Nyrenoverad studio vid sjön. Fullt utrustat kök. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Lyxigt bad med två personer bubbelpool och två personer dusch med dubbeldusch. Njut av solnedgången. Bjud in vänner och familj till s'mores vid eldstaden. Kom och ha en mini-vistelse. Ta ut kajakerna eller ta med din egen båt. Kör bort från stadens liv. Se hur vinden blåser i vattnet. Driv bort med molnen. Gäst borde veta att vi befinner oss i Dinton County. När du startar Doe Branch Road kommer du att köra förbi några trailers hus och skräpbilar. Jag delar detta med dig så att du kanske inte dömer mina grannar. Det är extremt tyst och säkert här ute. Om du letar efter den konkreta djungeln har du hittat din lugn och ro här. Ligger vid sjön Lewisville i icke-inkorporerat Denton County. Vi är 10 minuter från Legacy West i Frisco. 10 min från köpcentret i Frisco. 10 min från cowboys nya stadion. 10 min från centrum av Denton. 12 min från Prosper. 5 min från Aubrey

Excellent little studio…very modern and clean…everything you could possibly need plus! You are literally looking out on the beautiful lake…so quiet and peaceful…could not have asked for anything more…highly recommend and hopefully we will be staying here again!

Great Little Place

Wife and I stayed here for the weekend and it is absolutely beautiful. Sunset over the lake is incredible and its a great little spot. Definitely will be back

Great get away spot!

The studio was very nice on the inside. It has updated appliances and interior decor. The bed was very comfortable and we had all the supplies we needed for cooking and linens. Its the perfect couples get away.

Perfect Getaway

Lakeside getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The Studio was very cozy and we especially appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge! The lake was just a few steps away where we enjoyed fishing and gorgeous sunsets!

Cozy

It’s a charming little room by the lake. The kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want, and the owner let us use some kayaks to take advantage of the beautiful lake in the property. It’s in a nice location too, since there are some trails to walk nearby, as well as some grocery stores and places to eat within less than 10 minutes driving. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend to anybody looking to stay near Little Elm, Dallas, or Grapevine.

Best 4th of July weekend staycay

Amazing stay once again. This place never disappoints. We enjoy playing on the lake, fishing and just enjoying the view and time away from all the distractions. Staying for the 4th of July weekend had the added bonus of multiple fireworks to watch. This may become our new family tradition, it was so fun! We hope to be back sooner rather than later. Thanks again!

Best relaxation ever

I was having a lot of stress due to a heavy workload and so was my partner. We were able to bring both dogs who had such a ball with all of the open space and the water.. will definitely recommend to friends family and everyone. For sure coming back. The only bad thing I can say is I can't give any more stars as this place deserves more than 5.

Great spot for a small get-together!

We loved our stay at this property. I've always had some hesitations about staying at places that are attached to the owner's home, but it was a total non-issue here. The space is very private, and the owners are present and helpful, but definitely give you your space. The yard and the access to the lake were utterly perfect, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom/shower/bathtub were super luxury-feeling. We had a small get-together here with some friends, because our friends all live in small apartments and nobody really has the space to entertain everyone. This spot was perfect for a mostly-outdoor get together/cookout you might have at a beach or park, but with quiet and privacy and the convenience of a private bathroom, a full kitchen, and an air-conditioned space to cool off when we needed it!

Peaceful, lovely lake view

No banging doors, quiet neighbors, front row parking, responsive and kind hosts. 100 degree heat had the ac unit working hard, but with the box fan blowing on me at night—I stayed cool. Main bed (and selection of pillows) super comfy. My friend slept on pull out and felt the bar thru mattress. Lots of large fluffy towels, for bathroom and lake (easily distinguished). I would’ve liked more washcloths, a bath mat (just used a towel), as well as a soap pump and hand towel for each bathroom sink, but I didn’t ask for more (and there was a washing machine had I been so inclined). Little (harmless) flies everywhere, I brushed them off the door at night -before- entering, after making the mistake of welcoming them in the first night (maybe not an issue if you return after dark). I also didn’t check outdoor seat cushions before sitting outside in the morning, and there were small piles of dead ones on the cushions. The porch cushions, table and rails could benefit from a wash/spray down due to bugs dead and alive, webs... I didn’t try the watercraft, but what an inviting array—I even saw a host washing them (and life vests) down on my last morning. Hosts thoughtfully provided some bottled water in fridge, but I do recommend bringing more bottled water to stay hydrated in the Texas heat if you’re picky about tap water (like me!). If you’re looking for a getaway in Little Elm area, this is it!

Married to the love of her life, Ken Garner, their passion is sharing their lake front property with others. They have two properties they share. "The Studio" and The Cottage". In 2013 Ken and I were living in Frisco Tx. We both wanted to escape all the congestion of Frisco, TX. Too many people!! We were blessed to find this hidden gem located 10 to 20 min from everything . Located on 2 1/2 acres of mature oak trees and 235 lineal ft of sandy beach is a small slice of heaven waiting for your next staycation or get together with friends. It is our biggest delight to share it with you. We have two properties. The cottage and The studio. See you soon.
