Founders 2 sovrum - en SkyRun Winter Park Property

Denna vackra fastighet ligger i en fantastisk byggnad ...... Det fullt utrustade köket är perfekt för att göra frukost och underhållande i baren och öppnar upp till matsal / vardagsrum. Från vardagsrummet är uteplatsen med en fantastisk utsikt över backarna och en gångväg direkt till badtunnan. Också i köket finns pantryrummet med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Bef��lhavaren Badrummet har både en uppehållsdusch och ett separat badkar perfekt för en blöt efter en dag på backarna. Koppla av på soffan framför plattskärms-tv och njut av kabel från XFiniti. Wi-Fi tillhandahålls också av XFiniti och är gratis. Denna enhet är också småbarnsvänlig, eftersom en förpackning ingår utan kostnad i enheten. Dessutom har byggnaden ett anslutet uppvärmt parkeringshus (parkering är extra eftersom den inte ägs / underhålls av HOA) och privata skåp för skidförvaring. För sommar mountainbike finns det cykelförvaring i omklädningsrummet också.

Beläget mitt i Winter Park Mountain Village ligger det en kort promenad till backarna och nära till alla aktiviteter som resorten har att erbjuda. Det ligger en våning under rekreations däck med snabb tillgång till badtunnan med en underbar utsikt över berget, en grill, utomhus spis och tvättmöjligheter. Det finns en busshållplats precis utanför ytterdörren som erbjuder gratis service i hela dalen på hissen. Coco Cola Tubing Hill ligger en kort promenad och skridskobanen ligger tvärs över gatan.

No Hot Tub available

Make sure you read the *all the fine* print, there is no hot tub available (it's under construction) even though this property showed up under a search for properties with a hot tub and had "Hot Tub" in the title describing the property, there is not hot tub available. Property manager Sky Run Vacation Rentals is taking no responsibility for their error on the listing.

Great unit and giant Patio

We liked the unit, it was well stocked and comfortable. The patio is giant and connects to the hot tub area. The hot tub was under construction when we stayed, not sure if this was good (no noise from people using the hot tub at random hours) or bad (we didn't get to use the hot tub). The only issue I had was the same with all the units in this complex, the parking system is so difficult. We signed up and got our parking pass ahead of time (do this for sure, the cell reception is not great in the drive way of the complex) but when we got there the parking machine would not scan our pass. When you press the call button the operator is barley audible. after answering the operators questions we were able to get in. This process had to be repeated every time we went in or out. We did not see one car over the 4 days that was able to get in or out without this process. Some people had the scan pass, some tried entering a code, others had a key card, none worked. I saw this same problem last year and earlier this summer so it seems to be an ongoing issue.

Winter Park Get a way

We had an awesome time in Winter Park. The condo was awesome! There was plenty of room, and it was clean and organized. The deck was large. All in all if we come back to Winter Park we will look up this property to stay again. Trestle mountain bike park was amazingly fun. Beautiful weather as well. Thank you!

Great Location!

Loved the property! Easy access to slopes. The only issue was garage access. It seems overly complicated. The scanner is difficult to use and the numeric access didn't work at all for me. Also, we initially had difficulty with the code for the room access, but a quick call to Sky Run fixed that in short order and we had no further issues. We would definitely consider this property again in the future!

Perfect location for Winter Park

The condo was fantastic, just a little tired. Hot tub in the complex is the best I have seen. Kitchen needs some new cutting boards, frying pans, additional plates and bowls. Beds were very comfortable. Parking is a huge challenge to figure out, should probably be included in the price to remove all the confusion. Once you figure out it is very convenient. Could be cleaner. We had to get the remote from under the couch and it was disgusting.

Excellent!

This place was perfect for a small group or family. Fully stocked and equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms, and all kinds of games. Spectacular acces to the hot tub area, courtyard, and the village/lifts. Parking garage and ski locker was a huge bonus. And the extra $21 a day for garage parking was worth it! You need this place if skiiing Winter Park!

Great Trip with the Boys

My two sons and I took off for a spontaneous December ski trip before Christmas. This unit was just what we were looking for. Inexpensive and great proximity to the slopes. Parking was super convenient too. Right at the top of one flight of stairs from the P2 level of the parking garage.

Staycation @Fun in the Park/Winter Park

We were very pleased with this property we have been coming to the Winter Park Jazz Festival for more than 30 yrs.. this was the nicest place we ever stayed. There were a few concerns as to explanations we thought could be a bit more clear I.E. getting in and out of parking garage(but got it fiqured out😄) would definitely remember to book again

High End Condo 10 mins from The Gondola

Very spacious and luxurious 2 bed / 2 bath condo with great views and balcony access to the heated outdoor pool area. Convenient locker on ground floor for ski, snowboard, and boot storage. Easy walk to the base of the gondola just across the street. Kitchen and pantry were well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. A few minor gripes: -Address is listed as 670 Winter Park Drive which is the physical address of the adjacent Fraser Crossing building. Founder's Point is actually 580 Winter Park Drive. Not a big deal, just confused the shuttle bus driver and added a few steps to the arrival. -A few lights in the kitchen, including the under cabinet light, were burnt. -Ceiling fans in the living room and master bedroom have complicated multifunction remotes that were difficult to use. Recommend changing out for just a simple wall switch control. -Shower door in master bathroom does not close correctly. You have to bend down and pull the bottom corner in or else you get water all over the floor.

Perfect location!!

We had the best time at this location!!! Clean, simple, and everything you need! EASY walking distance to all Village activities and slopes! The patio has the best views and private access to the hot tub (no trekking through the building)! Would definitely pick this condo again!

Better than described, huge deck, perfect location. Biggest 2 bed/ 2 bath we have ever stayed in. Set up perfect, had everything you need and more, well stocked pantry!! We will be back in the winter!!!

Great stay!

This was a great property in the perfect location, with easy convenient access to the mountain and village. The unit itself was clean and perfectly located in the building with easy access to hot tub. We were happy to find out that the hot tub was in fact open, since all details provided prior to our stay mentioned that it was closed due to construction and COVID.

Great Unit and Location

Ive stayed at Founders Pointe/Fraser Crossing a dozen times over the years. This is one of the better units Ive stayed in. This set up is very nice, the rooms are well appointed, and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and gadgets. This unit has a really great corner courtyard/patio and you can walk right out to the pool deck. The views of the mountains are incredible and the proximity to the gondola is a five minute walk. The amenities were very nice as well as there were plenty of towels for bathing and for the hot tub area. Check-in was easy with an access code and the parking area is amazing. Be sure to pre-pay for the parking for the number of days youll be there or youll get stuck trying to get out. This was not the case with us, but we were stuck behind a car that did not take care of things for way too long trying to leave. Pride of ownership really shows in this particular unit as the furniture was nice and comfortable and the beds were comfortable and well appointed. We also appreciated that there were plenty of spices in the kitchen and the washer and dryer actually worked. We have stayed in units at founders pointe where the washer and dryer dont actually work. If you are looking for a place to stay in the winter or summer, this is an excellent location at the Winter Park resort area. We will definitely try to stay at this unit again.

Perfect basecamp for Winter Park

This condo if perfect for a family vacation to Winter Park. The flooring is updated from the photos, all carpet is luxury vinyl. Clean, stocked with everything you need. The SkyRun staff is a quick call away for help. We also took advantage of the Xplorie program and got 1 free adult demo rental for our stay. Many more options. The covered, heated parking is work the minor cost. Also, the hot tub is open. This is definitely the property we will return to.
