Strandminnen kommer att bestå evigt i detta nya (2019) hem! Detta hisnande hem ligger nära vattnet vid Pot-Nets Bayside och har 4 sovrum, 3 badrum. Njut av småbåtshamnen på utomhusverandan och underhålla i det rymliga vardagsrummet som kombinerar kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Ta en 5-minuters promenad längs strandpromenaden i marinan för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill, privata stranden, fiske och pirka bryggor. Pooler, tennis, basebollplan och lekplatser finns på plats. Det kan hyras båtlån till 40 dollar per dag. En golfbil ingår i den här fastigheten utan extra kostnad. En fantastisk plats för kajakpaddling och stå-up paddleboarding! Det är en kort bilresa till den världsberömda golfbanan Baywood Greens (10 minuter), de skattefria Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter) och de pittoreska centrala områdena Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

Vi har en vistelse på minst 7 nätter under vår sommarsäsong. Incheckning är kl 16 på söndagar och utcheckning är klockan 10:00 på söndagar. Vi har minst 2 nätter på alla andra tider på året.

PET-POLICY: Den här enheten är husdjursvänlig. Det finns en max 2 hundar (endast hundar). Djurägaren måste betala ytterligare $ 20 per natt städavgift. OM du planerar att ta med dig ett husdjur med dig, ring och tala med VÅR RESERVATIONIST.

Fabulous house!

Myself, hubby, son, daughter in law, grandson and granddaughter. We all loved the open concept house and community. I would love to move there, but hubby is not on board to do that. 😩

With the golf cart it made it even easier. We met permanent residence that were extremely friendly and even showed us around the property. We will look forward to booking here again.

Beach walk rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was beautiful. We rented this out as we were getting married and wanted to spend a week down prior to our wedding. The furniture and amenities were great. We checked in Sunday night and it was nice and calm. Thursday night we heard they had an orange crush contest at paradise and it was load! We had 3 kids under 6 with us and it sounded like the people outside were in the house. This continued Friday and Saturday. Overall the stay was great the only thing I did not enjoy was the noise from the people leaving and how fast they were driving.

We loved the house! It was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for people, car and golf cart watching! The beach was so quiet and clean. The only issue we had was the shower drain in the master suite drained very slow. Would definitely consider visiting again! It had everything that you needed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great, beach, two pools, two playgrounds and a golf cart. Wonderful place to vacation, Debbie Wilhelm was wonderful to work with, and so much help. The house was beautifully decorated and open spaced. The price was affordable. if I had one complaint it would be the quality/comfort of the sofa/loveseat and the mattress in master bedroom, they should be replaced. We hope to return next year.

Great Family Vacay!

We had the best time! This house was perfect. Great size, comfortable beds, beautiful kitchen and beautiful porch. Perfect location right next to Paradise and the bay beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and about 30mins from Rehoboth boardwalk. We hope to be back !

The location was great to get to restaurants, stores, and around the area. The house was very clean! The location within the property was a bit loud and busy starting around 7a. Overnight it was relatively quiet though. The linens were a bit rough and the king mattress in the front room is well used. Our property manager was amazing! She answered requests quickly and was a pleasure to work with!

Family time

We had a great weekend stay here. This was our second time staying here and enjoyed every minute of it. The house is great, plenty of room and comfy beds. Easy to get around the area and check out the local sights. Thanks for sharing your property.

Perfect location and beautifully decorated home!

Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was a great spacious gathering place. Wonderful porch with a large table to enjoy meals. Golf cart was also a hit! The house was very clean as well. Quick 2 minute walk to Paradise Grill.Only negative was there were no hair dryers so be sure to pack one. Towels were not the greatest.

In 2 of the bedrooms there is not a lot of room for clothes just big closets so I suggest bringing hangers if you want to take your clothes out of suitcases. We loved the golf cart wish we had 2. If you have a large family rent another one down the street but do it early so there is availability. We would definitely come back to Pot nets!

Very comfortable house for a family. Great location close to beach, boat slip and paradise grill. Loved the golf cart! Could use more drawer space in bedrooms…also, an electric kettle would be handy for people who prefer drinking tea as opposed to coffee.

Memorial Day Weekend

We loved the use of the golf cart and the easy walk to Paradise Grill. I would recommend staying here. My suggestion to the owner would be to add full or twin beds; we traveled with our children and their friends- it would have been nice for everyone to get their own bed.

Off Season 471 Beach Walk

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for our Son, daughter in law and new grandson from California at Christmas time. They brought two of their friends with them. Our home in Bayside was not big enough to comfortably accommodate everyone. This home was the perfect size. The only cons were the check-in and check-out times were not flexible. After a long summer of rentals, the house should have been freshen up and repaired holes in a door and floor, marks on the walls, etc. It showed the wear and tear of constant use. The only other con was we were not able to inspect the property before renting. The pictures on the website were not exactly what we found when they were finally able to check-in. Since the property is pet friendly, we found stains on the carpets in the dining room and living room and needs to be replace. Hopefully they can correct these issues before the 2022 rental season. Because of the price, this unit is very popular with renters.
