Vad är bättre än vid stranden? Vårat ställe! Vi är tvärs över gatan från stranden, så du får bekvämligheten vid stranden utan priserna vid stranden. Du är en kortare promenad till stranden från vår lägenhet än du skulle vara i de stora orterna med "stranden" priser.

Kom koppla av och känna sanden mellan tårna på den vackra South Padre Island. Detta är den perfekta platsen att komma bort från allt. Ännu bättre är vår plats. Vi är tvärs över gatan från stranden, och det finns tillgång till stranden bara några steg från lägenheten. Det är som att vara vid stranden utan priserna! Det finns inga hotell runt omkring oss, så stranden är inte så trångt och grannskapet är tyst.

Efter en lång dag på stranden kan du titta på en film på vår 42-tums HDTV och Blu-Ray-spelare. Våra lägenheter är husdjursvänliga och barnvänliga. De är också bra för en romantisk tillflyktsort. Ställer du in en tjejhelg eller återförening? Du kan hyra ut en hel våning eller hela byggnaden och ha en privat semester!

Vi är glada över att du tittar på att spendera lite tid med oss på San Andres Condominiums. Vårt strandhem är en husdjursvänlig, familjesemesteruthyrning. Overall it was a good experience. Pretty much everything you might need at home to cook is there, albeit a hunt to find it. Parking is excellent and location to beach superb. As for me, my house is kept significantly cleaner. We have friends who live on the island who also rent thier personally owned condo most of the year, and they also struggle to find competent cleaning services. For the price, its fair, but in the future, I will probably opt for a 5 star hotel suite instead.

Relaxing & Comfortable Staycation

Beach Wedding Vacation

Condo was perfect for the 5 of us. Pool and all amenities was great. We had the whole pool to ourselves since all the condos we're not rented.

First Visit to the Island

This was our first time in South Padre after past years spent in Arizona & Florida. We loved the location, just steps from the beach. The unit was exactly as pictured. The owners do a great job maintaining their property. The island had much to offer. We spent lots of time by the pool & hot tub, viewing the Space X launch, walks and games on the beach, dining in the local restaurants and listening to local musicians several times a week. The other renters were very courteous. Our family visited with their dog, Millie. She loved the long walks on the beach and being able to accompany us to some of the restaurants and music offerings. The management was quick to respond when we had questions. This will not be our last visit to the island!

Great location

Enjoyable and clean home. Great location for food, entertainment and the beach. Host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. The kids had a good time at the pool. The overall experience was great, we had a good time.

Easy walk to the beach

The stay was pleasant and relaxing. The property is a two minute walk from the room to the water. Lots of amenities with in minutes for location.

Jones Reunion

The Athena Ares is beautiful. The condos were clean and nicely furnished. The pool area was wonderful to have a backyard meal and dip in the pool. We had a generour area to walk our dogs and keep them safe. I would recommend these condos to anyone who would like an area for the whole family to rent all 6 condos or just 2 condos. Parking was great, we did not have to park end to end like some other areas require you to do.Thank you to the family, grounds keepers and house keeping for making these condos clean and welcoming.

Relaxing winter

We enjoyed our stay at Athena Ares!! All the comforts of home. Everything you need for a day at the beach with a perfect patio to relax in the evening. Everything about this location is perfect. The beach is right across the street. Walking distance to several restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!!

Well furnished and attractive

The apartment was nicely furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. Water pressure in master bathroom was low, and there were problems with guest bedroom shower. Overall though this was a nice facility in a nice area of the island.

Great weekend

The condo was great, very clean and had plenty of room. My family enjoyed our little get away and enjoyed the pool which was very clean and very well maintained. The location of the condo was great, just a short walk to the beach where we all enjoyed the sand and water. I would definitely recommend this property to others and I see my family returning to this condo again.

Great winter stay

Location can’t be beat! Across the street from beach without all the blowing sands or dampness. We have been coming to SPI for 10 years for a winter getaway and This was our second winter here and the best equipped condo we have stayed in! Amber from the management company is very attentive to all of our needs and wants. Best of all is the heated pool and hot tub, and outdoor kitchen with tv. Great for gatherings and super bowl parties.

Wonderful time!

From check in to check out was effortless. Property was impeccably clean, my kids and i were very impressed with the setting. Everything to make this vacation a home away from home was as expected. The location is great! We can easily head back to the condo for lunch or just to grab more digging stuff. Then it's just a 1-2 minute walk back across the street and we are there, in the water! We also love walking down to the Wanna Wanna Inn for fried shrimp, cold beer, and good music. When our family comes to visit, we stay in all of the condos and spread out. We get to enjoy being close together without listening to each other snore!
