Denna villa är perfekt för ett par. Vardagsrummet / matsalen vetter mot en privat uteplats med utsikt över marken och lagunen. Sovrummet är möblerat med en king size-säng, platt-TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime och mer) och har tillgång till badrummet i korridoren.

Beläget nära det exklusiva hamnstadsområdet. Denna välinredda villa är en tennisspelares dröm. Det finns 4 lera tennisbanor (utan kostnad för gäster) och en pool på plats.

Ny inredning, nya uppgraderingar av möbler, två platta TV-apparater, välutrustat och lätt gångavstånd till Harbour Town lekplats och Harbour Town shopping och restauranger.

Sea Pines är ett gated community. Stranden ligger en kort cykeltur bort och Sea Pines erbjuder över 20 mil cykelleder.

Häckande natthäger, skarv, stora blå häger, alligatorer, sköldpaddor, hjortar, tvättbjörnar och många andra djurarter kan upptäckas medan du njuter av en drink på baksidan. På natten lyssna på den hoppande fisken i lagunen.

Beautiful condo that is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. I loved all of the miniature shampoos, lotions, make up removal wipes, mouthwash, etc baskets in the bathroom closet. I even found a emory board that I needed! Convenient to Harbor Town...perfect location for us!

Great location, the trolley picks you up right out front. Really nice accommodations. Mitch is excellent with communication! We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!

Perfect RBC getaway and more!

We checked in on the Saturday of the RBC and entering into Sea Pines was a challenge, but Mitch went above and beyond to make sure we were able to arrive to the townhouse without issues. After arriving, we found the place to be super clean and true to photos. I loved the convenience of being able to walk to the golf tournament and also Low Country Produce (our favorite breakfast place). Everything was perfectly stocked and the bed was super comfy. The back patio area was relaxing and a great place to enjoy a wind down glass of wine. I would 100% rent this townhouse again. Thank you Mitch for a great stay!

Great Home

We spent our 30th Anniversary in HHI. This home was very nice. When we walked in it smelled so clean. The home kitchen was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. The bed was comfortable. It’s not a far bike ride to Harbor Town. The owner was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely consider staying here again when we visit HHI.

Excellent property

I would give 10 stars if I could. We had the best experience at this property. It was the cleanest HHI place we have EVER stayed in and every detail was so well thought out. They had everything a person could need and more. We plan to go back every year.

Our second stay

This was our second stay, place was excellent in every way once again. The Sea Pines area is beautiful. We left for home in a very relaxed frame of mind.

This condo is beautifully upscale. Perfect location in Sea Pines, walking distance to Harbour Town and the Sea Pines Center. It’s clean and safe. Its priced appropriately also. 5 stars.

Perfection! Can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I just stayed in Mitch’s wonderful property and wish we could give his place a higher rating than a 10/10. From the beginning of our booking, to the our departure, communication with Mitch was outstanding! We let him know that we would be arriving late and when we did, the lights were on welcoming us. The directions, door code, and departure information was so easy to understand and Mitch was readily available if we had any questions. The condo could not have been cleaner and there was not a single item not available for our use. So many thoughtful details were waiting for us to enjoy and to help make our stay special and memorable. We were on this vacation to celebrate our anniversary, and Mitch did everything he could to make our stay beautiful. Having a first floor unit was so helpful as we were able to store our bikes on the back porch and still have so much room to relax and look at the beautiful surroundings. We could not stop looking outside at God’s beautiful creation. So peaceful and relaxing. The location was perfect and so close to Harbor Town, the fantastic bike paths, and easy to access roads. We love to bike ride and we could not have chosen a more perfect location to do so. Hilton Head stole our hearts and staying in such a wonderful place made the trip one we will never forget. If we are blessed to be able to return to our new favorite destination, we would love to stay in Mitch’s beautiful place again.

Great sea pines location!

We loved staying here, the place was so clean. Perfect size for two people. Great communication with Mitch as well. First time in sea pines and we loved having the tennis courts as well as being so close to Harbour town. Will definitely be back

Great location and condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo in beautiful Sea Pines. It was walking distance to Harbourtown and a short bike ride to the beach. It was nicely decorated, well stocked and was perfect for our week. There is a nice roomy closet which was handy. We can’t wait to come back and stay again. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was nicely decorated too. We saw an alligator swim by and lots of birds.

Quick spontaneous trip

Location was great. Clean and perfect for 2 people for a week. Would consider a month during February of price is good. Tennis, pool, and pickle ball courtson site.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The free trolley stop right in front of the villa made it incredibly convenient to visit Harber Town, Salty Dog, and Beach Club. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed. It was only a 5-minute walk to Harber Town, where we enjoyed watching the July 4th fireworks from the 18th hole of the golf course. Mitch, the owner, was very responsive and provided helpful information. We look forward to returning to this villa whenever we visit Hilton Head Island.
