Beautiful Luxury Mountain Retreat

Outlook Lodge is a beautiful luxury mountain home with an incredible view of Bear Lake. There was an amazing well thought out layout that fit our young extended family of twenty with plenty of room to spare. Great family memories made!

Such a lovely vacation home!

Our family has rented this home for our family reunion for the last two years! It is such a perfect place if you have a big group. Plenty of beds. Plenty of parking. We even had two boats and a bunch of cars. The house is immaculate and the view is spectacular. The kids love the hot tub. We love the kitchen area. There’s also a little butlers pantry day is so great. The kitchen is big and large to play games in. It’s the perfect house! Travis is so great to work with. Rent it now before it’s gone!

Thanksgiving at the Cabin

This cabin is perfect! So fun for our family of 45 from ages of 2-70! The kitchen is stocked with so many things which we appreciated to help for thanksgiving the kids loved sledding in the yard and playing in the basement! Beautiful cabin! Would definitely stay again! And owners are great to work with!!

Beautiful property, but was not clean properly before we got there. The grill was a total mess and there was mold growing in the showers. There were holes in the bedroom rock climbing wall room just a number of things that was not done before we got there. I will send pictures love the design of the home and the space in the bedroom, but when you pay for cleaning service, it would be nice if it was clean to the best standards available the hot tub I had to treat it.

Spacious Home

This was a beautiful home and very spacious. We liked having most of the bedrooms with bathrooms in the room. Also there were bunk beds in most of the bedrooms for children to sleep if they needed to be by their parents. I We liked the large dinning room that accommodated all of us.

Amazing Home!

This home was perfect for our group! The kids took over downstairs and all was calm and peaceful upstairs! It was a perfect distance from skiing and snow mobiling. I would plan to cook food in in the winter time. All the places (restaurants and shopping) seemed to be closed in the winter. But very decent grocery store nearby. We loved the house. Snow ball fights outside, adults vs kids hide-n-seek inside, plenty to keep the kids entertained. Really just amazing!

Great Family Home

Our family loved the home. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the kitchen for eating all together. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms- just needed more towels and toilet paper. Having washer and dryers really helped. The play room and kid room with a swing were popular. Some toys are well used. We loved playing outside in the evening and having s’mores in the evening. The games in the garage were fun and the bikes, too. Ping pong needed more paddles and balls, but had family bring some up. When we needed paper towels they delivered a case the next morning. When you arrive they leave a nice welcome gift which the family enjoyed. Thanks for making a family friendly home. S

This lodge was the perfect place to hold our cross country camp this year! It was clean and comfortable and there were plenty of places for the athletes and chaperones to sleep and hang out! The kitchen had everything we needed! Everyone had so much fun and we hope to come back here in the future!

The photos of this home are excellent, but don’t do it justice! The rooms are more spacious than they appear. We have 42 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked and large, with two fridges and two dishwashers. We would definitely stay here again.

Did not disappoint

This is our 2nd time staying on this property and we loved it as much as the first time. The view can not be beat and the accommodations for a large group is great. Love the king size beds and baths in the bedrooms and many different gathering spots so you don't feel crowded. The yard is what the kids like the best and the movie room. I personally love the kitchen with plenty of space to cook and prepare meals for 30 people. The Host is always available to remedy any issues and we truly appreciate that.

Great place for a large group

We had our family reunion here. There were 35 of us. Plenty of rooms and beds. All the rooms have king beds which is awesome! Lots of bunk beds. Most of us were adults and large teenagers. It was a little tricky getting some of the bigger kids into the bunks. But the littles were no problem. There are some mats for the floor also. There wasn’t any bedding left for the mats but the owners did bring some sheets the next day. If you’re planning to use the floor mats I’d just recommend bringing some blankets. Great lawn space for games. Tons of parking. Overall it we loved it!

70th Birthday Family reunion

The house is gorgeous with plenty of room for large groups. We all enjoyed sitting on the deck gazing at the lake and visiting. Several enjoyed a dip in the spa in the evenings. We cooked all meals in the spacious kitchen and the kitchen had everything we needed except a wine opener. The grill outside was perfect and Travis had a full tank of propane which was great!The kids all enjoyed the theater room and the corn hole and ping pong tables etc in the garage. If you are coming out of state as we did just be prepared that there are no beach accessories such as towels or chairs or umbrellas. We could not find anywhere to rent them in town. We really loved this house and I would love to rent it again. Thank you Travis

Wonderful Family Home

We had 31 people for a family reunion and were very comfortable in this home. We LOVED the kitchen, dining area with the big tables, being connected to the spacious living room made it very easy to go back and forth and visit all in the same area. There was lots of room for games on the tables and eating. Everything we brought to cook with was already there in the kitchen and spacious butler pantry. Having a private bath with all but one bedroom was a bonus! We were pleased that the movie/bunk room also had its own bath and a door to close for privacy. With the hot tub and games in the garage, there was plenty to keep everyone having fun! Thank you!

Amazing stay in Garden City!

We loved our stay at Lookout Lodge/Cherimoya Hill in Garden City. The home is beautiful! It is so spacious and accommodated our family of 20 very well. The kids loved the bunk rooms and the adults enjoyed having their own private bedroom and bath. We really loved the dining area where we could all eat together. The kitchen is well-stocked with two fridges, ovens, dishwashers and small appliances. There were so many extras we weren't expecting. We can't wait to return sometime to stay in this outstanding home!

Reunion

We found the property to be excellent with most of all the amenities that we wanted. During our stay, one of the refrigerators started to malfunction, but it still kept things cool enough. It will need some help.

The best house in Bear Lake!

What a great time we had at this beautiful house! The views of Bear Lake were breathtaking! The bedrooms were perfect and we had plenty of bathrooms. There were about 34 of us from one family. The kitchen was fabulous! 2 fridges and 2 stoves and 2 washers and dryers. The house is built so we could all prepare our food then eat together! We loved the big open dining room and tables and chairs. We had enough room to play lots of fun games! We had the greatest time. We have rented lots of other houses in Garden City, but this one is THE BEST! Thank you Travis for giving us the opportunity to use your home. Everything was great. The boys loved playing foosball and pool, and when we weren't on the water, the kids loved playing soccer and riding the bikes from the house. Just perfect in every way. We will be staying there again for sure!

Family Reunion

It was a great stay. Amazing space to accommodate a large party! The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. When we had concerns or needs- they were quick to reply and accommodate. It is a beautiful location and property.

We love Bear Lake and spending time here with our family. So, we moved here full time in 2018. We have built this home with large groups and family gatherings in mind. We know that having the right space can help create priceless memories. We wanted to be close to town, but not too close. We wanted groups to have, within one house, comfortable and private spaces as well as social and fun areas. We know your family or group will love it as much as we have!
