När du kommer in i Casa Tortuga kommer du omedelbart att märka en 'fönstervägg' som erbjuder otrolig panoramautsikt över havet på andra våningen. Denna nivå sportar också det öppna kökskonceptet som förenar familj och vänner. Ett stort matrumsbord ger gott om utrymme för alla för god mat och skratt. Bara utanför promenera till däck och andas in den friska havsluften för att lämna din oro i din vardag! Denna nivå erbjuder Queen Bedroom # 4 med ett komplett bad tvärs över hallen. Master Suite med stort badrum med fullt badrum är
bara en flygning upp på tredje nivån och besviken inte med mer utsikt över havet i flera dagar.

Ta spiraltrappa ner till underhållningsrummet på första nivån. Detta utrymme är utmärkt för filmvisning och spel. Denna nivå erbjuder ytterligare tre drottning sovrum och tillgång till det nedre däck för att träffa stranden!

Absolutely Breathtaking!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect Stay! The pictures don’t do this place no justice of what you are really going to be walking into, it is absolutely beautiful, love the open floor plan on main floor where everyone can gather & relax. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large group, the beds were very comfortable. The view was unbelievable, walking down the private boardwalk right to the sand, it felt like we had our own private beach. View was unbelievable & our stay was absolutely amazing. Every part of our stay exceeded our expectations and the quality of this home were impeccable. The host Scott was absolutely great at responding in a timely manner. Our family is already looking forward to returning in a few weeks. I posted family vacation pictures on my Facebook & several friends are looking into renting this place.

Good location, clean but would not rent again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and we loved the beachfront location. Unfortunately the house only has one very narrow porch and the view of the beach was blocked by shrubbery. We did not like that the master bedroom had openings overlooking the family room, very noisy. Kitchen could have been a bitter better stocked (no can opener or measuring cups, very small microwave). None of the downstairs bedrooms had dressers for clothes. Overall it was fine but we would not choose to stay here again for the reasons listed.

Celebration of life one year anniversary

We came here to celebrate my son’s one year anniversary of going to heaven. It was an amazing trip. House is amazing. Host is amazing. Everything we did was great. Absolutely wonderful. Remembered all of his favorite things. He was 18.

Very nice place at the beach

The place was gorgeous with a tremendous location and view. The great room with high ceiling was nicely connected with kitchen and dining area. As a party of 10 (sleeps 10), we were grateful for the 4 kitchen stools to fit around the dining table, which was large enough to accommodate.As we had 3 couples and 4 singles, 2 of us slept on couches, which was fine. We did employ one extra blanket from our car.The driveway is steep, but we could park in the garage, which is snug for 2 cars.The information binder should have some pages removed that applied to some other condos, so we found some contradictory information.The kitchenware looked brand new. There was no hand soap for the kitchen or laundry soap provided.The wifi was pretty sketchy.We did see some cockroach activity downstairs.It was however a little impersonal and we had no rapport with the hosts, apparently a largish impersonal company.Overall, an very nice experience.

My guess is because it is a sliding door, it’s closed and not seen by the cleaning crew.

Can't Stop Thinking about Casa Tortuga!

If you read many review on rentals, you'll occasionally see "I'm not sure I really want to rave about this, because I want it to be available again"... I've never written that, and rarely write a review... but Casa Tortuga is something special indeed. The lovely and spacious house overall, the beautiful kitchen, the view from every window, oh ... the serene, quiet beach is unlike any other! And, the host team that can't be beat (talking about you Lauren!). My family spent Easter there, and had our own private sunrise service -- beautiful memories for a lifetime. We loved it so much that we extended our stay (again, thank you Lauren!) and then came back 3 days later! Now, 1 week later, am scanning to see availability again. As said already, this place is something special ... love it!

Casa Tortuga

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good afternoon I hope you found everything in order at the Casa Tortuga after our departure. We had a good time other than a few mishaps. They are listed below so maybe they can be corrected for the next visitor. 1. Not having direct beach access was very disappointing and an inconvenience to everyone. Received email Jan 10th saying walkway had been repaired and House received no damage from the storm. With notice we could have made other arrangements. 2. No remote control found to work the third floor TV3. Someone’s underwear, toothbrush, and a few other items were left in 3rd floor bedroom bedside table from past guest. We did not touch them and left them there. 4. Washing machine would not work properly. Kept repeating the cycle, had to catch it as soon as it finished or it would start to fill again. 5. Dryer took multiple times to dry clothing. 6. In description on house it would have been nice to know the drive way was a steep hill since we were coming in on motorcycles. Just a few things that may help on future rentals. As far as the financial side of our stay. It was easy booking and payment transactions for our stay. Thank youPam Sanchez

Great Location but...

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great, and room was ample for our group however the boardwalk access was damaged and no beach access was very frustrating. The boardwalk was unstable and yet there was no barricade or signage to prevent guests from walking out over the unstable structure (huge safety and liability concern). Additionally, we had to search for towels as there was none in the master bedroom or bathroom upstairs. The property did have wifi, however it took a day to find it, as the info was not in the binder as noted.

Casa Tortuga stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a long weekend with a group of friends. The home was in a great location and perfect for a large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only complaints would be, for checkout, they ask to not take comforters to laundry, which leads me to think they aren’t washed after each use. My second complaint was, we saw quite a few (live) roaches. One being on a baby’s bassinet when waking up in the morning. I know this issue is very common in Florida, but I would recommend spraying more frequently.

Everything was positive except for the comforters needed a good wash (the master bedroom comforter smelled of sweat) and the showers were a bit slippery due to the grade to drain & tiles were not non-skid type for shower floors.

Perfect Family Outing

Excellent beach front property. Great location resulting in no other beach traffic for about 0.5 mi either side of you. Great place to relax and play on the beach. House is very comfortable and lots of space for our family of 7. Good restaurants driving distance away as well.
