Njut av vår fridfulla, privata villa undangömd i ett av de mest avskilda områdena i St. Andrews Commons på det prestigefyllda Palmetto Dunes Resort. Utsikten från vår villa är underbar. Njut av vår fullständiga utsikt över lagunen och fontänen längs hål # 15 på George Fazio Golf Course. Solen gnistrar av vattnet när du tittar på golfare på farleden. Njut av panoramautsikten från vår andra våning balkong eller poolen, bara några steg bort. Palmetto Dunes Resort erbjuder tre åttonde håls golfbanor (Robert Trent Jones, Arthur Hills och George Fazio), tjugofem tennisbanor, sexton picklebollbanor med ljus för nattglädje samt fem mil med natursköna cykelvägar. Du kan utforska elva miles av saltvattenlagun medan du paddlar eller fiskar. Sist men inte minst, de tre milen av orörda stranden. Vår villa ligger 3/4 mil från stranden. Du kan köra, cykla, gå eller ta säsongsbetonade sanddyner till stranden. De två huvudstränderna är Disney House och The Dunes-huset. Var och en har gratis parkering på plats intill stranden, samt mat, drycker och badrum på plats. Dunes Buggy erbjuder gratis pendeltrafik 1 april till 7 september och driftstimmarna är från 8 till 21 dagligen. Shuttle tar dig var som helst på Palmetto Dunes Resort som inkluderar Shelter Cove.

Shelter Cove Harbour och Marina ligger tvärs över gatan från St Andrews Commons. Shelter Cove är värd för öarna varje vecka tisdag natt fyrverkeri som börjar i juni och slutar i mitten av augusti. Dessutom finns det musik, mat, dryck och underhållning av Shannon Tanner varje tisdag på Shelter Cove. The Shelter Cove Marina erbjuder havsfiske och charter för djuphavsfiske samt crabbing och Dolphin-tittning. Shelter Cove är hem för en av de mest populära nya restaurangerna på Hilton Head Island: Poseidon Coastal Cuisine. Hamnen erbjuder flera restauranger vid vattnet, samt shopping och unika butiker.

We had a great stay here. The location, cleanliness, and amenities were exactly what we were looking for. It’s in a beautiful area, and the views from the condo and porch are spectacular.

Family had a great time here; convenient location to the pool and to activities on the island. We also really enjoyed sitting in the covered deck overlooking the pond and golf course. The shuttle to the beach was a great bonus. Would stay here again.

Great location with nice view of the lagoon and golf course. We were in for a wedding so we didn’t get to take advantage of all the amenities during our short stay, but we would definitely book again. Close to so much, very convenient.

Property was very clean upon check in and I appreciated that all of the switches in the common area were labeled, made it much easier to figure out which ones to use. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The view from the patio is nice and you can see a variety of birds and even an alligator in the lagoon. We opted to drive to the beach instead of taking the Dunes Buggy, but it’s a quick 2-3 minute drive to the Disney Beach public beach access.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We didn’t’ cook in at all, but the kitchen is well stocked! The unit was very clean. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning enjoying a cup of coffee and watching a few golfers and the birds enjoying the lagoon. Such a beautiful and peaceful setting! The owners are very responsive. The instructions that were provided for check-in were excellent. We would love to visit again!

Fantastic condo! Palmetto Dunes is the best place to stay on HHI and the owners Denise and Larry Adkins were amazing to communicate with and very helpful with any questions. Look forward to hopefully staying there again in the future!

The two bedroom townhouse was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and well done. The beds were comfortable. The view overlooking the lagoon was beautiful with the alligators too ! The pool was perfect. Short one mile walk to the beach with bike rentals and general store on the way. Chair rentals on the beach were very helpful and well worth it. Palmetto Dunes is centrally located on the island. You are less than 15 minutes from everywhere on the island. There area endless choices for dinner. We went to the Jazz Corner for an amazing 90 minute jazz show with dinner. It was first class. You can't beat the value at the accommodations at Palmetto Dunes. This is our fifth year in a row and each unit has been perfect.

We have been vacationing at Hilton Head for 25 years. We love the large beaches , biking, tennis, golf, sea life, fishing, crabbing and the wonderful seafood restaurants. The coast is always changing and is different every year.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We choose this property because it had everything we were looking for in a Villa. We love to listen to the fountain in the lagoon while enjoying the wild life and the golf course view. We have rented many different villas in different areas all over the island and we keep coming back Palmetto Dunes. You are very close to the pool you can see it from our dining room window. It is a short drive or bike ride to the beach. The mid island location makes it easy to get off the island and to explore the surrounding areas. The location is central to anything you may want to see and do on the island.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We named our villa the Hidden Gem. It is very quite and there is view from every window. No parking lots in site.
