townhome!

We enjoyed our visit at this property. The home is super cute and very clean. It is nicely equipped with any necessities you might night (travel size shampoo & conditioner, detergent, dish soap, trash bags, beach towels, and more). Only a few minutes drive to the beach. Community pool was nice too!
