Är du redo för lite fotboll ???Vi är bara 40 minuter till Jordan Hare Stadium. Att sitta runt vår eldstad är det perfekta läget att tillbringa de kommande höstkvällarna, titta på bladen ändra färger på träden och reflektera över sjön.

Det finns INGEN STEG på vår egendom inifrån och ut. Det är på 1. 3 tunnland i en lugn vik perfekt för kajakpaddling och bad, men bara några minuter till stort vatten och en båtlansering på DARE Park.

För barnen finns det en trampolin och en gungställning, sandstrand komplett med leksaker, och vi har två kajaker för ungdomar, en kajak för vuxna och en stå upp paddleboard. Dessa är tillgängliga för allas användning. Din deposition kommer att returneras baserat på husets skick men också på dessa föremål.

Inuti hittar du en öppen planlösning med utsikt över sjön och trädgården från de flesta rum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och spjälsäng. När du vaknar på morgonen är det första du ser sjön som glänsar utanför ditt fönster. I masterbadet hittar du ett badkar. Det finns också en stor dusch med regnduschdusch och dubbla fåfänga.

På den andra sidan av huset finns tre andra sovrum och ett badrum. Gästrummet (Shore Thang) har en dubbelsäng med utsikt över sjön. Det är inrett i ett nautiskt tema.

Våningssalen är inredd i ett tema "Lost Boys" med bedårande våningssängar och en teepee.

Tjejerummet är dekorerat med en sjöjungfru-tema och har en tvåbäddsbädd med dubbla rulla samt en futon som kan vikas in i en fullstor säng.

Köket har öar samt ett matbord. Utanför hittar du en STOR bakre del med ett stort snitt för att tuppla och njuta av sjöbrisen. Glöm inte vår kanotljus och kanofiskdamm.

Excellent lake house in a quiet area

We really enjoyed our week long stay, the house is located in quiet location. Our kids could swim right off the dock with no worries of boat traffic, perfect place for paddel boarding, and kayaking, property was well kept and clean. Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Family vacation

Great Mother's Day Getaway

We had three generations of ladies from our family on our traditional getaway. This property was perfect for us! It had beautiful outside areas and a great view of the water. It provided room for everyone to have separate activities and be together. We would stay again!

Lake house

Peaceful lake getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful and comfortable home. The host was very easy to communicate with and neighbors are friendly! Perfect yard and access to lake via private beach and dock. We will definitely be back!

Lake Martin Trip

It was exactly what was described. Easy to drop the boat at the. Oat launch and navigate to the house. We had a fabulous time. The setting was very peaceful! Everyone enjoyed the property and would definitely come back.

The best

This is our second time to stay here. We absolutely love this place. We used the kayak and paddle board and brought our owe paddle board. We so enjoyed our time here that we are already picking a week to come next year. The owners are the best. Due to the storm Debby we could not drive back to Florida. We contacted the owner Cheryl and she didn’t hesitate to allow us to stay another night and even said we could stay longer than that if we needed. Such a blessing. Thank

Quaint and Quiet

This was the perfect house for our little group. The outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax after a day in the water and the huge yard allowed the kids to run. Huge bonus there were no stairs to climb. The neighbors all seemed very nice and we really enjoyed all the neighborhood pups.

Great get away for a fun filled weekend on the lake

We had absolutely everything we needed to make my family’s stay perfect. From keeping the kids entertained while we pack the boat for the day. The play ground and trampoline was a blast for them. And the gorgeous back porch and great views to enjoy breakfast and dinner. Ease of access to the boat dock made it easy to load and unload. We will definitely stay again.

Great place!

We loved this property, the location on the lake was close to town and the marina, which was convenient since we brought a boat. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboard! I only deducted a star from the accuracy of the listing because the beach has worn away a bit and could use some more sand. I have a toddler that enjoys playing in the sand, so I wish there was more of a beach area. We also did not see a gas grill, only charcoal, so prepare for that if you’re going to cook. Other than that, we loved this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the lake!! :)

New Year Get-A-Way

We stayed for the weekend for a new years get away and had a great time. Even though it was too cold to swim, the property was great for the kids to run around and play. The play set was a nice bonus! The home was great to house both our families and we loved the open concept so we could all be together. The power went out at one point (no fault of anyone or owner) and the owner/manager reached out to check on us. Would recommend and would def stay again!

Great Stay on Lake Martin

After 9 years of family trips to the lake at the same property that is no longer available, we had to find a new home. This vacation rental proved to be a perfect replacement. It's location on the lake at the end of finger provided calm waters for kids (and adults) to play in the swim area on the property. There are 2 waverunner docks that were a nice extra so we didn't have to fool with tieing up every time. There is a marina a 5-10 ride that has 24 hour fuel pumps. Dadeville is a 10 minute drive for shopping. The boat ramp is 5 minutes away. By the boat ramp is a park with a huge beach area with perfectly calm water, flush toilets, picnic areas (covered and uncovered) with grills and a very nice play area for children. The home was well stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The owner's were very responsive to messages and communication through all aspects of the rental period, both before and during our stay. The space was comfortable, everything worked as it should. I would say you can't go wrong with this vacation rental.

LSU & golf road trip

Property was great and exactly as described. Was travelling with 5 other friends from college and we had more than enough room. No issues at all with the property owners , they communicated with me and made everything very easy. Highly recommend Stillwater's Country club which was only 15 minutes away, beautiful course.

Perfect lakehouse

The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need for your stay. The covered porch and flat yard is amazing. Canoe, kayaks, beach area and fire pit were a plus! Definitely will stay here again!
