To ensure a pleasant stay, the following house rules apply:
• The back door leading out to the deck/porch requires pushing/pulling with force to ensure it is all the way closed.
• A lost or damaged porch fan/light remote will incur a replacement fee.
• The umbrella at the outdoor dining table should be lowered/put down after each use to avoid damage during high winds.
• 4 beach chairs and a cooler are provided to guests. Please rinse and dry them after each use (hose provided in garage).
• Smoking and vaping is not permitted inside the unit or on the property, this includes: cigarettes, marijuana, drugs or drug paraphernalia. This policy is strictly enforced, and closely monitored. Violations will incur fines and additional cleaning fees.
• Any damages or broken items should be reported immediately.
• Guests are advised to keep all doors locked when they are not at the property. High winds can open unlocked doors.
• Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.
• You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee for a maximum of 2 pets. $100 for (7 days or less), $200 (8-29 days), $300 (30+ days). Pets should not be left unattended inside the unit unless in a kennel. Should any unreported pet be found at the property, guests will be charged the listed pet fees. The property owner has the right to leverage exterior security cameras if unexpected parties enter the property.
