The additional two bedrooms are spread out across the three generous floors of this luxurious vacation Villa. A bonus bunk beds with TVs is located in the hallway for the youngster. Miramar Beach Villas allows you to enjoy your vacation away from any seasonal crowds. On-site amenities include a sparkling community pool and BBQ grill located in our private porch. We offer free beach service set up daily by La Doce Vita during March-October, a total value of $400 if order directly from La Doce Vita. Moreover, we provide 6 chairs WITH BEACH CART for you to use. This townhouse is less than 2 minutes walk to our white powder-soft sand beaches! All our linens and blackets are washed professionally at 140 degrees temperature with EVERY rental.

Wonderful Stay & Amazing Communication!

Overall, we loved the property - very clean and lovely - and super close to the private entrance to the beach. And communication with Jon, the owner, was superb! No issues or complaints!

Fantastic Experience

This property is a very short walk to the beach, and located in a very nice area. Adjacent to the private beach is public beach access which also has new bathrooms and a convenient ramp. Tents are not allowed on the private beach, but can be set up on the public portion. The pool is a couple houses down from this property and is very nice. The house itself is very clean, plenty big, and well stocked for a week stay. Jon was very responsive, checked in on us to make sure everything was satisfactory, and answered every question. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home close to beach

We visited Miramar Beach with two families and the house was perfect! There was plenty of room for all, the teen girls loved the third floor bedroom/loft. The kitchen was well stocked, appliances worked great, cold a/c, even on the third floor! Jon, the owner, was kind and super responsive to our questions and needs. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house when we checked in. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend!

Perfect location, perfect house!

This property will be one I think about and go to often. The location is across the street from the beach, but after walking across it really wasn’t far. And once you hit sand you are very close to the water. One great thing was not having to wait for elevators like high rise complexes. The home was very clean, well furnished, stocked and the owner was very easy to deal with. The beds were comfy, nicely spread out and the rooms spacious. The home was very well stocked with new appliances like a washer/dryer. Overall we were extremely happy. It was clean, in a less populated area and the host made all the difference.

Great family vacation

We decided to go on a family vacation with family members ages 3 to 98! We need a place that could accommodate all age ranges and be close to the beach. The house was fantastic, Jon was more than thoughtful and accommodating. I really enjoyed our stay. I would highly suggest this house for anyone visiting the Destin area.

Our new go-to beach vacation spot!

This place is our new go-to spot for a perfect getaway to the beach. Super short walk down to the pristine beach spot with private access. Short walk to multiple restaurants. And to top it off, if you happen to be in town for a Topeka music event its an easy walk to the venue as well! The pool is perfect, the house is lovely with plenty of room for family and friends and all the amenities, and Jon was a pleasure to talk to and coordinate with. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful, relaxing trip

We had a trip with my husband’s brother/family and his parents, plus our two children. The home was perfect for several families to share and have privacy for everyone. The owner of the home was in touch with me several times to make sure our stay was going well or answer questions that I had. He was very kind and accommodating. The home is in a great location. The private beach area prevented people from being right on top of us at the beach and we especially enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided. Our children enjoyed the pool as well. The only thing that could be improved upon is that there are absolutely no pantry items. I’ve never stayed in a rental that did not at least have salt, pepper and sugar. There is a Winn Dixie only one mile away so that was easily remedied, but I would have brought basic staples with me if I had known that. I am already making plans to come back with some of my sisters to stay at this property again. Thank you!

Cool enough

Rain and cool weather did not dampen our vacation spirits thanks to the friendly confines of the Miramar villas. Every room…. every bed, rather had a TV equipped with Netflix and cable. 4 rooms had their own access to an outdoor porch/veranda. This allowed for additional space for our very large family to relax during breaks in the weather. The only dig, albeit a small one, is the kitchen. Not quite the right size for the space/ number of beds. Also, not a big deal, but first VRBO stay that we had to supply our own bottle opener/ corkscrew. Lol. Most places we have stayed had an accumulation of corkscrews. Distance to the beach was awesome. Pool was clean. Grill worked great!

Would stay here again

Great location on Scenic Blvd. Short distance to the beach. Our family loved the house and felt there was plenty of space for all. Only a few condos down from the pool. Be sure to bring plenty of house essentials - dishwasher detergent, clothes detergent, paper towels, salt/pepper.

This property is perfect for any family! The pictures of the listing online don’t do the property justice. It was a short walk to the beach which was great! The kitchen was stocked with all the cooking items you could need! Definitely recommend!

Clean, perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect location. Only short 2 minute walk with beach access very close. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the lack of towels and wash rags for a 12 person unit. Didn’t have enough for everyone that stayed. Also, very little toilet paper. So bring your own (very minor deal). The AC stayed very cold all week. They even provided two lounge chairs and an umbrella on the beach. Beach was not over crowded as beach tents were not allowed behind us at our beach chair location. Overall, a very well kept home. We would definitely stay there again. Oh and the pool was nice very close to the unit. Excellent Vacation Home!

Multi family beach vacation.

Short walk to beach and some restaurants. Very close to pool. Clean. Beach was not overcrowded like some other areas we walked by. Space worked well for 3 families. Kitchen is tight. Bathrooms are ok but not ideal. Main floor has one bath meant to be shared by bedroom and common area. Technically only bedroom upstairs is a master suite. Overall very nice property.

It is a hidden gem because it is VERY close to the beach, and it is very spacious with convenient reserved parking right in front of the Villa. Just outside of the complex is extra wide walk path and biking.
