Great place that seems to be newly updated. Very accommodating with nice appliances , washer and dryer. Garage game room was a nice bonus and a great place to hang out. Very cozy and quiet considering it’s on the main road. (Easy access in and out)Perfect location with a 3 minute walk to down town and a 10 minute drive to RMNP. Beds are good and the bathroom is very large with an oversized shower. We will stay here again for sure!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in.

Location was great. The warmth of the home was nice. The extra game room with the Ms PAC Man game was a really nice surprise. My granddaughters keep busy with it. Big shower made it feel like home. Any extras we forgot was there in a drawer. We even saw an elk across the street. We would definitely sue this one again.

Perfect location!

Our first location sold after we reserved and had to find an alternate. Luckily, this location was open and it was even better! Literally just a block from downtown, a mile from the Stanley Hotel, and in the middle of everything. The location was great, the unit well appointed, and we loved the heated bathroom floor. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice stay

Nice little house with everything that we needed. Nice bathroom. It was close to downtown. Our only negative was that it is on a highly traveled road. The master bedroom is right by the street. We had cars waking us up all night and trash trucks at 6am

It was so cute on the outside. The inside was updated beautifully and felt like a get away relaxing space. The garage/gameroom was a bonus. Would definitely enjoyed the backyard, but we were there during freezing temperatures. Would definitely book there again .

Great house, great experience!!

Our family of four loved our week-long summer stay at this house in Estes Park! The house was a perfect size in a perfect location
literally a two minute walk from the main strip with shops and restaurants. The detached garage-turned-game room was excellent as the family enjoyed foosball, corn hole and ms pac man. Not to mention the extra half bath out there. Plenty of room for parking even without a garage. We had an elk wander by the back of our house the first day and regularly saw elk roaming around the streets of estes park near the house. It’s a short and easy drive to the entrance to RMNP, where we spent a lot of time during our stay. The vacasa people were great to deal with as well. They were very responsive via text whenever we needed them
have a 24/7 response service as well as dedicated people during normal business hours. Particularly want to thank Sarah and Bri for their help. All in all we would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Estes Park/RMNP!

Great location and cute place to stay

The location can’t be beat and it’s a very cute place to stay. We did have unfortunate issues when we arrived and could not enter as the code didn’t work. It was around 7pm so we had to call the online help number and it took a long time for a response which was tough since we had a crying hungry baby with us. We also noticed crumbs on the counter and floor which to me showed that it hadn’t been fully cleaned. They offered to have cleaners come out which was nice, but we declined since weren’t there for very long. Overall the location can’t be beat, we just wish the check in and cleanliness were a bit better.

This home served our purposes perfectly. The layout of the house was amazing, with a generously sized master, beautiful bathroom, open concept kitchen/dining/living, and another bedroom with a spacious closet. The converted garage / game room was a bonus as well. The well-fenced patio area was great for our dogs, and it's right along the river walk so we could take them for long strolls without worrying about traffic or anything.We walked nearly everywhere - the central location of this house made stepping out for coffee or walking home from the bars / restaurants very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time in estes park especially since we could walk to most of the places we wanted to go to. Even driving places was no big deal bc the location is so ideal. The house has all the amenities you could want and has a great outdoor space to just hang out. I would definitely stay here again ands recommend to others

Perfect home base for exploring RMNP

My wife and I love this rental. We felt right at home with a large shower, comfortable outdoor area, and a very short walk to the shops and restuarants of Estes Park. We look forward to staying here again on a future trip!

Perfect Spot in Estes!

Our family of four and pups enjoyed Thanksgiving week at this gem of a home! The house was clean, well equipped, modern and best of all, literally 2 minutes walk to the heart of downtown which made the experience so awesome! We cooked Thanksgiving dinner on the Viking stove/oven and loved how cozy this home is. The set-up is perfect for dogs and the game room is a really cool addition. Oh, yeah, the heated bathroom floor is exquisite! We will most definitely stay at this home again, we just loved it!

An awesome place to stay, very convenient while traveling with dogs

We stayed 8 wonderful nights. The house is set up perfectly for a stay with dogs. We traveled with four dogs for dog show event and dry land sled dog race. The house was very clean, and easy to keep clean with dogs. We really enjoyed the well supplied kitchen, the comfort of bed rooms, and the large beautiful bathroom. The outdoor space and game room was a great addition, we spent our evenings mostly hanging out in there. The yard was very clean with very secure fence and paved surface - again, great for dogs. We also appreciated very much that we could bring our car right in the back into the driveway and close the gate. The doggy door in the back was super convenient. The surrounding area with rocky slope behind the house provided nice view and real cabin feel. It was certainly one of the nicest places we ever stayed in, and definitely the best place for a vacation with dogs.

Location and place was amazing ! Check in was a breeze ! Bathroom was a bit still dirty (hair) but the living and bathroom areas was amazing !! The amenities were great and the outside area was fantastic! Will for sure stay again !

Great Stay For Our Wedding Weekend

Perfect for a stay with pets

We booked for a short gap between selling and buying houses. This was set up fabulously for a family and for pets. Fenced in area and game room were luxuries. Quality features were appreciated, along with adequate fluffy towels. Location was superb for walking to breakfast or dinner or shopping. Vacasa is quite impersonal, but the property was a delight.

Amazing place!

This was a beautiful place to stay and perfect for dogs as well! The fact they let us bring all 3 of our dogs was amazing. Most places only allow 2. The game room was really cool and it was super nice inside and outside of the house. The only down side was there is lots of construction going on around the place and it was hard to find parking, but that won't be there forever. It was still definitely worth it even with the construction! I highly recommend this place for a couple, family, or even a small group. Thanks for letting us stay!
