Detta vackra timmerhus är 2600 kvm och har 5 sovrum, 3 vackert ombyggda bad och ett familjerum med spelbord. Vardagsrummet och matsalen har välvda trätungar och spårtak. Det finns en vedspis som tillför värme på vintern, medan den centrala luftkonditioneringen kommer att uppskattas de varma sommardagarna. Det finns en ny LCD-TV med kabel i vardagsrummet samt Wi-Fi höghastighetsinternet.

Matbordet har plats för 10, och frukostbaren har ytterligare sittplatser för 3. Från matplatsen finns direkt tillgång till ett däck med gas-BBQ och badtunna. Dessutom finns det ett stort framdäck med uteplats, stolar och paraply under säsongen. Köket är fullt utrustat med vanligt använda köksredskap, grytor och kastruller, tallrikar och bestick.
För att underlätta förpackningen finns det även ett pack-n-play och en booster-sits som fästs på en stol.
Tillgång till det privata badtunnaområdet är från nedervåningen, på baksidan av hemmet.
Hemmet har ett dubbelgarage för parkering utanför vädret, med extra parkering på den stora, asfalterade enheten.

Great location near the river. Bedrooms are nice with very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Bikes were provided, especially one with a bike trailer.Overall a great place for family, will definitely return. One minor issue was the lower rack of the dishwasher which kept going off the rail.

Great Home

Great home with tons of space for everybody! The extra toys for the little one was a bonus. Hot tub is always great and the 3 bedrooms for our large party was perfect to have. Host was very attentive and appreciated the check ins.

Amazing weekend in the woods

Spacious house with plenty of room for our girls weekend trip. Amazing views, quiet neighborhood to just get away. Close to town for day time activities. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!!

Great Family Gathering Place

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and the bedroom configuration for 14 of us was just right.. Hot tub was well maintained and up to temperature upon arrival. Close to the river. Would definately stay here again. Some small repairs and updates needed, but overall a good value.

The home was good. We had two complications. One minor and fixed quickly. The other very troubling. We encountered a strong gas smell at the lower entry way. We contacted property management and they said we should vacate the house and she would send gas company people asap. We followed directions but we had an almost two hour wait and it was almost three hours before we were cleared to reenter. This was very stressful and we were over tired and eaten up by mosquitos while we waited. With two children who usually head early to bed, the late night meant we lost the next morning as well. The problem was that the vent from the water heater expelled the gas smell right into the entry/carport area. This happened every time the hot water hearter functioned. The gas company said it was not any threat because it was just venting and there was no actual flamable gas coming out. However, the upset, especially to the littles and their parents was very unfortunate. I would strongly suggest the vent system be moved to vent either upward through the roof or outward to a side of the garage where people do not walk. Venting even just the smell right at the entry door and garage door means that anytine an entry or exit that happens at the same time as the water heater vents it would mean that another family might lose part of a night's sleep or portion of a day. Good house, hard experience. Please change the vent.

Great St. Patrick's Day weekend in Sunriver

We had a wonderful St. Patrick's Day weekend in this home! It had all the amenities we needed, and we loved having access to a hot tub after a long day skiing. I would highly recommend this home to a large group looking for a fun, relaxing weekend away.

Wonderful Family Vacation Home

This was a delightful home for our family of 12. The kitchen was well-stocked (it needed more water glasses and some oven mitts, though) and the beds and furniture were comfortable. The bikes were enjoyed daily, as were the SHARC passes. Our family would enjoy returning again.

New Year's Ski weekend

We and our adult children and our three grandchildren spent four nights at the property. The property was an excellent set up for our group of 10. We enjoyed the hot tub. The downstairs was perfect for our three grandchildren and their parents. The TV room was great for the January 1 football bowl games, and the large kitchen table was great for playing games. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious

Very spacious, we had 12 people and had plenty of sleeping space and room to just exist without feeling on top of each other. A little Smokey smelling when we got there, but once the air conditioning turned on it slowly got better. Overall a great place.

Cozy but spacious

We were a group of friends running the cascade lake relay race and this was a great place to call home base. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of room for all of us. The only issue was it seemed a little tricky to get the appliances (washer, dryer, dishwasher) to start, but we eventually figured it out. Had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Loved this home for our early Christmas celebration!

My husband and I just shared an early Snowy Christmas with our kids and grandkids in this wonderful log home. There was plenty of space for our large family with comfy beds for everyone. The large dining table accommodated us well for meals and games. The hot tub and shark passes were a big hit as well! We made so many wonderful new memories in this warm cozy home and look forward to booking it again in the future!

Comfortable Stay in Sunriver

We had a nice stay in Sunriver at this location. The house was actually rented for a group of us going to a wedding in Bend, so we didn't have the opportunity to use a lot of the amenities (bikes, SHARC passes). The kitchen was large and fully equipped, the only inconvenience was that we couldn't find any scissors.

ONLY CABIN HOUSE YOU WANT TO STAY AT!

Best log cabin house out there. Actual log home not your fake siding style. Was a little cold due to log style and probably not insulated but hey heater did the trick! Wish there was a Suana and a pool table instead of an air hockey. But overall GREAT EXPERIENCE Defiantly recommended.

Beautiful and cozy home!!!

My friends and I take a winter trip to Bend/Sunriver every year and this is our favorite house so far. Elegant log cabin feel. Just what you look for when heading to the mountains. Great location that has other houses around but you still feel very remote. The Deschutes River was just a quick walk away. A short drive to all of your conveniences in downtown Sunriver. The hot tub was amazing!!! Fits a lot of people. The perfect treat after a long snowshoe or shred session. Great place to stay! I would reserve again!

Perfect choice for a Fall wedding trip

The family traveled to Oregon for my eldest daughter's wedding. There were 11 adults and one child. Being from the East Coast, we found the location spectacular. The forest, the colors, and the house itself exceeded my expectations. We had deer in our yard every morning and spent the last night with stargazing. The ability to share meals and laughs as we prepped for the big day was priceless.We also had enough space that the bride and her party could get ready there. The property team made things easy and clear to understand. Totally recommend to others and hope to return.

Nice for multiple families

Great place for multiple families to share a home. Clean and plenty of beds for all. Appreciate the extra bedding for the futon. Kitchen had plenty of dishes for a crowd. Would be helpful to have a better stocked kitchen for crowds ( serving bowls, platters and more choices for pans, cookie sheets, etc). the game room air hockey did not work and a ping pong table would be a nice addition to game room as kids did not spend much time there due to not a lot of choices.

The property was perfect for our extended family of 13 people!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. Our only complaint would be that a couple of our kids got temporarily lost due to the closeness of the street names of Blue Grouse Lane and Grouse Lane that are in proximity... it caused us anxiety for a while as we searched in the dark to find them. We would strongly recommend a name change for one of those streets! Otherwise, there was plenty of room, the beds were comfortable, we had space for our groceries and meals, the family loved the hot tub, etc.
