Condo needs a complete do over from front to back. Bug spray for night time roaches in the kitchen. Bathroom shower needs replacing. Carpet is bad. Paint throughout. Uncomfortable furniture. Outdoor chairs could be better quality. Maintenance staff and office personnel were very nice and helpful. Our future will not be with Vacasa

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay! Although the property is a tad bit outdated its was very spacious and clean! In the beginning we had an issue with the tv but was able to get maintenance of the property to fix it! Super easy check in and check out directions as well as close to alot of different things in the area! Im sad we only had a fee dats but i will definitely book this location again!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo. Heated pool and hot tub. Pool wasn't crowded. Very close to the beach.Elevator close by and trash chute. Luggage carts.Regular and k cup coffee makers. Ice maker.Well-stocked kitchen. Close parking. Convenient location to shopping, restaurants and activities. It checks all the boxes for us!

General impression

The condo was conveniently located with a short walk to the beach. However, the condo itself is dated. I had a problem with the toilet while we were there and had to call twice to get someone there to repair it. Otherwise, everything was in good order and very clean.

Clean and well maintained

We loved this condo, it was clean when we checked in and accurate to the photos. The building was nice as well, very quiet at night and we loved the beach access with the chair rentals right there.

Just the View

Where do I begin... The carpet is so bad that I won't take my shoes off to walk on the repulsive stains. The oven and dishwasher need replaced. Each of them have internal rust. Which could be a potential fire hazard. There are multiple spots on the wall that are chipped and need repaired and repainted. The master bedroom has a missing closet door. The night stand has a broken drawer. The air conditioning didn’t work and wouldn’t go below 78 degrees. This is just a small list of repairs needed for this condo... I can say I wouldn't come back here to stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this condo.

Great location. Property needs facelift and TLC

The location of the condo is great with a view of the beach. The place is definitely dated and could use a facelift with paint and some new furniture. The hide a bed couch is pathetic so my son slept on it closed and there was no extra blanket for him. The carpeting is very stained and worn and should be replaced.

Lovely but a bit dated

This home is in an excellent location near many attractions, restaurants, and stores. It was quiet during the off season, which was peaceful and relaxing. We never had to wait long for the elevators, so it took almost no time to get to the beach. We loved the large balcony with glass windows overlooking the gulf where we could see both sunrise and sunset. It was nice to have a beautiful view of the beach both from the living room and master bedroom. The only thing is that the home is a bit dated with carpet stains, missing door for the master bedroom closet, etc. The amenities were sufficient but not great as other places we’ve stayed. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Our stay was overall great. The views were incredible even though it rained the whole time we were there, we made the most of it. The condo itself was very worn and the beds weren’t comfortable. Carpets were pretty stained up. The huge jetted tub would have been awesome if the water stayed hot long enough to fill it up, The couch that let out into a bed was maybe the most uncomfortable I’ve ever seen. Other than that, the condo was nice and fully stocked with dishes etc to cook and enjoy your stay. The biggest let down to us was the beach service. Don’t expect to stay here and get a close beach spot, two whole rows of chairs and umbrellas line the whole beach and you can’t get in front of them, or bring your own beach umbrella- Even if they are empty and nobody claims them all day long. Overall- for the price I definitely expected more, but the views from the balcony were simply stunning.

Wonderful Relaxing Trip

Overall vacation was wonderful. The specific unit we were in was clean, just very out dated. A little would go along way with this unit just by replacing some of the main furniture that has endured a lot of wear, and tear. Kitchen was great, the unit was spacious, and the balcony was a dream. Being able to relax while still keeping an eye on older children on the beach or pool from balcony was a life saver.

The unit is really underwhelming

I've stayed in this building before, but could not be more disappointed in the amount of deferred maint. on this unit. Carpets are very dirty and stained (would NOT let my boys lay on them), missing light bulbs, one light switch had to be replaced (took the property 2 1/2 days), the pull out couch was not useable the first couple of days (missing 7 springs on the bed & mattress was falling through), no bedding for the couch. significant wall damage throughout the unit. Ad reads the 2nd bedroom is a queen bed - it is actually a full size. VACASA and the property maint. team knew of all the repairs needed PRIOR to our check in.
