Vi är belägna omedelbart intill Hideaway & Confluence Parks - platsen för den GRATIS pulkbacken (& värmande bränder) på vintern och en fantastisk lekplats, inklusive en klättringsvägg och skate park på sommaren. De ikoniska Winter Park Music Festivaler hålls tvärs över gatan från vår slutenhet!

Denna lyxiga stadsbostad i Sawmill Station-utvecklingen, som ligger cirka 1. 5 timmar från hjärtat av Denver centrum är så väl underhållen att du skulle tro att den var helt ny. Kartan nedan visar att stadshuset är utmärkt beläget i centrala Winter Park, Colorado, bara ett kvarter från restauranger och shopping. Det är en slutenhet med mycket ljus som ligger direkt intill Hideaway & Confluence Parks, Vasquez Creek och Fraser River vandrings- och cykelleder. Bara några steg bort finns också bra pulka, snöskor och längdskidåkning i Arapahoe nationalskog.

Detta är den perfekta bergsresa! Winter Park ligger på en höjd av 9 200 fot (2 804 meter) över havet i Fraser River Valley och är porten till Grand County, Colorado (inklusive Rocky Mountain National Park). Winter Park och Mary Jane Ski Resorts ligger bara fem minuters bussresa bort! (Resorna är i genomsnitt nästan 350 tum snö per år ... en av de mest snöigaste platserna i Colorado!). Det finns så mycket att göra på sommaren, inklusive golf, flugfiske, vandring, cykling, skridskoåkning, forsränning, ridning, samtidigt som man njuter av de många musikfestivalerna. Stadshuset är en mysig, lugn plats att koppla av och njuta av denna sommar- och vinterparadis. Det finns aktiviteter för alla!

Du kan åka skidor hela dagen, ta bussen "hem" till vårt vackra stadshus, promenera till en av de många fina restaurangerna i centrala Winter Park för en bra måltid, och de tappar av på kvällen genom att koppla av i din privata Jacuzzi-badtunna!

Det är en rökfri husdjurfri stadsbostad. Det rengörs med miljövänliga, giftfria, gröna rengöringsprodukter i hela som är säkert säkert för dig, dina barn och dina vänner. Den är också utrustad med en 42-tums HD-TV med internetuppkoppling. Dessutom finns det LCD-TV i varje sovrum och gratis trådlöst internet!

Great getaway

We stayed to ski and wondered if we should have stayed right in Winter Park Village or near the downtown. We had a great day, and preferred being right downtown for restaurants and etc.The host was very responsive, and the house had everything we needed.The red line bus to Winter Park drop off spot is just outside the door.

Winter Park Weekend

This was probably one of the best VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. The host was excellent. She had great communication and she thought of anything a guest may need. It was clean, very well equipped, and in a perfect location. If you’re skiing, the free lift to the mountain is literally steps from the front door and there is so much to do in town within walking distance of the condo. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Winter Park.

Enough space to sleep two families with kids comfortably, great hot tub, convenient location. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make dinners, lunches and breakfasts.

Ski Trip

Underestimated the distance from the VRBO to Winter Park Gondola. Shuttle bus to and from VRBO site has multiple stops before dropping off at ski area. The condo was well stocked with everything to meet our needs. Having private hot tub was very nice.

Review

We took a ski trip over Christmas break with our 2 kids (who each brought a friend). The property was very spacious and worked perfect for our family. It was very clean, in a great location, and the kids really enjoyed the hot tub! We felt right at home! The hosts were great!

Great condo

The condo had everything we needed to enjoy a family ski trip to Winter Park. It was conveniently located to shopping and restaurants, and easy to access the resort. We did not take advantage of the shuttle because the free parking in lot G and shuttle access there seemed a bit faster. The hot tub was key for soothing sore muscles and hanging with my kids in the evenings.

Sweet spot in Downtown Winterpark

We slept 6 adults comfortably and there was plenty of privacy with 3 full baths and powder room. Quaint and comfortable townhome in convenient central location close to all shops and restaurants. Easy access to ski shuttle made mornings leisurely. Lovely property!

Excellent winter home

We had a great experience in winter park from this luxury townhome. Walking location to the restaurants in winter park and to ski shuttles. Home amenities worked excellently, we especially utilized the kitchen and hot tub features!

Winter Ski trip

Perfect spot for a group that has both skiers/snowboarders and non skiers. The free shuttle is literally steps out the door. The house is nice and cozy and has all the things you would need. The property managers were great!

Electronic check in is extremely easy. Unit nicer than pictures online. Very short walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Short ride to mtn on shuttle. Very happy with rental. Would come back.

Ski Trip

We had a wonderful time @ Rae Ann & Jeff's home. It was very clean, organized and in a wonderful location. All we needed to prepare our own foods and plenty of tasty restaurants close by. I can not say enough good things about this property or the owners, just thank you and it felt so homey. David

Location Location Location

If you do not want to overpay to stay at the resort, this is the place for you. It’s the first condo directly next to the free shuttle and couldn’t have been easier to get to the slopes! 5-10 minutes and you are in the village.

Perfect getaway for family with older teens

Everything was as described. Super clean and very homey. This townhome was fully stocked and conveniently labeled. We went to make family memories for a family Christmas gift and was a perfect getaway to ski for 3 days at winter park. We picked this location over all the others because of the hot tub and the convenient lift bus to and from the resort. Everything was accurately as described. Would definitely recommend.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed the property and the skiing. Place was fantastic in a great location. Bus stop to resort was right outside and very convenient. The condo was well furnished/equipped. Really enjoyed the hot tube after a day on the mountain. Only 2 small items for improvement. 1) the garage is adequate for an average size vehicle, but if you’re driving something larger, like a Tahoe, you’ll have to park in the driveway. The tree out front needs a bit of pruning, so it’s a really tight fit and you’ll need to pull out to load/unload passengers or bags. 2) the non-stick pans in the kitchen need to be replaced. Coating is peeling off. That said, had a great time and would definitely come back and recommend it highly.

Cozy but Dated

Our stay here was fine but there were issues. Cons: The townhome feels dated. No curtains on any windows, blinds on some. Our toddler woke at 5 every morning because of the light coming in and naps were difficult. We were left few towels for a family of 5 and very few trash bags Check in was terrible. We couldn’t even access the place at 2:30 even though they said the code would work at 1:00 and there was no cell phone number to reach them. We called the number available to us over and over and got no response. We had to put on all of our snow gear in the car after a long drive to keep the kids occupied until we could get in. Finally, the vrbo operator was able to reach them and they were able to unlock it remotely and change the code. There was not enough hot water to give our toddler a bath. Perhaps the water heater needs to be replaced? It smelled like gas by the water heater on the first floor. We didn’t want our child sleeping in the bedroom by it. Pros: Nice fireplace, very warm Quiet at night Pull out couch is comfortable Great location by the sledding hill, places to eat and shuttle. Once we reached the owners, they were nice and accommodating. They let us have a late check out. We had to leave on Sunday during a blizzard and they let us check out at noon instead of 10 so that helped a little but we were still stranded in the snow with our three kids until we could get into our new place. Hot tub worked well This townhome worked ok for us but overall we are disappointed and wouldn’t stay again.

Family ski trip

This condo was the perfect lovation for our family ski trip! The shuttle to winter park reaort pucks up just steps from the front door, rooms were spacioys and comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped with all of the necessities, and the hot tub was a nice bonus after a day of skiing.

The reason we live in Colorado is the natural beauty this state has been blessed with, as well as the marvelous weather. This is the only vacation property we manage, and we live nearby. We love spending time in the mountains and we really enjoy helping others share in this opportunity.

Winter Park gets LOTS OF SNOW! On average, the Winter Park ski resort gets more snow than any other ski resort in Colorado except for Wolf Creek. Also, we wanted to manage a place where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather and scenery that Colorado has been blessed with!

Wow! Let's start with the fabulous scenery. Add on to that the marvelous weather, the laid back atmosphere, being within easy walking distance to downtown, and living right across the street from Hideaway Park where the kids can go sledding in the winter and we can enjoy the summer concert series. It is the closest major ski resort to Denver. --- What Else Can You Ask For!!!
