Perfect Spot for a Family Retreat

The location, the size, space of each area, the available activities within the Resort is all you need to make it a success. Add to that a fully stocked and fully functional kitchen. Donna was very positive and welcoming. She made you feel at home.

Great for big groups

Alpine Villa was a great spot for our group of 14 friends to spend a long weekend. Our host Donna was extremely responsive and made sure that we felt welcome. The property had plenty of space and indoor amenities to keep us entertained when the weather wasn't cooperating, but really shined when we could take advantage of the outdoor activities.

Family ski trip

A very spacious, well stocked beautiful home that easily accommodated our large family. Plenty of amenities to entertain both young and old while not on the slopes! From the racquetball/basketball court to the Roman bath to the media lounge and several gathering areas helped to make this our best trip ever.

Amazing Stay

Our stay at the Alpine Villa in Breckenridge was amazing! Donna, our host walked us through the entire property and showed us all the amenities. The villa was amazing, everything we could hope for. Donna also jas a conceire service that was extremely helpful. we will definitely stay at the Alpine villa again. Donna and the property were amazing!!

Great place to rejuvenate!

We had a women's retreat here, with 18 women for four days and three nights. The property is breath taking, and accommodated our group perfectly. We lacked no amenities, from toiletries to activities, you never need to leave. Communication with the host, and their concierges, was easy with quick response time. Thank you Alpine Villa for making our event memorable, and allowing us to truly rejuvenate!!

We'll be back

We had a large group of adults in early 30's to late 40's stay here for 4 nights. The location is amazing for active and restful moments, and the house had plenty to keep our group entertained for those rainy afternoons or quiet coffee mornings. We were not in need of anything while at the house and look forward to our next trip to the Alpine Villa Retreat, maybe even with our kids next time.

Phenomenal Experience Overall

This villa was the perfect place for our group of 24 to connect. Not only is the location absolutely picturesque with amazing scenery and a beautiful stream on the property, but the villa itself was spacious and luxurious. Our group was blown away by the size of the villa, the amenities, and the overall experience staying there. Between the basketball court, the fire pit, the roman spa, and disc golf, we had a great time simply exploring the property and making the most of everything it had to offer. I cannot say enough good things about this place, we all had an amazing time and loved that there was plenty of room for everyone, more beds than we even needed, and wonderful spaces for food and entertainment. Donna was a fantastic host and Patty was extremely helpful with coordinating trip logistics. Everyone who attended absolutely loved the villa - we will be back!

Great House for a Family Reunion

The house is amazing and perfect for a family reunion. Lots of room for both small and large group gatherings, lots of activities for various ages, well stocked kitchen and beautiful views out the back of the house. Donna the property manager was very helpful and explained key systems in the house to get us started (music in the rooms, hot tub controls, doors, etc...) and pointed us to detail instructions for the rest of the systems. This is a great house and very well managed.

Beautiful Retreat!

We held a family reunion at Apline Villa for over 30 people aged 2 to 92. The accommodations were wonderful. There were large spaces big enough for all of us to be together and plenty of smaller places for us to split up and gather in small groups, or even have time alone. We had enough to do onsite that we did not need to leave the property, except maybe to hike on the nearby trails. We will definitely return!

Only our God knows how many stars there are in the sky and only those of us lucky enough to have stayed at Alpine Villa truly know what 5 star really means in Colorado. Wow is a word most often heard as guest see this place for the first time.

Could not have been more amazing

Truly, this is the most incredible property in Summit County. It has everything -- from comfortable beds to a well-equipped kitchen to lovely grounds. Despite the size of the property, every room is comfy and cozy and welcoming. I literally cannot recommend this property any more highly. If you're considering using this for your next gathering, DO IT. It will be one of the best stays you've ever had the opportunity to experience.

Alpine Villa is everything I could ask for in a retreat. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time. Whether I am sitting out on the patio watching the wildlife, sitting down by the river, reading a book,enjoying the hot tub and steam room, or more physical activities, such as the excercise equipment, hiking, snowshoeing, playing in the gym, it is all the best. Living in Texas, I really look forward to going there and sleeping with the windows wide open in the middle of summer. I love the place. Jane Corbin

COVID WEDDING

We had a small wedding at Alpine Villa. It was PERFECT. There were a couple mishaps throughout our stay but nothing Detrimental. There could have definitely been more effort put into the landscaping and cleaning up certain areas of the property but we made it work for us. You would be hard pressed to find a place nicer that can accommodate up to 50 people. We even had a bluegrass band come play on the patio. The Roman bath is AMAZING. Overall a great experience.

Almost Perfect Stay

We used Alpine Villa Retreat to house our friends and family and host a small intimate wedding after our original plan was changed. The property was perfect in many ways - it was HUGE, with plenty of space for each person, the views were beautiful, and there were a lot of amenities that our family loved. We had little children who enjoyed the game room and endless DVD collection, and the adults were thrilled with the fire pit, hot tub, and rock climbing wall. The in-house sound system was cool and worked well for broadcasting music during the wedding. There was plenty of storage and space for everyone and everything we needed for our 3-day stay. That being said, the property could seriously benefit from a few upgrades. The decor is out of date, which is fine for a mountain retreat. Our problems were mostly in the kitchen - the bottom oven was broken the entire stay, even though maintenance had told the property manager it was working. This was a huge issue for us, as we were having a full wedding dinner and planned on using both ovens. The range was also malfunctioning. Finally, the grill had not been cleaned in ages and immediately filled the patio area with thick smoke when we fired it up. The exhaust did not work to clear the smoke, either because it was too old or because the filters were not clean. Either way, it was an issue. I would not recommend cooking at the property until these issues have been fully resolved. A few other things did not work on the property - nothing that ruined the stay, but things that should be in tip-tip shape for the cost. There is no A/C in the house - not uncommon for mountain houses, but something to consider. We used fans to cool bedrooms, and that was fine in every space except the lofts. The owner has a private apartment in the complex - it is located on the second floor near the back of the house. If the owner is around, I imagine guests would run into him. He was not present during our trip, though I was shocked to learn that he could be physically present at the property during a guest's stay. The contract does not make it explicit that the owner may physically residing at the property during a stay, and I would encourage that to be cleared up for future guests. Overall, the property was great. I would 100% return if the circumstance was appropriate. The house is huge and offers plenty of activities for guests to entertain themselves.
