Denna unika stuga ligger i vackra Three River Estates och mycket lätt att hitta. Det ligger på en Santa Fe-vattenväg som går in i floden Sante Fe bara några steg bort i en 3Rivers-park.
Denna hyttas vackra trägolv visar upp det nyligen ombyggda huset. Det stora delvis täckta däcket kommer att få dig avslappnad och njuta av utsikten över den vackra cypressen, ek och spanska mossahängmatta från Sante Fe. Koppla av och titta på kalkon och rådjur vandra genom fastigheten. När du kopplar av kan du njuta av kvällens solnedgång och dra nytta av grillen och eldstaden. Fantastiskt ställe att helt komma undan stress från storstaden.
Naturligtvis är denna plats allt! Inte bara nära alla fjädrar och floder, men du har en nyckel till alla parker och båtramper som 3 floder erbjuder. Detta inkluderar de 3 privata parkerna på Ichetucknee. Bestäm bara om du vill kanot, kajak, paddlavla, flyta eller bara snorkla den vackra klara fjädern. The cabin worked out great for our needs and the property and area are nice to walk around. It was also nice to have access to the private parks. Iris was very responsive to any questions.

Tranquil and CLEAN

The first thing one notices upon entry into this cozy cabin, is, it's VERY CLEAN - I MEAN, VERY CLEAN! It has everything we needed for our short stay. Iris and her cleaner made sure that I would have a safe stay as I have extreme allergies and asthma - I had no issues! My husband and I are planning another trip there as my sister lives closeby. It's a perfect location for us! Don't be hesitant about booking this cozy cabin!

Weekend getaway.

We stayed on the way back from dropping our daughter off at FSU. Relaxing break in a beautiful area We went to nearby Ichetuknee springs and found a great place for Mexican food lunch at the Farm Stand which also had homemade jams, pickles, hot sauce, and local honey. (seating outside on picnic tables). Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the bedroom.

Okay!!

Quiet place, calm and relaxing, good location. Very basic, minimal accommodation. Lacking some basic kitchen utensils, dishes. Bring your own! Futon is not comfortable. Poor quality. The cabin is ok if you like to stay outside. Quite dark inside.

Check in was 3pm, we waited for the access code for 2h. We checked in 3 people, but was NO bed for the third person. Towels in the bathroom was prepared only for 2 people. After communication with the host someone bring the extra towels and bed sheets . The sofa in the living room IS NOT THE Sleaping SOFA. Very uncomfortable sofa for sleeping. I feel all the framing in my back . Cabin is good only for TWO PEOPLE.

Charming cabin

We booked here because it had inlet to access the santa fe river. Because of hurricane that blew through some of this area, neighbors tree fell across inlet so we couldn't paddle out from cabin. We were able to launch from park down the road.Appliances were adequate to prep our meals with. We had to remeber not to use air fryer and hot plate plugged in same outlet. We propped the breaker that was easy to get to. The place is well situated to visit the nearby springs to explore. They made up a booklet that we utilized to plan our paddles.lots of recreation things to do in this area. And each day, deer came through property. Woke up one morning and some turkeys (wild) came t hrough. So we recommend this place. Was small but great for a couples retreat. It met our needs. And glad there was coffee. Thanks for offering this up.

Clean,Cozy and Convenient. No complaints but if I could change one thing it would be a pull-out couch instead of lounge chairs in the living room would make it comfier. just my opinion. We enjoyed it.

Struggled between 4 and 5 stars. The place was absolutely adorable. I would have preferred a slightly different bathroom seup that did not feel quite so camper feeling. Unfortunately we could not fish from the property, the water was just so very low and full of algae. But overall it was very pleasant to unplug. The springs in the area are some of the best we have ever seen. We'll go back one day!

Quaint Summer Cottage

Reminiscent of Grandparents Lake House/Hunting Cabin, on beautiful/scenic location with lots of deer and other wildlife around. The local Park Access Keys, that comes with rental, provided a Huge plus for us and we also launched our Kayak from them. No kayaks here or access right now from backyard creek to Santa Fe river, as trees blocking/down creek but was easy and very close to transport to local launch areas. No wifi but We have AT&T and with our phone hotspot were able to connect and watch movies and they have local tv too, and Lots of DVD’s.Super close to many Springs and we had a very nice stay, thanks.
