Vad är bättre än vid stranden? Vårat ställe! Vi är tvärs över gatan från stranden, så du får bekvämligheten vid stranden utan priserna vid stranden. Du är en kortare promenad till stranden från vår lägenhet än du skulle vara i de stora orterna med "stranden" priser.

Kom koppla av och känna sanden mellan tårna på den vackra South Padre Island. Detta är den perfekta platsen att komma bort från allt. Ännu bättre är vår plats. Vi är tvärs över gatan från stranden, och det finns tillgång till stranden bara några steg från lägenheten. Det är som att vara vid stranden utan priserna! Det finns inga hotell runt omkring oss, så stranden är inte så trångt och grannskapet är tyst.

Efter en lång dag på stranden kan du titta på en film på vår 42-tums HDTV och Blu-Ray-spelare. Våra lägenheter är husdjursvänliga och barnvänliga. De är också bra för en romantisk tillflyktsort. Ställer du in en tjejhelg eller återförening? Du kan hyra ut en hel våning eller hela byggnaden och ha en privat semester!

Vi är glada över att du tittar på att spendera lite tid med oss på San Andres Condominiums. Vårt strandhem är en husdjursvänlig, familjesemesteruthyrning. Vi ger 10% rabatt till militär, polis och brandmän. Den resenär som säkerställer bokningen måste vara 25 år eller äldre. Fantastic trip!

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. Took my daughter, my sister, our pup and friends down for spring break. Condo had plenty of space and alllll the amenities. So nice to have a heated pool since the weather was a bit chilly. Very close to the beach and 4 blocks from wanna wanna! Check in was easy. I forgot to sign the docs (doh!)and the team was incredibly helpful with making sure we had everything ready to check in. 10/10 will book again!

Great stay for vacation!

PERFECT AS ALWAYS

We stay here at least 1-2x a year with our two teenager girls and our puppy and ALWAYS have an amazing stay! One of the TVs was on the blitz and Alex was there within the hour to replace it. Looking forward to our next visit!

Vacation

This condo was perfect for my family and two dogs. The grill by the pool is great and we love how close it is to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to South Padre.

Amazing!

The unit itself was so clean! Cleaner than any other VRBO we have stayed at. Beds were comfy and we felt right at home. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the fact that our dogs were welcome and that we weren’t charged an arm and a leg to bring them. We are looking forward to coming back soon!

This is a great property. We love the condo and especially the pool area. The only suggestion we have is to clean the open area going to each condo when needed.

Lovely Condo

This condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. Our stay was very comfortable. Use caution if booking over Spring Break. Large groups sometimes book multiple units in this complex. Otherwise a great stay.

Great location and pool area was our hang out area

We had 19 people stay for a week. We loved the condo’s as well as the pool area where we hung out as a group. The beach was an easy walk across the street and we spent alot of time lounging in the water and flying out shark kite. Had the best Pina Colada at Wana Wana which was within walking distance on the beach. Condo’s were clean and modern! Loved the whole south Padre island!

SPI is the closest ‘good’ beach I can drive my family to. With this 3rd attempt at finding a suitable property for our needs, we’ve found what we were looking for with safety, simplicity, cleanliness, location and a pool. Great management on all levels.

A wonderful week at Athena Ares

We were very happy with our stay at Athena Ares. The property was clean, nicely and comfortably furnished and full of amenities. The location was just a short walk from the gulf beach and within walking distance of several restaurants that we enjoyed and a movie theater. A grocery store was conveniently located just about a mile away. Having traveled quite a distance to get to SPI, we really appreciated that things like dish soap, soap dispensers at each sink and starter sets of toilet paper and paper towels were provided. The beds were very comfortable and towels were thick and plentiful. We would highly recommend this property to others!

The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
