another great stay!

we have started in this house several times. It was super for our 3 generation gathering prior to Christmas. Everyone loved all of the Christmas decorations and tree. They made us get it the holiday spirit. Kitchen is easy to cook in. Plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms. Easy access to the mountain for skiing.

Great house for the entire family

What a great place to spend thanksgiving week for the our whole family. We each had our own rooms with bathrooms. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed to make a great thanksgiving dinner. Host was very responsive. We had a great time riding bikes along the river, swimming at the pool, and watching football.

Family Summer Vacation at Sunriver

House was great and came stocked with bicycles for everyone. The bicycles made everything at Sunriver accessible and fun. Shark passes to the water park were great. So much to do at Sunriver hope to be back!

Great Stay

We have been meeting in Sunriver for 17 years for our annual fly fishing adventure of 7-9 guys. This a great place to stay and enjoy good friends, good food and prepare for another day of fishing.

Second stay in this great house

Perfect stay for three generations of family members. About a 20 min bike ride (cruiser bikes are available)to the Sharc (don't forget your included passes!) and a 10 bike ride to Fort Rock with a playground and tennis/pickle ball courts. We stayed at the house during a hot spell, but there were plenty of fans to cool the house down in the evening. Two decks worked great for eating and relaxing.The kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ worked perfectly for cooking for the entire group. Loved the stay!

Christmas 2023

Our family had an amazing trip to Sunriver for Christmas. The house at 17 Duck Pond Lane was large enough to easily accommodate us, our kids and their families. The well stocked kitchen made big family meals easy. A great location that was a quick walk to fort rock park.

Fabulous home. Very spacious - beautifully decorated. Lots of room for 3 generations of family. We made so many precious memories during our stay in this beautiful home. Really appreciated the 8 bikes and pool passes. Great location on a quiet street.

A Great Restful Location

We just needed to get away for a few days, and the location was perfect. It is in a quiet Sunriver neighborhood and just a 5 minute walk from the Deschutes River. The sun shining in the numerous windows in the AM and PM give a sense of peace and comfort. Loved the house and will bring back family soon for our annual reunion.

This was the perfect place for our crew. Ping pong, Foosball, basketball, and hot tub! Every bedroom felt private and roomy. Loved the huge dining room table for family dinner!

Family reunion

This house was perfect for our multiple family reunion in the area. It was very spacious with enough bathrooms for the guests. My only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen with more pans, utensils, bowls, zip locks, etc. We were very happy with this home.

Fam'ily sunriver trip

We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't as warm as we hoped but we worked around it. The house was beautiful and roomy. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and we had room to spread out. I will definitely recommend it to others.

Great home for our two families w/ kids

We had a great stay for a week in late July. The weather was HOT but the house stayed nice and cool with all the windows open at night and in the morning. We enjoyed time with friend on the multiple patios as well and also found the SHARC social distancing system to be well executed and perfect for our families use. Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely Home

What a lovely home! It was big and spacious and perfect size of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. I highly recommend this home for any large group looking for a place to stay. While there is no air conditioning in the home, the house stays very cool and there are several fans on the property.

Great home for a group

We were only 6 people and the house was very comfortable for our small group. We could have had several more people stay without feeling crowded. The house is well maintained and stocked. There is so much to do here alone that one doesn't have to go anywhere else (plenty of bikes, foosball, ping pong, jacuzzi). Beds were comfy. Would definitely rent again.

Family Vacation

This is a perfect house for three generation families. We had grandparents, teenagers and small children that needed to go to bed early and the private locations of the bedrooms made it perfect for all of us. There is plenty of room to socialize and have meals together. The few issues we had were dealt with immediately by the property manager. Would highly recommend this home.
