Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate you recognizing the property's potential, but we're truly sorry that several maintenance issues affected your stay. We understand how disappointing it must have been to choose a home for its amenities, only to find that some were not functioning as expected. Our team worked to address the concerns reported to us as they arose, but we recognize that these inconveniences still took away from your overall experience. While occasional maintenance issues can happen, we understand that the number of concerns you encountered fell short of the standards we strive to provide. We appreciate your detailed feedback, as it helps us identify areas that need attention and opportunities to improve both the property and the guest experience. We regret that your stay did not meet your expectations and hope to have another opportunity to provide you with a much smoother and more enjoyable vacation in the future.

Thank you, DJ! We're glad the house worked out great for your large group. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back to South Padre Island in the future! Best, Ashleigh T., General Manager - SPI Rentals
