Great Stay

We had a great stay at this location. We had my kids as well as my mother and father and we all enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and it was stocked with everything you’d need from kitchen supplies to pool toys and beach chairs. It was perfect. Check in and check out was easy and we will definitely plan another trip back.

Amelia Island

Was a great stay. Weather wasn't as warm as we had hoped so didn't utilize the pool. Kids enjoyed spa. Having a golf cart to travel the neighborhood was great. House is great.

Family vacation on Amelia Island

We are a family of five with three teenagers- we used the bikes, the golf cart, the pool, everything the house had to offer! Beautiful neighborhood on a great property as part of the Omni resort.

Great Vacation!!

Best Family Holiday Location

Private beautiful house near beach

Our family had an amazing time at the beautiful house which included multiple amenities (pool, hot tub, bikes, golf cart, washer and dryer). The location was private, surrounded by trees, and had easy access to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Great Rental!

This property is an absolute gem. Location and house are both top notch. The house had everything we needed and the pool area is lush and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and hope to return in the future.

Perfect experience!

Charlene is a wonderful host. Very acommodating and kind. The house is BEAUTIFUL. The pool and hot tub are a huge perk. Amelia island is the perfect location and the house is in a luxury resort property, so you can take the golf cart to the beach. We will be back💕

Great family destination

Family Beach Trip

An annual event but the first time we have stayed here. It is in the Omni and perhaps one of the nicest properties we have stayed at. I gave 4 stars for cleaning instead of 5 as there was a light or 2 that could use some dusting. The home was lovely but the bathroom situation was not ideal. While it lists 3 bathrooms, there is a Jack -n- Jill bath between 2 bathrooms and a very nice enclosed outdoor bath with shower.

Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Amelia Palms at the Amelia Island Plantation. Charlene definitely has the gift of hospitality. The house is very nice and there are many things to do on the resort property and it's not too far into the downtown area, as well. Would definitely love to stay at this property again!

It was legendary!

Kids loved the bikes, golf cart, and pool. We loved Drummond Park and enjoyed the pickle ball, basketball and ping pong. The beach was awesome.

Property owner made our stay great - so helpful

The property was great - roomy and well supplied. What made it really special, though, was the thoughtful help provided by the owner. Charlene went out of her way to help me correct an issue with our booking, and to make sure our stay was perfect. She even left us a personal note and bottle of wine to welcome us. We'd definitely stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved being able to bring our dogs. Backyard was an oasis. Golf carts were really fun and made it so easy to enjoy the resort. I think being on the resort property was my favorite part of our stay - so much to do in such a safe environment. Thanks for having us!

Family vacation

This place was perfect. Space, pool, spa, golf cart and bikes were great. My family had a great time at the beach and the pool. The privacy of the home is great too. Very quiet neighborhood. Lots of things close by. Can’t wait to return next year!!
