Amazing Ocean Views!! Clear glass balcony shows off this incredible beachfront property! We rent Saturday thru Saturday during peak summer months. May-August are the peak summer months! This vacation condo features a living area with 15-foot sliding glass doors overlooking the gulf and a master bedroom that is gulf-facing as well! Keyless entry on the 2nd floor. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room area with a sleeper sofa. Accommodations include Master with king size bed, Smart TV, and a full bath including a tub and shower. Separate bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen Smart TV and a full bath. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two adults or two children comfortably. Pack-n-play in the spare closet for littles. Beach towels provided. Sleeps 6 adults/children. We are in unit 202.

Endless Summer Sterling Sands Unit 202 is an eight-story condominium complex in the heart of Destin FL. It is an excellent vacation spot for families and couples. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool and outdoor hot tub. The beach area is large and gorgeous and there are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent.

Theo condo was absolutely perfect. The owner is wonderful which makes all the difference. I am a germaphobe and there were zero issues. It was spotless.The condo is on the third floor, right by the trash shute and a stairwell. Because it is next to the end, we never heard, or saw, anyone near our room. We didn’t have to walk to dispose of trash, and could walk right up to our room or take the nearby elevator.When you enter the condo the guest room is on the left with a queen size bed and direct access into the bathroom next to it. The bathroom also has access from the hall. There is a laundry closet on the right and then you pass the full kitchen on the right and come into the dining and living room. Just to the left is the spacious master suite with a king size bed, nice walk-in closet, and access to the balcony. USB access is available on the bedside tables, which was nice. The king size bed is firm and all the linens are very nice. They also have 4 beach chairs in the closet and I believe there were beach towels, but we brought our own. The living room furniture is comfy as well. The balcony is one of the bigger ones with great views.On top of all of this, you can be anywhere is mere minutes. This will be our go to place in the future! I am so glad we booked with Kim and look forward to more stays in her beautiful condo in the future!

Wonderful vacation!

Things we love!Furnishings were very ..clean and up to date and very comfortable, 2nd floor convenience when elevators are full. Building offers great location, plenty of beach and amazing veiws. Owners are very helpful and offer everything to make this vacation perfect.

A Clean Beauty…

This property exceeds the photos. It was spotless especially coming from someone who is considered a germaphobe. It was spacious and it had everything necessary for a fantastic week. It was well lit and well maintained. A peaceful spot on a beautiful beach. We also could not ask for a more accommodating host!

Home away from home!!!

This was our favorite family vacation yet! The condo was so beautiful, clean, and light and airy. It was so cozy, and everything about it made us feel right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking, too! The owner Kim is wonderful! So kind, personable, accommodating, and great with communication!! 10/10!! Dustin has the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. It’s kind of in image right on the beach, beautifully decorated, clean very comfortable. The condo complex has a great hot as well as easy access to the beach!!Hope to stay there agay someday

Beautiful Condo!

This condo is well maintained, beautifully decorated and the view of the gulf and beach is extraordinary! It's very well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Things such as extra pillows, beach towels, games, hair dryers are a plus too. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable, the AC works very well and it's conveniently located near many popular restaurants grocery stores and shops. The bedside and chair side lighting controls are really nice! This unit is far above average and I've stayed in many condos over the past 50+ years. We will definitely be returning to this condo!!!

As described and better!

This is a beautiful beachfront property that is well-maintained and well-appointed. The owner was one of the best I’ve had the pleasure to deal with, very accommodating and responsive. The unit itself is furnished like a home and the kitchen is the best stocked I’ve had in a short-term rental unit. If I end up back in the area, I will absolutely rent this unit again. Thank you to the owner for making it an extra great visit to the Destin area!

Amazing trip to Destin!!!

I’ve stayed in Destin several times and no other condo compares to this one! It is immaculately clean and the views are absolutely breathtaking! The kitchen is completely stocked with all of your cooking needs. The beds are very comfortable which was a huge plus for me because I have back problems. Miss Kim, the property owner is the sweetest! I actually had the pleasure of meeting her during my previous family trip to Destin a month ago. I’m looking forward to our next trip here!!

Great stay! Beautiful views

Beautiful condo. Fully equipped- with tons of things to help for those that fly in & aren’t able to pack a ton. Big balcony - beautiful views with dolphins in the morning. Pool was nice, it was ultra hot so pool needed to be a bit cooler - but can’t really help that. Kim was attentive & a gem to work with. We plan to come back next summer.
