Denna nyrenoverade enhet (slutförd november 2019) är den senaste semesteruthyrningen som träffar hyresmarknaden i det mycket eftertraktade komplexet i Surfsong. Övre våning betyder allt i detta komplex! Hissen tar dig från din gated, underjordisk parkering till ditt lyxiga toppvåningen bostadsrätt. Inte bara har du den bästa havsutsikten i Surfsong, men du har också välvda tak och uteservering endast tillgänglig för de bästa enheterna. Vid köpet 2019 ombyggdes enheten helt med nya golv, bänkskivor, möbler, apparater ... allt är helt nytt. Hemmet har höghastighets WIFI, nya platt-TV i varje rum, etc. Du har två garageutrymmen tillgängliga i det gated och underjordiska parkeringsgaraget. I garageskåpen har du boogiebrädor, solstolar, parasoller etc. Surfsong är det absolut trevligaste komplexet längs Solana Beach bluff. Beläget mellan en allmän strandåtkomst till söder och Fletcher Cove Beach åtkomst till norr har du utmärkt tillgång till vidöppen sandstränder. Du är också inom gångavstånd från nästan allt du behöver!

Very clean Owner answered all questions promptly. One rhing that may be a nice add to the property is a screen on patio door to feel mpre comfortable to leave open at night to keep the unit from getting stuffy

My cousin and I had a blast at Guys place! The beach was great, the view from the deck was incredible, great family room. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen could use a few necessities and was a little bit bare. Pillows a bit lumpy but we had a wonderful week and didn’t want to leave! We hope to be back next year!

Stunning location!

Gorgeous condo with a stunning view. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. We thoroughly enjoyed the laidback beach town of Sonesta Beach. It was nice to have the parking garage with quick elevator access to unit. Another big plus were the beach chairs that were provided. The owner was very easy and quick to communicate with.

Spacious Oceanfront condo with spectacular views of the Ocean.

This was our second time staying in this lovely oceanfront condo. We are already looking forward to our next time. Spacious, comfortable, and spectacular views and sounds of the ocean from the living room, master bedroom and patio. Gorgeous sunsets, easy walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. The manager is very easy to work with and always available if needed.

Amazing Condo!

When you read all of the glowing reviews for this condo, it’s hard to believe that a vacation rental could be that wonderful. But I can tell you, it truly is. We stayed for a week and can confirm that the condo, the views, and the location are all magnificent. We look forward to returning for another visit.

Great Location and Views

Solana Beach is a great area and the ocean views from this condo are beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, bedding and furniture are comfortable, the appliances and TV newer and nice, and the prompt responsiveness of the property manager to the few issues we had were much appreciated. The few negatives were: the ceiling fans were very dirty and dusty and need a good cleaning, the owners should supply a few bare necessities in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, sugar, aluminum foil, etc., and the screen doors to the patio need replacing (they are completely rusted and fell off the track when trying to open). But we very much enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again in the future.

Fab views!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful apartment for the last week of our holiday. The views were stunning and it was spacious and welcoming. 2 small points, the Wi-Fi didn’t reach the guest bedroom and the tv didn’t always work as a result. Wi-Fi worked great everywhere else in the apartment though. The glass window towards the balcony that you can sit and look out from has a failed glazing unit so the view isn’t clear which is only a very minor problem but one of our favourite seats was the corner chair with the view and as the weather wasn’t on our side all week my parents preferred to sit in the warm and look out. As mentioned though both very minor issues really. Owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any queries. We would recommend this property and the surrounding area is lovely.

Jackpot!

I have rented vacation properties in San Diego for a long time. Usually, I leave them wishing the reviews were more informative so I could feel more comfortable with each new place. This one is exactly as pictured and reviewed. The owner is very specific on check-in instructions, information for the condo and the area, and the parking and elevator are a big plus. He is very thorough with directions on how and what to do with electronics within and I didn't have to call about anything. When I left, I mentioned a few minor things that needed attention, none of which affected my stay, and he was quick to respond with a thank you. The building is non-smoking, the lanai is covered with a shade, when you need it, and the surroundings are heavenly. I slept like a baby with ocean sounds in my bedroom. What more could you ask for but a longer vacation? Thanks, Guy.

HEAVEN!!!

Pure bliss!!!! Absolutely EPIC VIEWS of the cliffs, beach, ocean and sunsets... Condo has a bright & airy atmosphere with high ceilings, great lighting, modern peaceful decor, comfy furniture incl. on balcony, and it is steps away from everything... Let me be clear: This is the PERFECT condo in Solana Beach... and Solana Beach is the most PERFECT area in San Diego!!! If you are even considering booking this rental - do it now. We had originally booked 9 nights but fell in love with this unit in the Surfsong complex so Guy kindly extended our stay 2 more nights. We could not bring ourselves to leave!! It was super clean and quiet... but also steps away from Fletcher Cove with a park and easy ocean access + the yummiest place to eat called Naked Cafe! Cedros Design District is right around the corner (Grange Garden petting the bunnies is a must)... The Coaster station is right there where you can hop on and ride. Just a few miles up Hwy 101, be sure to visit the Meditation Gardens and Torrey Pines Glider Port to the south. We came home a few days ago and already miss it SO MUCH!! Guy goes out of his way to make sure your stay is fabulous. We checked in at midnight and the parking garage & elevator made it sooo easy to access the unit. This is the 2nd one of Guy's properties we have visited and the overall quality has us spoiled. Thank you for an unforgettable time! We cherished every second of our stay :) Here's to many more!!!!

Amazing and peaceful location

The property is in a very nice location close to the beach and tucked away in a private and quiet neighborhood. The condo and host provided everything we needed with a comfortable bed, towels, and useful amenities. With the sliding doors open, there is a constant breeze and rolling wave sound which promotes a peaceful stay and sleep in the primary bedroom. The beach and some restaurants are a short walk, access to the freeway and other services a short drive. The garage is secure.

Fantastic week at Surf Song! Guy was an awesome host and the condo and location were perfect. We used to live in San Diego and love coming back to Solana Beach. We were sad to leave. Loved our stay!

Beautiful condo on beautiful beach

We had a great stay in this very clean and very comfortable condo right in the beach. It was like being on a cruise ship because you see water every time you look out a window. My only complaint was that the electric blinds in the master wouldn’t go down and I reached out to the owner and never heard back from him. Other than that, it was great. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful spot to enjoy Solana Beach

Great view, tasteful modern decor, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. Close to the beach, restaurants and (bonus for seniors) CVS. A place we would like to return to! Our rental agent was very helpful.

Family Visit Beautiful Condo

What a beautiful condo! We've stayed in the area several times before but this was the nicest condo yet. Great views from the balcony, convenient to restaurants & shops. Easy access on and off Route 5 for access to downtown San Diego, golf courses, etc. It's a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. In all a great place to stay!

Solana Beach getaway

Came from KY for Breeders Cup at Del Mar & to do some touring of the surrounding area. Our condo had the perfect view as well as clean & comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend staying here. We walked to Fletchers Cove daily & enjoyed close proximity to cafes & restaurants. Also walked to the bluff at the dog beach which was breathtaking. We will definitely be back.

Best Condo We Have Rented!

This is the best condo we have ever rented. The cleanliness, supplies of linens and paper products, the great quality of the kitchen appliances, cookwear, and accessories, and the entire setup was wonderful. The location was easy to find, perfect instructions for getting in to condo, great ocean view, comfortable beds and chairs...We loved this place, and hope to return again. Thank you!

I enjoyed very much our stay at the condo. Views were amazing and amenities were so nice, the pool, tennis court and jacuzzi. We were hoping for some sunshine as it was overcast every day. Thank you for having us.
