This place is so nice and perfect for a couple. Close to shopping AND the beach. Neighborhood is vibrant, lots of local restaurants. Our apartment was clean and well maintained with a little balcony that was nice to sit on. Just a great experience!

Near: clubs, resturants, stores, souvenirs everywhere. Queen size bed, with a futon if needed. Small bathroom,with Shower only. Towels and basic kitchen cook and flatware. Cute balcony, directly in the sun, ALL DAY keep curtains close to reduce the heat. air conditioner works great. Smart TV. Fridge, electric range and microwave, no oven. Host are on top of their game, and respond very quickly. No complicated rules or regulations from the owner or the HOA. Pool was good, but will be close 9/2026 to 11/2026.

The apartment is in a great location! It was very clean, looked like the photos and has a partial view of the ocean. The host was very responsive and super quick to respond with any questions I had. Would love to stay again and I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a cute, beachy studio, that is easily walkable to nearby restaurants and Isla Verde Beach!

Beautiful and convenient

Check in process was very easy....close to everything you wont regret stay at this location...the beach,the pool,close by restaurants the airport....we will stay here again no doubt...thanks juan.

Isla Verde Gem!

We enjoyed our stay here! Walking distance to many restaurants and shops, clean beaches, felt safe and was a short drive to Old San Juan! The pool was so much fun and all of the people we meet at the condo were so nice and helpful. The host had great communication and provided recommendations and quick responses to any questions we had! We would stay here again!

St Tropez

Great time, clean and well kept. Comfortable bed and easy access to beach. Uber was able to pick me up from this location easily and get us to destinations in San Juan quickly! I recommend staying!!

Great apartment!

The apartment is well furnished, with fully stocked kitchen and all the essentials a family of four may need. The location is just perfect within walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and great restaurants! The host is extremely responsive and accommodated our earlier arrival. We enjoyed the stay! Juan was a very communicative host! He even made sure to let us know about maintenance that would be occurring during our stay before hand as well as the morning of!The apartment was exactly as pictured. Very clean and well maintained. Well stocked with appliances and dishes as well as cleaning supplies. The cold air worked perfectly and the water pressure was also great!The laundry room in the lower level was also very convenient and worked great. We did not use the pool, but it looked very clean.The location, though, is truly the star. It's so close to just about everything you'll need to make your trip convenient.Perfect for a couple!

Exactly as described!

We truly enjoyed our stay and loved being within walking distance to everything. I felt super safe and didn't even use the 2 safety door devices I traveled with for extra security. Highly recommend!!

I enjoyed my stay

I loved the apartment but i did not enjoy not having running water for half of one of the days i was there. The property manager kept in touch which i appreciated.

Unfortunately the local water outage was out of our control as hosts, since it was scheduled by the city for repairs in the area. We have taken note and have advised the city to make proper notifications with ample time so property owners could advise guests in advanced. Once again, Thank you!

Was disappointed that we found no access when we walked to what we thought would take us to beach. I would have liked something with drawers to put clothing you don't hang up. Wanted to sit on balcony, but here was pigeon poop everywhere.Good eating places, met several nice residents and other travelers.Will return to Puerto Rico again but will not stay in such a busy area.

Daughter’s College Graduation Trip

We enjoyed our stay! It was close to the beach, restaurants & airport which made it very convenient. The pool was never busy & was very refreshing! The outside of the complex wasn’t the best, as it looks like it needs updated but this is no fault of the condo owner! The condo itself was very clean & cute, just as pictured! Great communication with the owner & we were even able to checkin 2 hours early!

Had a late flight in (after 11pm) and was able to check in without any issues. Used uber and taxis instead of renting a car. Uber was so easy to use. Short 5-6 min walk to beach and rented the chair/ umbrella at beach. So many food places in walking distance. Juan was very fast in responding to my messages. Would stay here again. He also allowed us a late check out. Until next time San Juan!!!!

It was a pleasure for us to use your apartment for our vacation in Puerto Rico. We thank the owners for providing everything we needed during our stay (more beach towels...etc.) The apartment is stylishly decorated and clean. The pool was warm and clean and the surrounding areas well maintained. The reception of the information about the accommodation was timely and sufficient.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying at the property. The apartment was clean and appeared just like the pictures. Juan the owner, responded to all my messages immediately and was gracious. He even accommodated an early check in and late check out giving us more time in the area. The location was great, near everything we needed. We walked to the beach everyday which was a few blocks walk and my daughter enjoyed the pool everyday. We ate a great breakfast at sobao across the street and enjoyed dinner at lupis restaurant right downstairs from the apartment. We had a short stay and didn’t want to leave. We would definitely return again.
