Vår 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet har uppdaterats med nya golv, vackra badrum, rymliga sovrum, platt-TV, full tvättmaskin och torktumlare, och ett fullt utrustat kök med rostfria vitvaror. Välj Edgewater GV 1006 för din nästa semester!

Sovrum: Sovrummet har en king size-säng, plattskärms-TV med nyligen uppdaterade master badrum och en STOR walk in garderob. Det andra sovrummet i lyxstorlek har två drottningssängar, platt-TV, två stora garderober och ett anslutande uppdaterat badrum med kaklat dusch. Båda sovrummen har skjutbara glasdörrar som leder till en balkong där du kan sitta och njuta av havsbrisen. Utsikten mot befälhavaren är min favorit eftersom det finns palmer som blåser i vinden, en underbar utsikt över sjön och du är steg från den uppvärmda poolen.

Vardagsrum / matplats: I vardagsrummet hittar du en soffa i full storlek och kärleksstol med en svängbar gungstol och en platt-TV. Njut av det lugna läget i vår villa och gå ut på den angränsande balkongen för att njuta av den vackra, fridfulla utsikten över sjön / poolen. Mata ankor, sköldpaddor och fiskar direkt från balkongen !! Det finns ett matbord med plats för 4 och en frukostbar med plats för 3, så det finns gott om utrymme för att njuta av en måltid med de du älskar mest!

Kök: Köket har nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit, apparater i rostfritt stål, och det är fullt utrustat om du väljer att laga en hemlagad måltid. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för din bekvämlighet.

Badrum: Båda badrummen har blivit helt uppdaterade med nya brickor, nya skåp, bänkskivor med massiv yta och GORGE klinkade duschar.

This was our second time. We loved it as much as the first time.My Granddaughter loved the pool’s,Turtle and Fish ponds, everything was nearby shopping food etc.very relaxing

Perfect Condo

The condo was decorated perfectly. It was very clean and a short walk to the fitness center, several pools and the beach. Tara was in communication with us the whole time and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We have stayed at Edgewater resort before, but this condo was definitely better than what we've had in the past. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The property was just as described. We loved the convenience of the pools. Definitely family friendly. Property manager is easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. A short drive to the 30A beaches and shopping. The Villa was on the second floor, one flight of steps. A very nice pond of the balcony with turtles, fish and ducks. Overall we had a very nice stay.

PCB TRIP

Unit was super clean! Communication was great. Location was excellent-the walk to the overpass wasn’t bad at all. I think it was a 1/4 mile from the condo to the lagoon pool-we took a wagon so we didn’t have to carry everything. I would 100% recommend and stay again!!

Great Experience

I have never booked a vacation rental before and have heard stories from other villas in Edgewater about the photos and descriptions not matching the experience but this was great! Tara was so helpful and communicative, the villa was updated and clean, and the location was perfect for constant trips to the conference center. We already booked the same villa for next year!

The perfect beach vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. Everything was as described and even better than we anticipated. The villa had everything that we needed supplied and was very comfortable and beautifully finished. The host, Tara, was wonderful and always responded very quickly to any questions we had. We also loved the resort pools and how close we were to the stunning beach. This was the perfect place for our family vacation at the beach. Thank you Tara!

Best of both worlds!

We enjoyed this location because my husband hates the beach but loves golf and my daughter and I love the beach. We felt safe in the gated community too. This was the perfect place for my family!

Great location lots of space

Edgewater property was conveniently located and had great amenities. Walk to the main pool and the beach is easy and parking at the villa is conveniently located right outside the door. Cute décor inside and a great layout. We will return again!

Wonderful stay, excellent location

We had a great time and loved the Villa. The location was perfect - easy walk to the beach via the pedestrian bridge and several pools near the Villas. The Villa was very clean - even the refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, etc. were clean. We could tell the owners take great pride in their property and maintain it. The beds were comfy and cozy. The kids loved watching the turtles in the pond outside the balcony. There were even beach toys for our kids to use. The only item that was a negative for us was the wicker dining chairs. They aggravated our kids who have sensitive skin but we just put towels down. Overall extremely satisfied and we would definitely stay again!!

Spring away from PA

We stayed at Edgewater for sun and fun while also attending The Seabreeze Jazz Festival. We had sunny days and 75 degree weather the whole time!!! The white sandy beaches were only a short walk from the villa and the pool was in the back yard! PCB is a fun place and the villa is in a great location.

EDGEWATER VILLA

We are a couple in their mid 60s who rented this villa for 18 nights in the last part of March 2023. We found the villa to be delightful. It was very comfortable. very clean. The beds slept well and the bathrooms were very modern and nice. Tke kitchen was stocked with dishes and we prepared many breakfasts there. The balcony had a great view of the pond and was very relaxing. The owner was cordial and responded quickly to the one question we had.. The villa is within walking distance to the beach and to a heated pool and there were many eating establishments and bars nearby. If it works, we would like to stay again next March.

Amazing Condo!

We just stayed here for spring break! This was the perfect spot! The condo is amazing!! Each bedroom has its own bathroom and own deck! My teenager loved having her own room and deck! The master bedroom has a huge walk in closet and large bathroom with an amazing shower!! The other bedroom also has a huge closet. The location is perfect!!! It's a five minute walk to the beach! You can take to golf cart but the walk is so easy it's really not necessary. The only time it may be is if you have a lot to carry. The condo was extremely clean!! Full washer and dryer! Everything you need to prepare a meal is there. You will need to bring your own beach chairs and umbrella. You can rent the umbrellas on the beach but it is a little pricey. We bought one from Lowes that we actually love!!! The only thing that we could have used was a full length mirror. The owner is so nice and very helpful and responds fast! Have fun and don't hesitate to stay here! I forgot to mention the turtle pond! So much fun to drink your morning coffee and watch all the turtles! It's such a peaceful and quiet place! Also, the shopping is very close and grocery stores less than a mile away! Plenty of restaurants to choose from!!! LOVED THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you Tara for everything!

Great location and clean!

My husband and I stayed here for the month of February. The condo is clean and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. We walked over to the beach every day. My husband played golf at the 9 hole course that surrounds the complex. There are also tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of pools! Tara was just a text away if we ever needed her. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a resort like experience.

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The place was amazing, extremely clean. The resort was absolutely stunning, the pools, the restaurant/bar. We were close to everything like restaurant, bars, the pier park etc. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

We just returned home from 8 nights in PCB and this place was Absolutely Perfect! Close to everything, yet quiet. Communication from the owner was superior! It truly is a short, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great balcony where we enjoyed the beautiful fountain, and watching the turtles and ducks. I will absolutely recommend this particular place to anyone I know headed to the PCB area. Thank you Tara, for all your communications, and having such a perfect place!!
