Vacker, avkopplande strandresa med plats för hela familjen på 3 nivåer. 3 sovrum 3. 5 bad town hem i samhället med pool och privat strand tillgång. Stor stadspark med lekplats intill. Havsutsikt från däck på 2 nivåer. 2 separata vardagsrum och fullt utrustat kök. Gratis Wifi, kabel-TV. Mycket lugnt, men nära restauranger och shopping samt fiske brygga.

På entréplan hittar du första vardagsrum med TV och ett urval av spel och pussel. Det finns 2 sovrum med privat badrum på denna nivå. Den första har en queen size-säng och den andra har 2 tvillingar. Det finns tillgång till den första balkongen utanför vardagsrummet. På vägen till andra våningen passerar du tvättstugan med full tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

På nästa nivå hittar du det största vardagsrummet med öppen planlösning för kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Detta vardagsrum har TV med DVD och Wii. Det finns också ett litet utlåningsbibliotek tillgängligt om du avslutar din bok medan du är här. Det stora sovrummet är utanför köket med en queen size-säng och privat badrum också. Det finns en balkong med 4 stolar och ett bord utanför vardagsrummet.

Loftet har underbar utsikt över vardagsrummet och havsutsikt från fönstret. Den har en dubbelsäng och en drottning bäddsoffa för extra sovplats. På vägen till loftet kommer du att passera halvbadet.

We came to town to visit family in Wallace. We enjoyed our stay, the location and the price was economical for the time period and amount of space in the condo.

Very Roomy

Lots of bedrooms and space for everyone. Three full bathrooms in each bedroom was a plus. Convenient to beach. Great communication with renters/owners.

Great Place to Stay

Host was a very responsive host when I had questions. Nice place to stay, an easy walk to the beach, and then I was able to relax in the pool. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And for those who talked about the music across the street they stopped at 1000 and it was only one night. Thanks for the nice stay!

Convenient with lots of sleeping space.

Property was nice with easy access to the beach. Lots of sleeping space and the kids enjoyed the games on the 1st floor. Kitchen was sufficient for cooking, but a vegetable peeler, scissors that actually cut and a blender would be a nice addition to the kitchen.

Loved it!

This house is perfect for a nice trip away to the beach. It is in a great location, easy access to the beach, easy walk to food and perfect if your interested in some entertainment. The host was also fantastic to work with. I will definitely stay here again!

Close to beach, activities, and pool for the kids!

This really is the ideal family vacation spot. Unit was clean, very short walk to private beach access, and a pool for the kids when they needed a break. 4 adults, 2 kids, and a dog with room to spare. Highly recommend, we'll be back next year.

Easy walk to beach, comfy townhouse

We relished the quick and easy walk to the beach and enjoyed the shared pool for a relaxed water alternative. We appreciated the outdoor shower and hose access to minimize bringing sand into the home. The open shared space was enjoyable to share with friends.

Amazing stay!

We loved every bit of our stay here. Everything was amazing. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults & 5 kids. Great communication with the host. We will definitely be back! Hopefully sooner than later. We already miss it 😂

Nice holiday getaway...

But the property could have been better maintained. Having 3 floors was convenient since i have 2 teens and each of them can have their own room. What did not work for me was the kitchen. It was small and the kitchenware was not organized or well maintained. I understand staying on the beach can cause corrosiveness/rust on the utensils, this is when these items should be switched to silicone when appropriate. The kitchen drawers were not organized and it made things look messy. There were gnats inside the fridge and in the master bathroom. Then on our last night of our stay, two roaches appeared in the kitchen. The one thing my kids complained about is the small TV in the living room, which was not conducive to playing the switch with others.

So relaxing and true to advertisement!

Stayed here Monday-Friday with my mom, her friend my 2 sisters, cousin & her 11 month old. getting ahold of the host was super easy and they replied back super fast. The house was clean, just make sure to bring your own linens ( pillow cases, blankets ) & also bring your own toilet paper but those are things that are told when you book but overall we had the best trip! The beach & pool is not even a minute walk and not crowded! We would deff stay here again!

Great for families

We loved the layout of the property. It gave everyone their own space. Everything was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The only downfall for us was that the pool was not yet open during our stay. Other then that we loved the opportunity to stay here and open to come again!

Fabulous Stay. Perfect Central Location on the Island. Super Family Friendly for mixed ages. Beach right outside our door! Only concern is the amount of stairs...Our 60 yr. old arthritic knees took a beating...No issues for the Young Bucks. Highly Recommend...Owner Lovely to interact with.

5 stars! So easy!

Such an easy place to stay. Clean. Comfortable beds. So close to beach. 8 year old LOVED the loft space. Exactly as advertised. Would absolutely stay again. One caveat, which only matters if someone in your group has bad knees: Wouldn't book for someone who can't climb stairs. Grampy complained a lot😉

Review

Overall, everything was fine. However, the home needed a lot of cleaning. The dust on the ceiling fans and bathroom fans was very thick. Lightbulbs were burned out over the dining room table. I did love the floor plan, ease of renting and checking in and out, and the location. We had a great family trip. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, but overall, again, we really enjoyed our stay.

Expected A Lot More...

The property photos are great but once inside, the furniture is worn/torn, kitchen was not well stocked and is just dated. As for the location, my stay was only for 4 Days and I had to listen to extremely loud music until 11pm from the "Trailer Bar" across the street. I've been vacationing in Topsail for 40 years and can assure you there are much better rental options out there.

Great vacation

We enjoyed our stay! The home was well equipped and we had plenty of space. I do have to rate the cleanliness of the home as poor. We planned on cleaning counters door knobs and surfaces anyways since we were coming during COVID-19 but the floors and toilets were not clean. Other than that communication with the owner was great! We still enjoyed our stay and we just cleaned some when we arrived. I do suggest the owner find a new cleaning company.

Surf City is the perfect beach. It has it all without being commercialized. We love the small town feel and being able to walk the beach without fighting crowds. This town house is so perfect for our family with the beach, the pool and the playground right next door. It is so much fun while being perfectly relaxing at the same time.
