Very seamless check-in process. Prime location right next to beach and a couple doors down from Slides - a legendary beach bar in Amelia Island, where live music is never lacking. Would love to come back to stay here.

I am local and was hosting friends and can verify this is the best location on the beach! Beautiful bedrooms and living space. And the host could not have been more hospitable. I hope to have a family get together in the future and will definitely try to book this great house again!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home!!! The house was great and had everything we needed!! Plenty beach towels and beach chairs!! Home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for our large extended family!! We will definitely be back again!!!

The best part about staying here, was being right on the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all. The house was big enough that we didn’t feel we were on top of each other all the time. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. The outdoor patio furniture was nice, plenty of seating for the family to gather and spend time relaxing. The whole family enjoyed our stay. The communication with the host was great. They answered all questions timely. Would recommend!

The location of the home is stellar, on the best part of the beach, close to restaurants and easy to get to charming historic downtown.The house had everything our family needed included beach chairs, toys for the kids, kitchen was very well stocked and the kiddos enjoyed the theater room!

Gillade: Incheckning och plats
This property was sufficient for our stay but a few things were disappointing. Multiple broken lamps, fans/TVs were not working, sand and dust under furniture, debris around outside of property, overgrown landscaping, and a large dumpster at the front of the property. Master suite is very large with a nice bathroom. The other bathrooms were smaller than normal for that many bedrooms. We reached out to property manager but did not get a response to some of our issues while staying in the property. Provided a list of items which property will address/repair/fix before the next guests but we were somewhat disappointed.

We spent a lot of time enjoying the back deck. The house was very accommodating for our extended family. The house has plenty of parking and provided enough seating for a proper family dinner.

Perfect location and beautiful views

Perfect location for our tennis group .. lots of nice walks on the beachfront plus the tiki bar is a short walk too!
