Good experience

Property is in a good area with easy access to nearby stores, restaurants, and activities. House is close enough to water where you can see boats coming in but tucked away where you can sit to watch deer and fireflies for a quieter night if you want. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Big plus that it came with a golf cart.

Guys Golf Trip

Great property, great location. All listing information is accurate and representative. My group booked all 4 of the 5 BR houses and they were perfect for our stay. Highly recommend them to anyone needing a great place to stay while at the Lake.

Great Stay

We just got back from a 4 -night stay in the orange house at Redheads. This was a work trip, Christmas in July get together! House was perfect, plenty of space! Only 2 negatives, one was the bbq grill, none of the burners in back work so was difficult to grill! Coffee pot needs to be replaced or bring one with you, coffee takes an hour to get a full pot!

Comfortable and Fun

We had a family get together of 15 of us and had plenty of space. Chy made sure we were comfortable and if we had questions she got back to us quickly. She house was in a great location. Having the golf carts made it easy to get down to the dock. Red Head Grill was great. Pool was fun. Definitely would stay here again. I can’t recommend this house and property management company enough. Thanks for everything while we were here!

Great house and location

We stayed here one night. Pros: 1. The house is in excellent condition. Likely completely renovated. 2. Everything was clean and in place. 3. Host was responsive despite thanksgiving holidays. 4. You can have the Marina (lake) view from the balcony which would be great in summer. 5. The dock is within 1 minute walk. 6. There is an onsite restaurant within walking distance. 7. The house is big, can accommodate a lot of people. Cons: 1. Cellphone network is weak. The house internet most likely does not have enough bandwidth and very slow. We could not find the router. I recommend 1Gbps bandwidth and mesh router to be installed. 2. Downstairs was much colder than upstairs. Some space heaters needed. 3. Could add some toiletries such as shampoo, soap.

Great potential

This home is in an amazing spot. We love the location. It has great potential if they just pay closer attention to the smaller things. We arrived and cleaners were still there. Upon entering it looked fine, but the little details of bathroom rugs not washed and hair and blood on them, along with bedding having hair and stains. I ended up washing all those things myself as it just bothered me. There isn’t much appliances to cook with so be prepared. Bring your own coffee, ketchup and mustard as those items are not provided. On a positive note chey the manager was always in communication and did great as I can see from being there she is a busy lady.

Would stay again

Great stay overall. Location is great even though you are up the hill from the lake. The included golf carts were great to get down to the dock as well as getting over to the Redhead Lakeside Grill. Had a few minor issue, but Chy was extremely responsive and took care of everything we needed. Cleanliness was good except that the floor upstairs was filthy- not sure if the cleaning crew missed that or what. The only real negative was the cookware provided - most of the pans are old and rusty and need replaced. Watch out for the raccoons- they will definitely get into anything you leave outside overnight. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises.

Great House and Location

Lovely property, convenient location

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay. Plenty of bedrooms for us all to relax. If you plan to rent a boat from Redhead, this location couldn’t be better and the golf carts make it simple to manage the dock-to-house trip. The property had pretty much everything needed and was nicely appointed and comfortable. Just a couple of minor things to note: if you have a larger group (8 or more), there really isn’t a space where everyone can sit together other than the kitchen; there is only 1 refrigerator so if you are fishing, you will have to store bait in the fridge with the food. Even with those small notes, I would absolutely rent this property again. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful, as were everyone we interacted with from Redhead after we arrived. The location is perfect, affording a quiet atmosphere while still being close to everything.

Everything was great could not ask for more. House was perfect, dock was easily accessible, golf carts made getting to and from the boats a breeze along with getting to anywhere else on then property. Would 100% Stay again.
