Nyare hus i gated beach community, privat bakgård pool (kan värmas mot en avgift, normalt behövs mars till april) stor tegelsten paver uteplats. Split bdrm design med 3 king bdrms + 4: e bdrm med XL Twin över Queen bunkbed + trundle som ska sova 4 barn (eller 2 vuxna plus 2 barn).
Varför bo i en trång lägenhet och dela en pool med främlingar när du kan ha integritet och bekvämligheten av ditt eget hem och pool. Mycket bekvämt när spädbarn är nappa! Alla 4 bdrms har TV, DVD och full längd speglar. King bdrms & vardagsrum har takfläktar. Intilliggande garage att lasta av bagage och dagligvaror, i stället för att gå i trappor eller ridning hissar. Gas grill på pool uteplats för grillning hemma om du inte vill gå ut till middag.

Nya möbler, fullt utrustat kök med granit och rostfritt, separat tvättstuga med full storlek W / D, Keyless Entry, 2 bil garage med nyckelkudde så att alla kan komma och gå utan nycklar. För barns säkerhet har huset poollarm på bakdörren + extra deadbolt upp högt.

Huset ligger ungefär 500 meter från stranden. Gratis strandservice tillhandahålls. Du kan gå till stranden eller köra 0. 3 mil öster till gratis strandparkering nära Pompano Joe's & strandtoaletter. Nära till allt i Destin: Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Mall, restauranger och Marina.

Great Stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6. It was great to be able to have a (well heated) pool to ourselves and also be in walking distance to the beach! Restaurants and stores nearby. The owners are great communicators as well!

Spring Break Family Trip

This was our first trip to Destin. We were lucky to book this amazing house last minute. The ease and communication with the owners was amazing from beginning to end! They provided so much helpful information about the property and area. It felt like a home away from home. The description of the property and location to the beach, were exactly as detailed. The backyard and pool were the highlight for us. We will definitely visit again!

Fall Break

We came for Fall Break, the house was great. Anything you could ever need, they have there. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was a favorite for my family. The property manager and owners were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Amazing location

Wonderful house

The beach house was beautiful and very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. The pool was perfect for hanging out with our family. We loved our trip to Destin and will definitely be back to stay at the same house the next time we are there!

Outstanding Vacation Spot

House is beautifully maintained -- pool, beds, rooms, family area. Owner checked with us to make sure that we were enjoying our stay -- We Were! Excellent area with easy walk to beach, dinning, and convenience stores. We already booked again for next year.

Perfect getaway!

Had my wife, 2 kids (1 & 6), sister in law, and was pleasantly surprised my mother in law and granparent in laws show up! This could be their last vacation as they are getting older it couldn’t have been any better! The pool was perfect to escape the beach and for morning swims with the kiddos. House was much larger than the pictures show and so convenient for older and younger guests!

This Place Has It All - Pool & Beach!

Great property!

We had another great stay in the house! This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here and really enjoyed all the amenities. The backyard and pool are awesome and it's just a short walk to the beach! The owners are great and communicate well! Highly recommend!

Prefect house for our family

The place was very clean plenty of room for the nine of us. Short walk to the beach and our own pool to enjoy! Also very close to restaurants and shopping! I would definitely rent again and recommend to others!

Family vacation!

After we decided to take a family vacation, we found a house. This house was a big hit! Everyone felt right at home! Loved the pool area, right outside of living room! Close access to beach. House had every amenity. Very clean! The description of property was spot on! The owners were quick to respond to any question! We will definitely be back!!

Family getaway

Our week stay was wonderful! Good location with easy driving access to shopping and restaurants. Walk to the beach can be a bit long for elderly depending on your situation. House was clean, but we did have to sweep upon entering the home.

The home was in an amazing location! Very well set up and clean (only issue I had was some dirt and lint under the furniture that I would not have been noticed if my baby wasn’t crawling around).. sherry was so amazing at checking in with us and quickly resolving the hot water issue we had. Would definitely recommended and stay again!!

We currently live in OH but have also lived in CA, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. All of these places have beautiful beaches but none compares to Destin, FL!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We both grew up vacationing along the Emerald Coast so it has always been our favorite place to visit. We frequently vacationed here with our 2 kids and now our 5 little grandchildren (ages 1 to 8) love Destin too. We first bought a 2 bdrm condo but as our family grew, we needed more room. We thought we'd miss the ocean view from our condo but found we much prefer the privacy of a single family home with private pool. Whenever we rent properties in other locations, we prefer single family homes. Much quieter and more private than condos.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We chose this house because we loved the split bedroom design and the fact that it has one of the largest back yards in the neighborhood. Mike is a civil engineer so he designed the pool himself to fit our yard and still leave room for a large patio. We added more palm trees along the pool and the back of the yard to create a more tropical feel. The community is gated and sits across from our gorgeous private beach.
House is centrally located to everything in the Destin area!
