Great property!

We had a great stay in Winter Park and this property made it even better! Location is great, short drive to anywhere. Feels like a standalone cabin once inside. Property was very clean, well stocked with everything you will need, comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Lots of board games, pool table, ping pong, and darts to keep everyone entertained. Would definitely stay here again.

Ski Weekend

We had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for our group. Enough room for everyone to spread out. It was clean and well organized. It was so easy to hop on a shuttle for a very quick ride to the resort but also easily walkable. Everyone agreed this was the best place we've stayed for this annual ski trip.

Great condo, great views

Had a great time! Tge game room was awesome, and we loved tge master bathroom and shower. Super nice place. Definitely going to try to cone back in the winter.

We enjoyed our stay but the bus system wasn’t working during our stay and we often had to walk to the base which was not great. The condo is wonderful but the Wp bus system sucks

Winter Park Ski Trip 2025

We do a annual family ski trip we usually try different ski resorts every year and decided to go to Winter Park. We rented this unit for 8 adults and skied 3 days. The condo was perfect everyone had a great time and the unit was clean, check in and out was super easy. I had 2-3 questions for management and they were very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals and serve our party. It can hold up to 10 but in my opinion that would be tight but not impossible. The hot tub is literally 100 yards from the front door. This is as close as to the hill that I could find that was large enough to accommodate 8 adults comfortably. This location is the last shuttle stop from the resort. The Old Town shuttle drops you off right at the Gondola Lift. Would rent this again if we came back to Winter Park in the future.

Lovely family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was extremely clean and well cared for. It was very well appointed with everything we needed to make family meals. We played pool, darts, ping pong and enjoyed many of the games. It was a quiet location with a beautiful deck with mountain views. Great communication from the host.

It is HUGE! 3 levels, w game table for pool or ping pong, a swing chair hanging from the ceiling, shelves of board and card games. 3 massive baths was plenty for 6 ppl. Host even had bday surprise for my sis! We were here mid-June so pretty toasty. Used all the fans and went & did stuff during the day. Beds a little hard even w egg crate cushions- we’d give them a 6. Location is great to town, area was beautiful & quiet, nice neighbors w dogs, very clean. HOA -Deck was being stained and was unusable & some windows covered w plastic, but we were compensated for that & address #’s off garage were removed by workers so we couldn’t find our condo for awhile until we called host, so be aware. Maybe workers could put up temporary sign? Workers came at 7:45am & knocked on door as were sleeping and told us to move our van bc they didn’t want stain spray getting on van (there is a garage but we had storage unit on top of van so had to park down a ways). All the HOA items are not host’s fault, but wanted to be honest about stay. We are traveling all over CO for 2 weeks and this one had some odd moments. HOA definitely needs to communicate better w owners.

Great location - super for family ski get away

The location was PERFECT. Just a 5 minute shuttle ride to the base. Practically across the street from Alpine Sun Ski Shop (for rentals). Place was equipped with plenty of kitchen stuff, good linens and towels, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Easy entry and good instructions. Oh! And a heated floor in the bathroom! Lots of space. The loft was promoted as having a twin sized bed but it was a full sized bed. Added bonus! My only request would be an upgrade to the master bed. The room is plenty big enough for a king sized bed. It currently is a queen with an old school (albeit comfy) egg crate mattress pad. Thanks so much!

Splendid Stay

We had a splendid stay at the slopeside property. It felt like home from moment we walked in. It is clean, spacious and had every appliance/utensil we could want. Crockpots, popcorn maker, blender, toaster etc. and plenty of plates/utensils that were well organized. The house is very close to shuttle, and close enough to walk to the village as well. Plenty to do indoors with fireplace, pool table/ping pong, dart board, games and puzzles and TVs in every room. We didn’t get to use the grill, but it was huge. Comfortable beds, loved the master shower. Appreciated plenty of tissue boxes/guest shower kits. Plenty of nice towels as well. There’s a small elevator to bring bags up to third floor. The first night was adjustment to altitude getting upstairs, Directions and house instructions were clear. Room to be together and sneak away for a nap. Fireworks and torchlight parade Christmas Eve and snow Christmas morning topped off a wonderful Christmas week!

Gorgeous, Clean, Classy and Luxurious

The only thing I was upset about was the 10:00 am check-out time. It's like we rented the place only to sleep. Those that snowboard can't even take a shower before getting on the plane. If check in is at 4:00- and check out is at 10;00 am, who needs 6 hours to clean the place? Especially since the rules are to put all dishes and take out the garbage. What are the cleaning people doing for 6 hours? But all in all, a gorgeous place. Thank you.

Fun and convenient

Fun setup for board games, pool, ping ping, darts etc. 1 minute walk from shuttle, one day shuttle wasn’t running and we walked to mountain, 15 minutes walking. Plenty of space, 7 grown men all slept comfortably with plenty of kitchen space.

What a fun ski condo!

Family long weekend, so much to do in condo. Lots of sleeping options perfect for a large group or family! Great location. Beautifully decorated and nicely outfitted kitchen. Cozy and central to keep people in the mix of activity. Perfect!

Great Place to Stay in Winter Park

We enjoyed the beautiful property and all the amenities on our annual father/son ski trip. We had a great time playing pool, darts and table tennis. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle was a short distance away. The garage has a tall door that allowed us to leave on rooftop carrier on. Everyone agreed it was our favorite rental we have stayed in
