This is the second time we have stayed in this home. It works out perfect for our family. Home was clean and it’s a great location. An easy walk to the beach and town. Kitchen is very well stocked with lots of counter space. Look forward to returning to this home.

Great stay for us.

The house was in a great location! Nice walk to the beach and close to the Main Street in town. Nice layout with most bedrooms downstairs and only 1 upstairs. Great deck to enjoy the view of the ocean.

This house was perfect for our family vacation of 4 generations 😊. It’s clean, spacious, and close to town. We are already planning to stay here again next year.

Family Getaway

Had a great time at this property, wonderful sunset views, convenient location to local tourist areas. Check in and communication was excellent. Home is a short walk to the beach in a quiet quaint town. Excellent spot for some rest and relaxation.

Perfect For A Getaway to the Coast

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to town and the pier. The house was clean, spacious and the views were incredible. The host was accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a group

Overall excellent experience. Property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Location right next to beach, dining, shops etc was a huge bonus. House was well kept and bright. Great place for a larger group, especially the fully stocked kitchen.

Seven women friends rented the house for a girls get-away. There was great communication with the management company. Everyone thought the beds were comfortable. Three bathrooms (one with a separate sink area) allowed everyone to get ready in the morning. The kitchen was stocked with every possible gadget, plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, pots and pans, etc. There were plenty of chairs around dining table. There were lots of space on couches. Newer washer and dryer, plenty of towels. There is parking in the garage for two and parking in driveway for two. No street parking. But, the best part was the view. We enjoyed coffee looking out toward the pier every morning.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a three-day weekend. My brother graduated from Cal Poly and it was nice to be away from the craziness of grad weekend but also not too far away to get to the graduation. The house was spotless, spacious enough to comfortably fit our group, and had an amazing ocean view. We especially loved how easy it was to walk to the shops and restaurants nearby—it made the whole weekend feel so relaxing and convenient. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again!

Great experience!

House was exactly as represented online. Very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and pier from the patio. Kitchen is extremely well stocked if you plan to cook. Added bonus: great game closet!

Family Christmas vacation in Cayucos

Very warm and welcoming home. Lots of space for the 10 of us. Loved all the amenities in the kitchen and showers. Easy walk to the beach and town. Could use blackout curtains in the master bedroom for the neighbors to the side and back with outside lights coming on at 4:00 in the morning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Roomy house with a view

Girls weekend getaway and this house had plenty of room for all. Comfortable beds, out standing views from the main floor. We were supplied with everything we needed, did not need to bring anything with us. Only item that really needs to be upgraded would be the internet access, it did not work well for any of us

Great Property

Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Jana is awesome and very responsive to messages and questions. Thank you to the owners for opening their wonderful home to us. This is our family’s second stay and we would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re on the fence just book it. You won’t be sorry. Thanks again for a great experience.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. It has wonderful views of the ocean and is a short walk to town/beach. All amenities were available in property. Our 3 generations were able to cook, laugh and play games. Thanks for a wonderful week! We hope to return soon!
