Come summer, the gas grill will be just the ticket for a fun cookout in the fresh air! Not to mention, the flatscreen TV and free WiFi will provide ample entertainment for everyone to enjoy as the stars come out! Plus, the lofted layout gives everyone a bit of privacy when needed with all of the communal living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs.

Come summer, Estes Lake Marina is less than. a mile away for all of your boating, swimming, and fishing days. Golfing at Estes Park 18-Hole Golf Course and hiking along the various trails nearby are also perfect for soaking up the sun and breathing in some fresh air. When the weather cools a bit, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, and taking a ride on the Estes Aerial Tramway are all great ways to spend your time.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
