Varför välja The Breakers?
Läge, plats, plats! Breakers är ett 120-enhetskomplex precis vid stranden vid den vackra Hilton Head Island. Den har en pool uppvärmd hela året; det finns också en separat barnpool (ouppvärmd). Det finns trådlöst internet och kabel-tv. Det är tvärs över gatan från Coligny Plaza med sina olika butiker och restauranger - så en mycket kort promenad till restauranger, butiker, en biograf, en mataffär, ett kafé och ett bageri. Du kan lämna din bil på parkeringsplatsen under hela din semester och gå eller cykla vart du vill åka.

Varför välja den här enheten?
Platsen erbjuder en underbar utsikt över både poolen och havet. Breakers 226 ligger direkt i hästskoens centrum. Kvalitetsinredningen och den härliga strandinredningen gör denna enhet till ett utmärkt val. Dessutom erbjuder vi platt-tv.

Vi har renoverat badrummet och köket. Det finns nya kakelgolv, apparater, skåp och bänkskivor i granit.

Vänligen notera -
Breakers-enheterna är små - 518 kvadratmeter - så de är bäst för ett par eller en familj med små barn. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet, barnens våningssängar i en cubby i hallen (barn ÄLSKA dessa!) och en mycket bekväm utdragbar soffa i drottningstorlek.

Köket har kylskåp (med ismaskin), diskmaskin, spis, varmluftsugn / mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare. Det finns en stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Komplexet tillåter inte husdjur, rökning eller grillning. Denna villa är rökfri (inklusive balkongen). Måste vara 25 år för att hyra.

Det finns ingen hiss. Var beredd att gå 28 steg till andra våningen. Vyn är värd en promenad!

Det finns kabel-TV i vardagsrummet och sovrummet men det finns ingen fasttelefontjänst. Våra mobiltelefoner fungerar bra i enheten; din borde också. Vi erbjuder trådlöst internet.

Städning ingår i priserna men 10% South Carolina-skatter är inte. En återbetalningsbar $ 150 säkerhet / deposition krävs. VRBO / Homeaway tar nu ut en serviceavgift.

I feel this particular unit is one of the premier locations on the beach. Unit itself needs some extra TLC from the cleaner and the owner. Somewhat of a disappointment.

Nice place facing the ocean with great beach access and nice balcony. Across from stores and food so we never moved our car after check in.

This was a really small condo. It was ok for the two of us. The sheets appeared not to have been washed since last guest, so i washed them. Overall it was okay for the price

Beach weekend.

My family and I had a relaxing weekend get away. Very convenient location, short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and pool. The room was a little tight but was fine for our small family. Would definitely recommend and would most definitely come back.

Ultimate beach getaway

Fabulous place in central location with a view of the beach, a few steps from the sand one way and a few steps the other way to shops and restaurants. All the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Still marveling at how tranquil the environment was only a stone’s throw from stores and shops. Got what we were looking for, the ultimate beach getaway!

Perfect spring break!

The property was perfect for us. It offered us direct access to the beach, a heated pool, and shopping/ dining right across the street. We had a fantastic time! LeAnn made everything easy from the very beginning when we booked. She answered all of my questions and made great suggestions for the area. We will defiantly book again.

Excellent stay

The property was very nice. It has a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Plus, there are lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely here again. ahain.

Amazing view, great location!

The property was as advertised and the view was beautiful. The location was perfect and was only steps away from the beach. It was also within walking distance to restaurants, the grocery store, shopping and more. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and convenience

Everything was as described. So close to access everywhere. This place has beach chairs and umbrellas that made playtime at the beach more fun. Any condiments and food you need can be purchased at Piggly Wiggly. We ran out of paper towel and toilet paper, and Piggly Wiggly sold them individually. I called the owner once to ask the gate key to the beach. Easy to communicate. Definitely will come back.

Coligny

Condo unit was fine except tor the fact that the bed was very large for the bedroom and could only be accessed from one side. This is more difficult for people who are quite old. Otherwise the accommodations were OK and location was good.

Perfect location

Perfect location right on the beach. You can hear the surf right from your open condo door and see the beach and ocean as well. The condo is small but had everything that we needed. The shops and restaurants are right next door. The Breakers are quiet at least during our February visit. Although there were plenty of cars at the complex, we rarely saw or heard others. The balcony porch is delightful to sit at looking over the pool and ocean. The pool is heated. I thought the smaller pool was a hot tub but it’s a kiddie pool- my mistake. Would definitely rent again.

Beach vacation

The property was clean and well maintained. We felt safe and welcomed. The condo wasn’t as comfortable as we had hoped. The bedroom was small and cramped. The queen sized bed was pushed up against a wall with barely enough room to maneuver around. It made getting in and out of bed extremely difficult as well as making up the bed each day. The bed was uncomfortable as were the pillows that were hard and flat. The shower didn’t drain properly so you were always standing in ankle deep water. The baseboards and walls were dirty, showing splatters and streaks in every room. The whole unit has a musty smell making it very unpleasant. The only plus was that it was in a central location, with beautiful ocean views and overlooking the pool.

First, the location is great…right in the beach and across from Coligny. Second, the owner, LeAnn, was very sweet, but unfortunately, we did have a bad experience. My kids and I only ended up staying three days and checked out early because it was so bad. From the moment we walked in, my kids and I felt uncomfortable. The condo had a very musty smell to it, the bed linens and comforter were still damp when we arrived and even until the day we left. There was mold on the ceiling around the vents and the top of the stackable washer/dryer was sticky and extremely dusty. Our feet were black from walking around inside the condo itself. My kids slept on the couch and loveseat while I slept on the bottom bunk which is clearly not intended for adults as it is smaller then a twin bed. The condo is in need of some major TLC and a good scrubbing. I would not recommend Breakers to anyone.

What a great location! The Breakers is a convenient spot - you don’t need to get in your car once you arrive if you don’t want to. We brought our adult (20 year old) daughter with us, and it was a tight fit with all of us in the unit, but we were hardly in the unit! Communication with the owner was perfect and clear.
