We had a beautiful stay and hope to return again. The view was beautiful and access to the beach was easy. We enjoyed Giovanni’s Seafood market for fresh fish which we cooked on the grill. The local farmers markets had fresh produce at fair prices. The kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a week of cooking. The home provided easy access to walking the beach, walking on nearby trails, and was cozy for reading, constant beach views, and stargazing. The night sky was brilliant. It’s important to note that the neighbors have 2 cats that have an affinity for the porch. If you’re allergic to cats this could make the porch difficult to use.

Wonderful property, well stocked. Quiet home just minutes away from groceries and tourist spots. Loved the common areas and view of the ocean.

Great place to relax with family

Stayed with adult sisters/spouses for a relaxed vacation. Plenty of space to spread out and lounge, and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely going back.

Beautiful & Spacious

We loved our vacation here. Beautiful views and spacious house. Really enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out over the sand dunes and ocean. It’s obvious that the owners put a lot of thought into the small touches, like family games, TV in every room, towels, blankets, etc.

Phenomenal Location and Spacious Home

The location of this property was absolutely phenomenal, and the home itself was spectacular. It offered great amenities and plenty of space, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. While we had a wonderful time, the home could benefit from a bit of a deep cleaning to make it truly superior. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

Family Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this dream house on the beach. Plenty of space for everyone with beautiful views and relaxing times. The kids had fun with ping pong tournaments and all the games. The beach was lovely hanging out on the patio was so enjoyable with a nice sand dune for the kids play.

A perfect location to the beach and town. Recent transplants from the east where we spent summers on Cape Cod…. We have found our new Cape Cod! Entire family enjoyed it.

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Property!

We loved our week vacation in Morro Bay at this beautiful property! The house was wonderful with simply amazing views! We loved the atrium area with ping pong and foosball, the outdoor covered patio area and the amazing window views of the dunes and the ocean. The check-in and check-out processes were flawless, with excellent communication. We look forward to returning in the future!

Family vacation

Nice property. Best view of the dunes and ocean. House very spacious and enough room to spread out. Great kitchen and appliances . Only suggestion is to provide more towels.

Perfect Location

The house was perfect for us, located right on the beach and in a great neighborhood. We spent most of our time on the patio, looking out at the beach and watching the beautiful sunset. The views are better than the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped although it needs new cookware.

All about the location

What a spot. Gorgeous views, worth every penny of renting this house. The house itself and its furnishings and supplies are more than enough and the view makes up for any small detail that it may be lacking. We would not hesitate to rent this place again and we plan on it!

Magnificent Waterfront House

This home in Morro Bay is absolutely amazing! It is located on an oceanfront lot and has a great ocean view and view of the Rock, great family room, dining table and back porch for friends or family to spend time together, and other amenities that provided a perfect place for reconnecting with our cousins. We could not have been more pleased with our stay in the home.

Lovely location on dunes

House is like the pictures. The best part is the kitchen and the living room with the fantastic window and view. Very clean and well-supplied house with everything you need. The only downside was the bathrooms are rather old and a bit odd but that is very trivial. Great house, would highly recommend.
