Vacation 2025

The property was great, but I think security made us a little uncomfortable. Always nagging people about their music being too loud, which it wasn’t. We enjoyed it since we didn’t bring a speaker. Someone walked by while we were waiting on our room and thumped a cigarette by the exit in the parking lot. The girl security guard smelled it I guess and came running…”who is SMOKIN’??? It was just worrisome, wondering what they will come up with next . Several more I won’t go in to but I felt like a 60 yr old hiding from my parents! Other than that, the condo was great, property was well kept, and the ladies at the front desk was really nice.

The dishwasher was not fastened to the countertop, thus it wanted to tip over everytime you pulled out the top shelf. The toilet in the guest bedroom had a leaky seal which caused the water to run intermittently. The unit itself was decorated nicely and we had a good view of the beach from the 1st floor. Large patio with plenty of chairs

Beautiful unit on the beach with a gorgeous view

The condo is exactly as the pictures shown. The condo was clean, roomy and well maintained with a good size kitchen and living room. Master bedroom was lovely with a king size comfortable bed. There was a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath, large walk in shower, two sink/vanities and large walk in closet with plenty of space for additional clothing. The balcony was great with extra seating, table and lounge chair. You can see the ocean from the large sliding glass windows/doors from both the kitchen/living room and bedroom. The pool is well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi and exercise equipment (building) on the the property.This was our first time to the Florida Panhandle. The sand on the beach was the whitest and pristine we have ever seen (no garbage and well maintained). The water was clear with beautiful turquoise and blue colors. You can rent beach chairs/umbrellas or bring your own. From the condo you have a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool area. We were glad we rented a car as most restaurants are not close, although you can walk to the Back Porch restaurant. There are many other restaurants on the water and other choices inland. Highly recommend Moe's Original BBQ and Harbor Docks. There are also many seafood markets nearby. Be sure to read the property emails before you arrive as they provide check in specifics. You must pay 15 per guest for wrist bands for pool and beach acc

Room and location were great! Room was very comfortable. Be aware of hidden fees. We had a charge from VRBO that is added after “total cost” of room. Also, we had to pay an additional $15 per wristband to access the pool and beach. This is not included in the cost of the room. Otherwise, beautiful room. Beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay

Great views

Location was great and beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. For the price of this location I wouldn’t have expected some of the issues that came up. Expect to pay for wristbands at property as it’s not listed in this listing. Maintenance was delayed in fixing the dishwasher which leaked the entire trip and had to keep drying towels to keep the area dry. Be sure to check you get the door code because I never received it.

Floors were dirty and sticky! Toilet in master bedroom partially stopped up when we arrived and then it was stopped up all the way toilet in small bathroom was leaking at the base we had to keep a towel around the base to keep from walking in the dirty water! Also when I booked this I only wanted 4 nights but Panhandler call me said I had to stay 5 nights in order to book it this was not on the Vrbo site! Everything else was good

love hate

We loved the location, loved the beach/pool, overall had a good time. But....checking in was confusing. 5 minutes into our stay the front bathroom was clogged and overflowed heavily, water was everywhere. I had to shut the water off, so the whole room wouldn't flood. After notifying maintenance, towels were eventually, not immediately, brought to our room. No one came to fix the toilet the during our entire stay, which was disappointing. When I spoke to whomever, they asked if we had one working toilet and implied that this is all that was going to be done during our stay. I also get the sense that this is not the first time this has happened based on how the situation was handled. So all 5 of us had to share the one bathroom our whole stay. We managed, but if we only wanted one bathroom, we would have booked somewhere else. After multiple calls, no one has reached out to offer a credit, new room, or discount for any of this, so a bit disappointing when you pay this much for it.

Lovely time in Destin

Condo was in a great location. Great balcony. 1st floor near the stairwell and no need for the elevator. Pool area is beautiful. Highly recommended!
