Fully appointed kitchen, ready to entertain!

We were so happy that this home had all of the items we would need in the kitchen, from baking to serving large groups family style to plenty of glasses and utensils for everyone, this kitchen had it all. Note, they didn't provide shampoo and conditioner, so bring your own, but everything else was excellent. They're doing it right at this location. Would absolutely stay there again!

70th Birthday

Very nice property, well supplied with all. Exterior cleaning made a bad impression as you entered the property. Dirt and pine needles like no one had been there for a while. Also the deck area the same. Nothing that could be cleaned with a little effort but created a bad first impression.

Beautiful place and surroundings

The house is beautiful, well-appointed (included a brand-new propane grill), and a golf course is always a pretty backdrop. It felt enormous with vaulted ceilings and a majestic fireplace. The decor was clean and uncluttered. It wasn't obvious (to me) that the homeowners association benefits were not available, as the Bennington rentals are not part of the association, although there are some discounts offered on some of the services. I ended up in one of the queen beds, which moved a lot when a partner rolls/tosses/turns. It seemed very lightweight. Aside from those little issues, this was a fantastic stay, and the area was filled with entertainment. I would rent again. If you could swap out the queen with a heavier king set-up, it'd go a long way.

Family vacation 2021

The property was a perfect fit for our family. With four generations under one roof, we had plenty of room to enjoy each other, yet have our own space when the littles needed their naps! It was extremely comfortable and I would highly recommend this property!

Great house, location is awesome, beautiful setting!

The house was beautiful, well maintained, and comfortable! Great for a larger group. The kitchen was well equipped and usage instructions were much appreciated. The trails in Sun River offered nice walks and shopping was close. Lots to do in the area. Rental staff were awesome and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

I can't think of a better place to have a multigenerational gathering. Biking, hiking, fishing, shopping, golf, relaxing and lots of cooking and eating! Already planning for the next reunion which will include both East Coast and West Coast family members. Memories Made!!!!

GREAT gathering place for family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in Sun River for a family reunion and found this house an EXCELLENT gathering place for a large group (about 70 people). We had 4 families staying in the house and it never felt crowded. It's in a quiet area and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we needed to do. Bennington is a great company to work with. They mailed out forgotten items immediately. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a lovely home with so many details thought of! We so appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the game shelf. Great choices for books as well. Even though the oven wasn't working, someone came out and addressed the issue to our satisfaction and we managed without it. Great being on the golf course with amazing views. Beds were great and nice to have fans available as well.
