Njut av otroliga Marina Views från detta hem! Beläget vid vattnet vid Pot-Nets Bayside, har detta spektakulära hem 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, en uteplats med utsikt över Marina och vida öppna vardagsrum som kombinerar kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Ta en 5 minuters promenad längs Marina Boardwalk för att komma till den ständigt populära Paradise Grill. Pooler, strand, tennis och lekplatser finns på plats. Båtslipor finns att hyra på $ 50 per dag. En golfbil ingår i denna fastighet utan extra kostnad. Barn och husdjur är välkomna. Bra läge för kajakpaddling och stå upp paddleboards! Det är en kort bilresa till World Famous Baywood Greens Golf Course (10 minuter), Tax-Free Tanger Outlet Centers (20 minuter), och de pittoreska centrum områdena Rehoboth Beach och Lewes (30 minuter).

Vi har en vistelse på 7 nätter under vår sommarsäsong. Checka in är klockan 16 på söndagar och checka ut är klockan 10 på söndagar. Vi har 2 nätters minimala vistelser vid alla andra tider på året.

Bo hos oss i 7 nätter och ta emot vårt gratis livsstilspaket! Detta inkluderar ett $ 100 presentkort till Paradise Grill Restaurant och 2 gratis golfrundor på Baywood Greens Golf Course (måndag till torsdag efter 13:00) och användning av din egen privata golfbil för att komma runt samhället.

Gorgeous house, decent location

The house was everything we thought it would be. We absolutely loved it and it was very clean. The community was just ok. We found that there wasn’t much to do with the kids. The pool was nice but it closed at 6. We often weren’t home until 5. and the golf cart was a hit for sure. The “beach” wasn’t nice enough to swim in and the restaurant was really loud with bad music. If I didn’t have the kids with me I’d have been fine. The beaches were really far with traffic in consideration.

Beautiful homes with great views

We had a great stay at Summer Breeze! House is pretty, decorated in bright and stylish way. Three nice size bathrooms and bedrooms are spacious and comfy. The porch is amazing with great views and fun to listen to the bands playing at Paradise Grill. The golf cart was a great addition to this house. The house was well stocked with dishes and pans. Linens provided was a huge help. There were even hangers in the closets (that are huge) and dish soap and laundry soap. The beach at Pot-Nets was very pleasant. Wish we had a boat! Great stay! The location of Pot-Nets is about a 40 minute to Reheboth but there are some cute restaurants and grocery stores about 10 minute drive.

Vacation ..

Reviewer Comments: Rented for a week starting Sunday 9-1- of labor day weekend to following Saturday 9-7- The house was clean, perfect location across from dock, Paradise Grill, Beach tiki bar, Pool was very hard to locate didn't have a map of the property we had NO idea how to get to the pool. which to find out that it would only be open on Monday , the rest of the week the all 5 pools that are located on this property were closed, due to no lifeguards, no one told this to us when we rented , also, fail to tell us the ONLY restaurant on the premise would be closing Tuesday and Wednesday of the week again no notice , no signs. Which not knowing the area we didn't find anything that was at all good or close by. We had to drive 40 miles away to find any type of decent restaurant. With regards to the house, was the Water and AC, The water had bubbles in it. brushing your teeth, making coffee or, ice you need to use bottle water., it was really horrible.something is wrong with the water filter in this home- it really tasted horrible. The AC was working but, for some reason , shut down during the nite and it's became very uncomfortable to sleep, The duct where the AC came out of was very weak.- not sure why the until shut down during the nite. couldn't adjust the thermostat on the wall, to run during the nite. bottom line, spend 4K , NO POOL, NO RESTAURANT, for two days WATER THAT WAS HORRIBLE. AC WORKING POORLY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean and spacious. We have stayed at 2 other rental properties in Pot Nets and enjoyed them all. There was an issue with the ice maker and the dryer, management offered to bring ice to us in bags and take our laundry to be laundered free of charge. We did not take them up on the offer and the property manager offered us a gift card to a local restaurant as compensation. It wad a small detail, but shows that they care and wish to keep repeat renters. We will definitely be returning again to vacation at Pot Nets.

Our friends Joe & Marybeth Torchia have a place in the Bayside community. We spent the week doing things with them. Anyone like to king for a family focused vacation should consider Pot-Nets without hesitation. We finished our stay looking at properties. We plan to invest in a Pot-Nets property.

Fantastic Wedding Weekend

We live locally, but rented 5 of these homes to receive out-of-town family and friends, at a location just minutes away from Baywood. Everyone loved walking or taking the golf car to Paradise Grill. The houses were super clean, easy check-in & check-out process. Plenty of places to sit, enjoy each other & look at great scenery. We didn't turn on the TV once. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking large meals, when we didn't eat at restaurants. Highly recommend!

547 Summer Breeze

The house is pet friendly so my biggest concern was cleanliness. Happy to report my allergies didn't act up at all! No signs of animal smells anywhere. Large kitchen and living room as well as a large master bathroom. Large roofed deck to sit and listen to Paradise Grills entertainment. Kids loved the golf cart, pools and beach. Service was responsive. May be pricey for some but if not well worth the money😊

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love coming here every year. The house is perfect for our family and the location is great. This year the house was a little "dirty". There was trash under the beds, behind the washer and dryer and the between stove was completely dirty. We turned it on to warm it up before cooking and it set the entire house alarms off and took us a while to get the smoke heads to clear.

Third Rime was Not the Charm

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd July 4th family get together at Pot-Nets. Rentals and by far the least desirable experience. Upon arrival we found two full trash cans that would not get emptied for 4 days. Several kitchen cabinets were broken and the outdoor ceiling fans did not work. Additionally, there was trash under the beds. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, and was not as well equipped as our previous stays. Several texts and emails to out management contact were left unanswered as well as our maintenance requests. All and all, we like Por-Nets and all it has to offer, but this rental really put a damper on our vacation. We paid a premium price, for mediocre service. It was truly disappointing as we were loyal return customers.
