Excellent

I loved how the owner took seriously the last review two years ago we were at the same place and this year as well. From last time to this time upgrades are perfect. The only recommendation I would have liked to see is no carpet because at night it stinks. So during the day while at the beach we didnt notice the smell but at night you can almost taste the stink from it. Seem the guest have gotten it wet and then after a while the smell is super bad. Other than that everything was excellent.

Beautiful place near seaside!

We loved our stay in this place because of how accessible it is to the beach and nearby restaurants. The pools are nice and kids enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and the mattress are also very comfortable. I would recommend it to my friends.

Fine, but not great

We've stayed at Sterling Shores several times now, in different condos, and this one was my least favorite so far. The condo is a bit small and could really use fresh paint and new carpet (non-carpet flooring would be better). Bathrooms are dated as well. After our first day down at the beach/pool we found that the dryer did not work. Maintenance came out the next day and determined the unit was not fixable and needed replaced, which did not happen during our stay. Vacasa gave us a little back on our rental price. The beachside pool was also closed during the majority of our stay, which was unfortunate and made the other pool busy. Overall the condo is 'fine' but won't be on our list to stay again because it is a small floorplan and needs some refreshing. Still giving 4 stars because these were items/issues that are fairly easy to fix.

Excellent location

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We had a beautiful view of the beach. The beds were very comfortable and left us rested. The location is close to restaurants and fun as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. We only had one issue at the location which was not the condo owners fault. The elevator was not working properly and I got stuck the last day. The HOA needs to address this issue ASAP as I was not the only person to get stuck over our stay.

Great views

Even though this condo is across the road of the beach the view was beautiful. There is no high rise building blocking the view from the balcony. Also had a walkway to the beach. Easy walk to the beach. It had everything you need in the kitchen to cook some of your meals in the condo. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My daughter said the bed in the second bedroom was not very comfortable. Another thing that I appreciated was the water pressure in the shower in the master bath. It was very clean.

Pictures don’t do this place justice! No cons, all pros. The view is more phenomenal than can be described. The location is super close to food, stores, activités. Did I mention the view! You won’t regret!

Our room was nice but had a few flaws. The screen door to the deck wouldn't close and 2 birds tried to fly in. There were only 3 chairs for the table? But mostly okay. My problem was there were no safety

2week getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property, I would recommend it to others! Really enjoyed the heated pool! Everyone was very friendly and kind. Staff was helpful. Looking to possibly book another stay next year. The only thing is maybe this condo could use a little up dating of a new king mattress. But we would definitely rent this condo again.

Sterling Shores Destin

Our stay at sterling shores was absolutely amazing we had the best view of the Gulf of Mexico it was so clear. Our Condo was immaculate, plenty of room. Definitely coming back again for sure.

Very clean unit. Kitchen had plenty of cook ware and plates. Washer and dryer worked great. Beds, pillows and couch very comfortable and in great shape. My family and I stay here when in Destin. Property is always very clean and neat. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location also. Will most definitely stay again.

Great place for the family!

Condo had everything thing we needed to feel comfortable. If you forgot something, Walmart is a quick 5 min drive. The beach is super easy to access, and the pool allowed the kids to burn off that last min energy. Looking forward to coming back!

Great Stay!

This condo was a great place to stay. It met our needs for the week having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, two full bathrooms and a beautiful view. I would stay there again!
