Great Stay

The properties cleanliness and functionality made it a great place to crash after a long day at the beach. It's and older place but very clean and great communication from property manager.

Great property close to beach access. Perfect for our girls weekend to attend a wedding. All rooms were nice and cool and we enjoyed the deck a lot also. Will definitely stay again!

Older unit but cozy

Really liked this place.. It is an older home but very clean and beds very comfortable!! The stairs going up to the home probably should be updated and also the deck but never had any issues with either. The deck was shaded by trees and loved hanging out there!! The lady that looks over the place was very friendly and always made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay again..

Great stay in Folly Beach!

We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The downtown area is a 15-20 minute walk and we thoroughly loved bringing our pup on vacation this year. The “courtyard” is a bit misleading for this unit, there is no grassy area attached. The upstairs deck was nice, but there are some bees / wasps that need to be taken care of. The 2nd bedroom is extremely small, however the large bedroom is quite spacious!

Folly Beach charmer!

Cozy upstairs apartment close to the restaurants. Sweet deck surrounded by palm trees. Nicely set up for 2, second bedroom for a friend or family.Steps to the beach for walking and swimming.

Great location

Enjoyed the house. The location is just a block from beach access. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. The smaller bedroom can get loud since it is on a busy road. There wasn't central heat, but numerous space heaters kept the apartment very pleasant. The house was very clean.

Perfect Folly Beach Stay

Great apartment with a great location. We stayed with our dog and had a great time. Walk to the beach, and local businesses. Very clean and well kept.

Fun in Folly

We enjoyed our time in Folly Beach. There was plenty to do and beyond great choices for restaurants! We hiked out to the lighthouse point and saw dolphins fishing at the beach, beyond words! We walked to dinner and saw an incredible sunset

Good location relative to the beach

Deck and grill were awesome as well as the proximity to the beach. Facility a little dated and quirkily designed but overall a pretty enjoyable spot.

Very nice stay

Nice apartment for my sister & I to visit Folly Beach. Super close access to the beach. Ashley Ave can be very busy & a little loud at times but that did not put any damper on our visit. Owner was super sweet. Would definitely stay here again.
