Denna fastighet är en översta våningen ocean front enhet på Solana Beach Bluff. Golvplanen erbjuder ett stort rum framme mot havet. Titta på solnedgångar från uteplatsen / balkongen kan vara hisnande. Delfiner, valar, surfare, fiskebåtar, sjöfåglar, och försiktigt krascha vågor själva kan ta dig långt borta och du kommer aldrig vill lämna. Det finns en liten grill på uteplatsen också. Mästaren och Gäst sovrum ligger ned en hall mot baksidan av enheten. Det finns ett eget tvätt tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns längs korridoren. Hemmet är ofta åtnjuts av ägarna och är så väl etablerats med allt som du skulle behöva. Moderna apparater, plattskärms-TV, gratis WIFI, COX kabel-TV-paket etc. Hemmet har nyligen och smakfullt inredda och möblerade. Seascape Sur Anläggningen har 2 pooler, 2 spa och 2 tennisbanor. den har också ett klubbhus med ett pingisbord och biljardbord. Stranden ligger ner en trappa i nordvästra hörnet av komplexet ner till stranden. Restauranger och kaféer och butiker ligger inom gångavstånd. San Diego Zoo, Wildlife Center, Balboa Park, Sea World, Legoland, och historiska Downtown San Diego ligger inom en halv timmes bilfärd. Många golfbanor i närheten, inklusive Torrey Pines och Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Världsklass stränder och surfställen ligger upp och ner längs kusten. Detta är lika bra strand plats eftersom det blir i södra Kalifornien!

You are paying for the view

Southern CA is beautiful and we had an amazing time exploring the area. The rental unit was fine, but dated and overpriced for the amenities and the overall condition of the building. There are better options out there.Starting with the positive -The unit was comfy with nice chairs and an amazing view. We spent many evenings with the windows and doors open watching the sunset and enjoying the cool breeze. The kitchen was decently appointed, and there were beach amenities available. There were some things that detracted from the experience that are easily fixable. Silverware had some rust spots (I get it, the salt air rusts stuff but keep an eye on your metals and replace periodically). The master bed is not really King size. It is 2 separate mattresses together on a king frame. Why not just have a king mattress if you are advertising a king bed? There is no AC… this would have been a major issue in summer but thankfully the weather was cool in April and we did not need AC. However since AC has been standard in most modern buildings for the last 80 years this was another detail that seems off considering the price of this place. The hot water in the master bathroom did not work. This was perplexing but we got by using the hall bathroom. Seems like something the owner would want to keep up with given their rates for this place. The pedestrian gate for beach access did not work with the keys or codes provided. Made for a long walk back around the front of the complex.

Beautiful views!

We have stayed in this community many times, but this was our favorite! The views of the ocean are incredible. The interior of the unit is gorgeous. Communication with host was great. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Most Relaxing Spot Ever

The condo was quiet, private, and clean. The view of the water is perfect! It's close (within 1/2 mile) of gelato, coffee, and other restaurants, so it's ideal for walking. I totally enjoyed my stay in an area I lived in many, many years ago.

million dollar view

Beautiful Condo overlooking Solana Beach. Great sunset views over the ocean. Lots of restaurants nearby. San Diego is accessible since I-5 is just minutes away.

Met Expectations!

Very pleasant, clean and highly recommended with wonderful views! Our fourth stay in this condo. A few small negatives: living room furniture somewhat uncomfortable especially for more than two people. Needs a few more white wine glasses. Washing machine did the job but noisy and off-on switch intermittent. But overall a wonderful condo and we'd love to return.

What a great place

We loved this place! Clean, beautiful and with fantastic views, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. We’ve stayed at several VRBO properties and this is by far the nicest and Guy was great to work with. Our weather was lousy but the vacation was great, in no small part because of this condo.

Breathtaking Inside & OUT!!!!

Where do we begin??? Thinking about booking this condo? DO IT! Like now!! Seriously, you will be so happy you did. We spent hours researching rental options from Oceanside down to the heart of San Diego and it does not get better than this. First of all, Guy is amazing. Every step of the booking process and during the stay, he was so helpful & kind. We checked in during the middle of the night and even that was a breeze! Secondly, the views are UNBELIEVABLE!!!! So many other condos have views but not the full length of the living room & dining room - truly makes a difference. The cliffs create an epic feeling like you are on the set of a movie. Most mornings we took the stairs down to the beach (EASY), turned right and walked the ocean down to Fletcher Cove where there is the BEST place to eat called The Naked Cafe (Be sure to ask for Kat!!) You can either do the stairs back up or simply stroll down the street to the condo. The condo itself is updated & gorgeous! Very clean. The pics do NOT do it justice. Nice lighting and very beautiful bathrooms. The care the owners show in providing their guests with all the essential supplies & MORE - you can tell they really take pride in being great hosts! We loved having things like a washer/dryer as well as a completely remodeled kitchen. Can't say enough about this rental as well as the area. Make sure you visit the Meditation Gardens a few miles north too! Thanks again - we will certainly be back!!!!!

Magical Oceanfront Condo

Waking up to coffee on the deck every morning, watching dolphins, seals, birds, surfers play all day and sunsets every night. We did nothing and “nothing” was everything we needed on this beautiful beachfront getaway. Perfectly decorated and ultra comfortable! We would recommend this home to everyone! Wonderful time.

The condo was perfect. Any little problems we had were resolved by the awesome rental agent, Guy. He was the best. Our only other experience with VRBO was in Estes Park and the rental agent there was awful and never took care of our problems. Because of Guy we will consider renting through VRBO again. Just hope we have Guy again!!

Wonderful Bluff Stay

Lovely spotless condo with a wonderful kitchen. Views are superior and was a nice quiet location. The lack of AC isn't great during a heat wave, but common for this area. Manager was excellent a super reponsive. Thanks for the great stay.

Beautiful!

Our week here was wonderful! The view is the best, walking the beach was serene, and the condo is the nicest and largest we've ever stayed in! Kudos to the owner and decorator! The overlook park up the street provided gorgeous sunset photos, there are great restaurants very close by, and the landscaping around the condos is beautiful. There are 125 steps down (and back up) to the beach so we got great exercise as well! Communication with Guy was excellent, he made sure everything was just perfect. Thanks for providing an unforgettable week!

Better than advertised.

Everything from the property to location to communication was better than expected. Property was larger than we anticipated and had everything we needed, and was very clean. Location was close to everything you could want, and secluded enough to feel miles away from everywhere. Communication with property manager was excellent.

As Good As It gets

Stunning Condo. Impeccable decor. Clean. Comfortable. Right on the water. We didn't want to leave. I did, however, purchase a mattress topper for the main bedroom. The bed isn't a King. It's two twin mattresses inside 1 frame to equal a king. The result is a crack down the middle. I have back issues and rarely feel comfortable on any mattress but my own. I purchased a King Size 2" memory foam topper at a local store and was perfectly comfortable. I also purchased a non stick pan at the market. I think hosts must have a hard time with cookware. Using metal utensils on a non stick pan scratches the surface. This host stocks metal pans. Fine for some things but fried eggs are impossible. Cheap purchase and I brought it home. Virtually everything else we could have needed or wanted was provided. The only other comment: there's no AC. With windows open and fans it's comfortable but - 4 units share an entry passage and other renters are inconsiderate - loud coming and going. Yes, we're older. Yes, we nap. No, it isn't nice to allow your kids to shout or to talk to your partner loudly as you come and go. It would be helpful if the owners got together to post notices and make a point to request courtesy from their guests. If I lived here I would resent renters for this reason. No fault of the host. People are rude. This was the very best vacation rental experience we've ever had. We hope to return.

We had a fabulous time at this location in Solana Beach. The pictures of the property was exactly as we found it - couldn't have asked for a better location and view. Everything was incredibly clean. Lovely time enjoying the view and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
