Black Hills!

We had an amazing time at Creekside Gem! The house is perfectly located between all the major tourist attractions we were looking for! The dairy twist across the street was such a great place to walk to for a treat and we loved the little grocery store in Hill City! It was extremely convenient. We loved how spacious it was inside and especially loved the big yard where the kids were able to play! We used the hotub every night which was such a bonus to have! Kitchen was very nicely equipped with everything we needed! And it was so nice that there was laundry detergent and dish detergent as well. Bedrooms were perfect for all of us including the kids. We had the best time possible! I would 100% recommend this place and hope to be back again!

This is our second year in the Creekside-Gem.

This is our second year in the Creekside-Gem. it is in a great location, close to the action and wineries. Lots of room for all 8 of us to hang out. Really no contact with the staff, booked on line, communicated via e-mail with the team. Always had real-time responses to questions. All good things.

I would like to let someone know that the dish washer does not work properly.

I would like to let someone know that the dish washer does not work properly. the classes come out all white film and dirty looking. we hand washed all the dishes before we used them to get the film of off. We went and bought red solo cups to use because the water glasses were so filmy. WE still had a great time, just did the dished by hand. We were wondering if you had the cabins that are down the road from the Creekside Gem? the hot tub at the gem is hard to get to in the dark. we saw another cabin where the hot tub looed like it was right off the downstairs living room. we would like to look at that one for next year if possible. really no contact with the staff, booked on line, communicated via e-mail with the team. always had real-time responses to questions. all good things.

Beautiful place

The cabin was nice. It was in a nice location and easy to find. Hot tub was nice and clean. Only complaint was a tv in the up stairs did not work and bath tub up stairs drained very slow and backed up during the shower. But over all I would go back.

Great location and so clean

We loved this neat home at the foot of the hills. It was so well located and had great space. We loved using the hot tub, fire pit and of course the house. We were very impressed with the cleanliness. We arrived late on the first night and had trouble figuring out which house it was. Definitely recommend using the directions from the owner and not GPS. Only recommendation would be to have the address visible in the dark. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks so much!

Great location and space

We had two families adding up to 12 people and though we used all the space, it didn't feel too crowded. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location to get to several sights.

The home was very clean and had enough space for our family. Location was fantastic! The outdoor space was great - plenty of seating. I had asked for early check-in a few days before arriving. They immediately responded and said we could get in an hour early. The sent me a text the day of arrival and we were able to get into the home several hours early which was great because we drove for 8+ hours and needed to get to a wedding rehearsal. The booking process and responsiveness of the management was fantastic.

A wonderful place to escape to

This property is beautiful, was very welcoming. We felt right at home when we walked in. It was great having all the home furnishings without being home and being able to just enjoy some family time away from the every day hustle. Thank you, we will definitely be back and will recommend it to our friends and family!
