En ny funktion i det hÀr hemmet Àr ett stort INNEBORGSPLAYLAND med en klippvÀgg, arkadspel för Àldre barn (eller vuxna som fortfarande Àr barn i hjÀrtat), anpassad trÀdgÄrd med inomhus med rutschbanor, etc. Det finns ocksÄ ett litet leksakrum med mycket roliga leksaker för de smÄ.

Ett annat inslag i detta hem Àr det stora teaterrummet, som kan dubbla som ett stort samlingsomrÄde eller mötesomrÄde för din stora grupp. Njut ocksÄ av 80 "plattskÀrms-TV-apparater i tvÄ av samlingsomrÄdena, inklusive ovanför en vacker mantel över tre sida vid sida eldstÀder i vardagsrummet, och i spelrummet dÀr de kan spela Xbox eller titta pÄ en film medan du spelar pool , lufthockey eller fotboll.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home.We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic with 3 refrigerators and 5 ovens. We didn't have any kids with us, so the play areas didn't get used, but my kids definitely would have been entertained with everything they had to offer.

Amazing for Large Family Groups!

There was so much to do at this house. I never once had a room full of people on their phones! The moms of littlest especially appreciated the indoor play set.

Amazing house! We stayed here for a family reunion with our large family of 8 adult siblings and all our children (39 people total). There were beds and bedrooms enough for everyone. The number of en suite bathrooms was incredible as well. I loved that there were several different gathering spaces people could hang out in. There were a couple minor plumbing issues while we were there, but they were resolved in an impressively timely fashion.

Christmas Family Get Together

We had 28 people (mostly adults) for Christmas and it was absolutely fantastic! It was so nice to have the big kitchen, eating area and lots of places to congregate as various groupings of folks!

Fall at Bear Lake

Wonderful family place. So nice to be able to have the family close (in one place) but still have room to spread out and have some quiet time for the little ones. Thank you Robin for sharing your house and being so attentive.

Great stay!

We just stayed here for a family reunion. We had 60 guests. The bedroom/bed set up plus all the bathrooms made for a very comfortable stay for all of us. The home was exactly as described, including all the available amenities. The host was very communicative And helpful. Would definitely recommend this home, and would stay here again!

Tons of Fun

This place is huge!!! We were half expecting it but still caught it gaurd as we walked through it. The kids had an absolute blast exploring the house when we first arrived. They would get la little lost sometimes the first day but eventually figured out where everything was. The little ones loved the playroom which gave the adults some quite time to play games and visit. We created some amazing memories and had a great time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

An amazing place!

Overall, this place is amazing. We had a very good experience with our family of 38. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. There is lots of room to play, visit, gather, and chill. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Three fridges and 4 ovens are great. The backyard is great for cornhole, etc. and the little kids loved the playset. There were things that caused ratings less than all five stars: The place could use a good deep cleaning and there were some little things that detracted like dead batteries in some of the tv remotes, sinks that drained slowly, and no puck in the air hockey game, to mention a few. These things were minor distractions so the place is great.

Great for a large group!

We rented this property for our company retreat. The common area is spacious and kitchen is perfect for preparing large meals. The rooms were clean, but only a couple had towels. We had to hunt down and distribute bath towels, most of which looked like they were just old beach towels that previous visitors had left behind. Also, the remotes in all of the common areas had dead batteries. Parking was better than we expected and the outdoor area was great. Byron was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions and requests. Overall it was what we were hoping for and fit our needs well. We would definitely consider coming back for future events!

Amazing Family Vacation Destination

We can’t say enough good about this home. We gathered with 24 family members, including small children, and everyone had fun. Highlights: ‱ Nine of the “master” bedrooms all had private baths and many with adjoining bunk bed rooms. ‱ A huge theater (150” screen) with 18 comfortable seats. ‱ A playground area the toddlers and children loved. ‱ Pool, air hockey, and foosball that adults also enjoyed. ‱ New large outdoor playground with slides and swings. ‱ Multiple large gathering spaces indoors and on the back patio. One couch seated everyone comfortably. ‱ A kitchen with three refrigerators and five ovens. Lots of room! ‱ Big screen TVs in every room and all over the house. ‱ Great owner communication, but didn’t have too many questions because the house manual was very complete. ‱ Plenty of quiet corners for those who wanted some alone time. ‱ This house could easily accommodate a much larger group. ‱ We plan to return to this VRBO in the future.

Great family reunion house

You can not beat the space this house provides. Almost every room has an en suite. Lots of space for kids to play no matter their age. New sofas up stairs and down stairs were an awesome upgrade! Grills were dirty both times we had a reunion. Empty propane tanks both time as well. We spent about 45 minutes hauling, hooking and unhooking propane tanks. Not a deal breaker but annoying
especIlly two years in a row. The management is remote so I would double check with them before your arrival that the tanks are full and the grills are clean (the small grill has been dirty two years in a row on our arrival) working and ready to go for your group. The second time we stayed there was no garbage bags or paper towels. A minimal problem but a little annoying to have to go to the store for items that should be stocked. Otherwise the house is great! Lots of fun for everyone!!! Theatre room, playground, pool table (oh yeah, none of the pool sticks had tips and management just said “sorry. They don’t arrive till next week.” Older kids were bummed) I would definitely recommend this house BUT I would make contact with management prior to your arrival and ensure the house is actually ready. Grills, propane, pool stick tips, paper supplies,etc. If you think you are going to use something on the amenities list I would call before hand and make sure it’s in working condition! Have fun!!!!!

Huge kitchen plenty of s of space to move around. Loved the 4 ovens. Theme rooms wee so fun and well decorated. Big screen TV's keep teens as well as. Young kids entertained on opposite ends and floors of the house.

The family lodge is a great place for our family reunion. We had one problem trying to get the video equipment to work in the theater, otherwise we really enjoyed the facility and planning on using it next year.

Overall: 4.5/5 The host was very responsive to inquiries and outreach. She was also very accommodating. We reserved this location for a family reunion, and it was perfect for our large group. We had every age group from baby to grandpa, and everyone had something fun for their age! The playroom, outdoor playground, games, arcade, theater, spaces for chatting
it was perfect! The group communal meeting spaces, private bathrooms and bedrooms, large kitchen, and kid playroom set this location apart from other venues we considered. Downsides: However, the description about amenities and check out times didn’t quite match what was there. The host said she is working on correcting that. And there are no extra sheets or towels available, so definitely bring your own if you need extras. There was one bed that appeared to have dirty sheets when we arrived on site for check in, and there weren’t pillow cases for some of the extra pillows in the closets. Not all rooms have shampoo/conditioner, so you’ll want to bring that, too. And while the playroom had lots of toys, some of them were a partially broken/overused. it would be even better if some of the toys were updated. But other than that, the venue was amazing and meet all of our needs. We all had a wonderful time. It was our best reunion to date, in large part bc of the venue. This property is spacious, beautiful, and fun!

This home is HUGE! We had a family reunion there and we all fit comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking for a large crowd. The location was perfect, close to town, close to lake, close to everything! We had lots of fun with all the games, air hockey, pool table, foosball, and video game consoles. The little ones love the playroom and backyard play area. This house is perfect for all ages.The host Robin was great to work with and responded quickly to any of our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Time Lodge is an amazing place!!!

Our family group of 58 (ages 1 to 85) had a wonderful time staying at Family Time Lodge! It was big, roomy, clean, and had so many fun amenities! The kids loved the play room and everyone loved the game room and the theater room. The weather was a bit cool the first night, so we couldn't use the patio, but we did the other nights. The rooms with themes were fun. But the very best thing was the manager, Robin. She was delightful! Every contact we had with her was great. She was always pleasant, helpful, and responded quickly. We certainly plan to stay there again.

Just What We Were Looking For

This property did not disappoint. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated all the "cooks" in the family. The bedrooms were set up well and there was plenty of sleeping space. Activities for all ages--a playroom for little ones, arcade games for teenagers and grandpa, pool table, visiting nooks and a nice dining area for a few crafts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Simply one of the best and most well-known cabins on the entire lake. Great backyard. Close to the lake. Fun indoor amenities with a large indoor playland, toddler's toy room, huge theater room, game room, large gathering areas for dining, and lots of luxurious bedrooms. Close to the lake and right next to the Garden City bike path.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We loved this property as it was one of the only ones we could find that fit our entire family. At ~10,000 SF this house can easily handle a large group of all ages and still give everyone enough space to spread out and have a good time. Our family loves gathering here and we hope yours will to.
