Vackert dekorerade fyra (4) sovrum och tre (3) badhusstrand med säsongsöppen pool. Det är bara en kort promenad till stranden eller vattnet i båda riktningarna. Du kan släppa i en kajak eller fiska på gemenskapens dagdocka. Hemmet är vackert dekorerat med strandteman i hela och ligger på en lugn sidogata cirka 1 mil söderut från bron som kommer in i Surf City. Det är den perfekta platsen för familj och vänner att njuta av stranden med utsikt över Atlanten.

Hemmet rymmer upp till 9 vuxna med sängstorlekar inklusive två (2) drottningssängar, en (1) full säng och en (1) Pyramid våningssäng. Sängkläder, kuddar, pålägg och filtar finns. Handdukar tillhandahålls INTE men du kan hyra.

A Great Getaway!

The location of this house is perfect! Right in between the sound and the ocean, it’s a very short walk to both. Just a mile down the road on the Oceanside are great shops and restaurants that you can easily walk to. The sound is beautiful and easy to get to via the dock. The house itself was very clean and the perfect size for 3 parties!

We Enjoyed Our Stay!

The property was extremely clean and matched the listing description. Susan was very responsive and helpful to all inquiries. They provided enough garbage bags, laundry pods, dish soap, paper towels, and toilet paper until we were able to get settled and get to the store. We very much enjoyed the location of the home and our stay! We would recommend this home if you’re looking to be in close proximity to the beach and to the restaurants, shopping, etc. in Surf City. We rented golf carts from a local company for the week and were able to use them to go to and from the beach, as well as for going for dinner, to the local grocery store, and for ice cream in Surf City. Just a helpful tip to future renters - there are no chairs provided at the community pool, so be sure to bring your own if you would like to spend your days lounging poolside.

Family Reunion Fun!

Everything about our stay was PERFECT! The home was in an awesome location for the beach and was very clean, roomy, and had comfortable furniture! Our host, Susan, communicated with us promptly when we reached out to her and was so accommodating for a few of our requests! We will definitely recommend Topsail Island to our friends as we have been coming here for 28 years and highly recommend the perfect location!

Enjoyed it overall ... but...

We have been coming to Surf City for years and tried this spot out for the first time. Overall was a nice place to stay! The dock is beautiful and the rooms fit everyone. But had a couple things that made this more like a 4 or 4.5 than a 5 star review. For a place that "sleeps 11" there's really only one usable pot, which makes making dinner a really long ordeal (unless you want to cook things in tiny saucepans?). The dining room table only seats 6 and while there are barstools, having a bigger table to accommodate the number of guests you have would be nice. Finally, the part that probably frustrated us the most was that the thermostat was on a timer (which is fine) but the owners set the A/C to go totally OFF starting TWO hours before checkout time, which made for a very sweaty clean-up and checkout process. I reached out to the owners about it at the time, thinking at first something was broken, but no response. If you can do it on a timer, just set the timer for the actual checkout time and let us clean your place, doing the dishes and laundry, without panting.

Easter weekend at the beach

My husband and I were visiting our daughter and 4 grands (8,6,4,2) in NC for 2 weeks. We decided to take them to the beach for a getaway! This property was perfect. Master upstairs for my hubby and I, and master and 2 bunk rooms on 2 nd floor. Quick walk to the beach. We had rain one day and hung out watching movies and playing monopoly (which was provided)!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

We enjoyed our stay SO much. The property is even better in person than it looks in the listing. So well appointed, everything you would expect and more. Pantry items, detergeant, foil and even a small stocked pantry. We loved the views from the balconies on every bedroom and two master suites. The porch hammock swing was so relaxing and can we talk about the OWNERS for a moment?! Every communication was answered within seconds and even followed up by a call if needed. They were so friendly and responsive from the booking to check out. Dont hesitate to grab this one if its available. We are local but this will be our go to for all future visits. Highly recommend.

Columbus Weekend

My family and I were traveling from upstate NY, to visit our son at Camp Lejuene. It was a very beautiful home! Very well decorated and easy to contact property owners for a very small issue! Resolved very quickly! Beds were comfortable and lots of living space and room for our 9 family trip! Close enough walk to the beach and pier (if you like to walk) Would def recommend and or stay here again!

Perfect Beach House

Wow! This house is lovely. It’s a short walk to a beautiful beach. Our grandchildren enjoyed using the pool and had a great time at the beach. The house is beautifully decorated, has comfortable beds, and is well equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. Thank you!

Wonderful Hosts

Plenty of sleeping space and short walk to the beach. Great views of water and sound. The property was well appointed and had plenty of dishes, kitchen supplies and towels. The dishwasher and washing machine were nice and large which is amazing when cleaning up after a group of 7. The hosts are very responsive and even offered an early check-in! We happily took them up on it. We took 4 kids fishing on the community pier, went to the beach every day and saw dolphins every afternoon. Lots of boardgames at the house to play with when it rained a little. A really nice way to kick off the New Year!

Great Stay and Lovely & Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely beach home in Surf City. The set up of the home was great, very clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room and nice views from the decks of both the ocean and intercontinental. Very easy and quick walk to the beach and the beach was huge! We enjoyed many long walks on the beach during our visit. The location was also convenient to stores and other amenities. The owners were very kind and very responsive. From the sound to the sea, we loved it here

This house had everything we were looking for. We wanted a short walk to the beach, access to the sound for fishing, and pool access. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful vacation in this house! The owner checked in on us and kept us updated on weather status when hurricane came through. We greatly appreciated the prompt communication. Although quite scary, the rest of the week was beautiful. House was very clean & nice. Thanks from our family. We will definitely consider returning in the future!

Memorial Day 2020

Everything was as advertised. Very spacious, clean, and a short walk to the beach. Most importantly thought, The owners were very attentive to our questions and made us feel very comfortable during our first visit to Topsail. We will definitely make their home our first choice the next time we visit.

Nice house close to beach with pool!

The house fit our family of 6 plus 3 others perfectly. The 3 baths were nice to have for ease of showering and getting ready. The living area, dining room and kitchen were a great gathering place. We all had fun putting together one of the puzzles and spending time on the many porches which all had amazing views. We loved having the pool for the kids to swim in at the end of the day. The house was within a few minutes walk to the beach access and we also walked out onto the bay landing one day which also offered beautiful views. My only small complaint was that some of the dishes, cups and utensils were put back very dirty with dried on food which led to us washing anything before we used it. I would say this was a very minor issue and probably not something that the home owner had much control over. Overall the house and location was amazing. We would most certainly stay here again!

Lovely Family Vacation Home

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week of vacation at this lovely beach house. The location is great with beautiful views of the waterway and ocean and a quick walk to the beach. The home is clean and modern with all the necessary amenities. The open kitchen made it easy to cook many of our meals at the house. We also enjoyed the option of using the pool, which was close by and never crowded. It was the perfect size and easily accommodated our family of eight.

We love Topsail Island! After exploring the NC area, it was our first choice when searching for a beach home with beautiful, tropical water beaches (minus the crowds), locally-owned fresh food restaurants, and authentic boutique shopping. We looked for a home in the area for a year, and when we viewed this one we fell in love. It's a newer home with a beautiful interior and awesome views all around. it is our pleasure to open this home to you...we know that you'll enjoy your stay! This home has awesome views of the Ocean and the Intra Coastal Waterway from all four (4) decks. It is situated on a narrow section of the island that offers this unique perspective. Get amazing views without paying the oceanfront prices. House is approximately 300 feet from the beach and less than 5 minute walk to a beach access. Just a short walk or bike ride to Surf City restaurants, shopping, and the pier.
