Anniversary Trip

This was our Anniversary trip and our first time in PCB. We were right on the beach, and oh was it wonderful. The sound of the ocean is calming and oh so peaceful to fall asleep to. The accommodations were wonderful!

Convenient location

We enjoyed the location being able to step off the back stairs onto the beach. The place itself was comfortable. I guess I didn't pay attention to the kitchen pictures for the size of the kitchen, meaning that there is limited space for storing food. Not the end of the world, but just kept the counter cluttered. All in all it is a nice place and would stay there again.

This is the second time staying here and just like the first time it was awesome having kids and staying here is easy walking off the deck to the beach is the best part and only a couple mins away from everything. When we arrived to the room we saw a stain on the table and messaged the owner Kara to inform her about it and we got a response almost instantly

Owner raised the price over$900 after we requested to rent

We requested to rent this condo. The owner then raised the price for $900 more than the total listed price that it was advertised. I’m not talking about fees, taxes, etc. The total for all of those things plus the actual stay was raised by more than $900 with no explanation. Bait and switch. Dishonest. I do not recommend doing business with them. I’m only leaving stars because the review won’t go through without them.

This place was amazing

This place was everything we could have imagined. Plenty of room. So nice. And the view is amazing. We could step right off our porch steps right into the sand that was so amazing. And just to be able to open our sliding glass doors and to be able to see the ocean right there breath taking. It came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that someone sets up for you and takes back down. You are right there on the main strip we’re there is so much to do. We will definitely be booking there again. Thank you for letting us make wonderful memories there.

Vacation 2025

The place was nice but the washer was moldy so we couldn’t wash anything. In the downstairs hallway the floor had a soft spot in it but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Over all a decent place to stay

We enjoyed this place. We weren’t able to check in til about 4:15 due to the place still being cleaned. The only complaint we have is that the washer had mold in it and the dryer ripped up some of our clothing. But overall a decent place to stay. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Nice Beach Condo

Older townhouse style condo, clean, fairly comfortable beds and furnishings. Not the best pots and pans. Nice beach.

Wonderful place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is well maintained. I especially enjoyed the lounge chairs and umbrella that come with renting the property. Will definitely consider renting again.

if you’re gonna charge my prices, you oughta put up good product. The front doors just about ready to fall off the floor is in the place are losing their balance. We opened up the utensil door and there was a 2 inch roach in the drawer after calling they gave us a non-binary description of not fixing. It said it was gonna be at our cost if we had somebody come over and spray and clean again, they should’ve sprayed and clean right the first time give me excuse. Everywhere wasn’t appropriate. . The bed was probably the most absolute worst bed I’ve ever slept in my entire life. There is so many negative things about this condominium. It’s unbelievable, including the stairs that are not up the code and the railings on one side it’s very uncomfortable coming up and down now has an accident they will be liable. The location of the place was decent good beach access we will look for a new place for next year. That’s for sure. Thank you David Bishop.

Fantastic spot

Second time in seagull villa 3 and it was wonderful. Great location. To have 2 parking spots and 2 beach chairs and umbrella everyday is tremendous. Already booked for June 2025.

Fun in the Sun

We love Panama City Beach and the perfect place to stay is at Seagull Villas. The beach is your backyard and it is so relaxing and beautiful to look at. The condo has everything that is needed. We stayed in #3 last year as well as it is clean and the owners are great to deal with. We look forward to heading down south each winter. Thanks for having such a nice condo to stay in.

This townhouse had everything you could need for a stay and the location was great. Beautiful view and located within a couple of minutes from lots of major restaurants and attractions

Dirty

The property was dirty. Like it needed to be deep cleaned. Yes the counters were wiped but the railing looked like it never had been wiped down. I sent videos and pictures to the owner but she said it just needs to be painted. I sent a video of me using water and a wash cloth on the railing and it went from black/gray to white. There was food and other stuff dripping down the wall I. The kitchen. The floors were dirty, turned my socks black especially in the master in front of the sliding door. The rug in the master was sticky and had red stuff on it. It was also brown. Mold in the washing machine and dryer. Pillows had holes with stuffing coming out. The bottom step flipping up. The top step/transition molding was loose. Felt like you could slip down the stairs. She offered to send someone to address our concerns but no one ever showed up. We didn’t get the code to the door but well after our time to get in. She offered a refund but still had to pay $!!!! Unhappy is an understatement! I filed a report with VRBO due to her offer of a refund but still paid 1/4 of our total which included a FULL cleaning fee! Two of us left with conjunctivitis in our eyes from sleeping one night here. Good luck!

Near perfection!

The place is a gem. Cannot get any closer to the beach. It was almost like having our own private beach. Do not worry about the high rise next door. Few minor issues with cleaning but not due to owner. Fee minor repairs needed and work needed on doors. Cannot close some doors all the way. Like they have shifted. Everything we needed was there. Very short drive to main attractions. Would and will stay again.

A few concerns

Enjoyed our time at seagull villa 3. There were a few minor things that kept it from a 5. First, the door to the master patio was almost impossible to open. 2nd, door to the downstairs bathroom would not close. 3rd, several bathroom fixtures and and outlet cover were loose. And most of all, there was no one there to keep the people from splash from using the chairs and spreading all over seagull villas beach. In years past, there was a guy who set up the chairs and umbrellas to let the splash people to stay on there side.
