Golffront i Polo Ridge! Detta hus ligger på Glenview golfbanan. Utsikt över golfbanan från sovrum, kök och vardagsrum / matplats. Fastigheten ligger så nära alla bekvämligheter som Polo Ridge har att erbjuda. Minuter till restauranger och butiker på den inkluderade 4-sits golfvagnen! Poolen ligger 1 minut bort när du vill svalna. Detta hus har uppdaterats från topp till botten. Vinylplankgolv, basbord, ny färg, granit, möbler, fåfänga, belysning, köksmaterial och mer!Det finns en delad planlösning som är bra för när du har gäster på besök. Befälhavaren har en stor garderob och en fantastisk utsikt över golfbanan genom skjutdörren. Ett av gästrummen har också en dörr till Lanai. Verandan är avskärmad och det finns en ENORM lanai ut bakåt (14x36) med utsikt över golfbanan. Det finns också en uteplats utanför Lanai med en gasgrill. Huset har internet, kabel, fasttelefon och en 60 ”tv. Strandhanddukar, nudlar svalare och fällbara stolar för musik på torget finns där. Ta bara dina kläder och njut!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained. Every detail made the stay feel welcoming and stress-free, from the cleanliness of the space to the thoughtful touches throughout the home.The location was ideal, and the amenities exceeded expectations, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time.Most importantly, the owner was exceptional to work with—responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. Perfect stay in The Villages

This was one great house in The Villages. The location was very convenient to grocery….restaurants….other shopping…..pools and all the other amenities that you find at the Villages. The home is very comfortable and stocked with everything you need to feel right at home. The backyard screened porch is the perfect place for morning coffee. Mark was an excellent host and helpful anytime I needed assistance with anything. I hope to be back again in the near future. Thank you Mark!

Wonderful property and excellent location!

We were very pleased with our stay! The home was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The golf course view from the extra large lanai was fantastic! Fabulous location! Everything we needed or wanted was a short golf cart ride away. Mark, the property owner, was an excellent host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any needs. We would stay here again!

Don't Pass This One!

CLEAN, Beautifully decorated with new like furniture. Host is amazingly quick to contact! Huge Lanai. Loved the putting green on the Lanai. Has everything you need for an extended stay. We will rent here again.

Wonderful House

We couldn’t have had a better experience. The house is so nice. It’s clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you could need. Mark, the owner is phenomenal, always checking on us and making sure everything was good. We loved it!

November 2020 Stay

The property is impressive, clean and updated. It has everything that you need including sharp knives and storage containers for leftovers. The fact that Mark has the paper products, laundry & cleaning supplies & bottle water stocked is exceptional. His policy of replace what you use eliminates purchasing all these supplies upon arrival. Mark is very attentive and willing to solve any issue. No question, I would stay again.

Excellent location! Perfect house!

You couldn’t ask for a better owner! Supplies everything and checks in periodically to see if everything is ok! The newly renovated house backs on a golf course and is perfectly located in The Villages! The golf cart and daily newspaper is a nice touch! I highly recommend this place!

Great Rental

My wife and I were the first renters in this lovely home. The owner Mark was a pleasure to deal with and everything about this home was first class. Loved the view of the golf course from the lanai. Wonderful home and would certainly rent again.

View was amazing

The house was beautifully decorated. The view from the lanai was amazing. We spent a lot of time there drinking coffee, reading and having a glass of wine at night. The location is close to the swimming pool and shopping. The golf cart was a plus getting to the squares. The owner has thought of everything. They have pool noodles, beach towels and a cooler.

My mom and dad rented in The Villages for years and years. Now it’s just my dad so several years ago my Wife and I bought this house for him to use in the winter. Because of that we try to make sure it’s always in great shape and fully equipped so he can have the best time possible !

Varför värden valde detta boende

This location is so convenient. It’s super close to Publix, Ace , Walmart , Hobby Lobby , lots of restaurants and all the shopping that the Southern Trace area has to offer.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The golf course view from the back of the house is amazing. You’re directly on the Glenview championship golf course near the dogleg of the hole. You can watch shots to the green and it’s so wide open you have to see it to believe it !
