Fastigheten ligger 3 km frÄn Sunnyside Resort belÀgen pÄ en privat cul-de-sac med lediga tomter pÄ vardera sidan (Tahoe Conservancy Lots) som ger privatliv och magnifik utsikt över sjön frÄn nÀstan alla rum i huset. NÀr du kör uppför uppfarten frÄn gatan kommer du fram till en stor parkeringsplatta framför huset som erbjuder gatuparkering för 4-5 bilar och en plan ingÄng till stugens bottenvÄning.

JUNI-SEPTEMBER - Sitt dig pÄ det stora omkretsdÀcket eller i badtunnan och njut av avskildhet och solsken hela dagen. GÄ 1/3 mil till den privata Tahoe Park husÀgare Beach och den berömda Sunnyside Resort. Very cool spot! Views are awesome from the deck which is full with comfortable furniture. The house has everything you will need and then some. Check in was simple and Mark answered any questions right away.

We had a 3 night, summer stay in this home and it was wonderful. We particularly loved hanging out on the deck relaxing with the beautiful lake views. We also enjoyed taking advantage of the Tahoe Beach Park membership. The home was very clean and well organized. The kitchen had a full stock of pots and pans to make meals even a generous about of pantry staples. They provided plenty of paper goods. The beds were on the smaller side but doable. It was hot in the house overnight with no A/C. The driveway is also quite a challenge even in the summer. Otherwise a great location near Sunnyside and would love to come back.

Fantastic Family Gathering

Beautiful setting view of the lake, awesome deck, well-appointed kitchen, lots of extra blankets and pillows, bonus jacuzzi. Access to the Tahoe Beach club was unexpected and wonderful. They even had a FREE hot dog/hamburger BBQ one day. This is a great spot for a family or friends get-together.

Friends weekend

We have been coming to the Northwest side of Tahoe for a girls weekend for many years. This cabin was the best one we have stayed in! The view was amazing. The best was the wrap around porch with new comfortable furniture. We loved eating meals and having our morning coffee outside with that view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The HOA beach was a plus and easy to get to. We will be coming back next year!!

Perfect Summer Getaway

I chose this property for our family vacation for the views and proximity to all the things we love to do on the North Shore and it did not disappoint! As soon as you get out of your car you can see the glorious glimmer of the lake. The house is tastefully decorated and welcoming. Each bedroom has a restful vibe and is a quiet place to get away from the group. Enjoying coffee every morning on the wraparound porch while taking in the sounds and scenery of nature was just what I needed from this vacation and it was perfect! Can’t wait to book another trip t!lake.

Relaxing retreat

We loved our stay here and will be back. The layout was excellent for two families (note that there’s no bathroom downstairs - not a problem for kids, but possibly challenging for older folks). The kitchen was stocked incredibly well with cookware, spices, cooking oils, cling wrap, etc. easily available. Mark was fully responsive and very helpful when we were looking for extra bedding. The location gave easy proximity to Tahoe City, Granlibakken and west shore hikes. We’ll be back!

Ski Trip

The living room is cozy and comfortable for all with view of lake and fireplace. Nine of us played games and had one nice dinner in. Walking distance to lake and West Shore Market & Deli. Close enough to Northstar. Close to Gar Woods too! Mark very easy to communicate with and accommodating!

Great place for a family get together

Clean and Cozy

The house had a fully supplied kitchen. All the utensils and pots and pans for preparing a family meal. Outside grill and Hot Tub worked great. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property

Great Great House

This house was absolutely perfect. What gorgeous views from this house. This house also has great parking and the access to get into the main floor of the house. It is perfect if you have someone challenged by stairs. Which we did. The host Mark was great. Thank you very much. I would definitely rent your place if we go back to Tahoe.

Cabin was just what we were looking for- walking distance to the lake, great outdoor space with views, kitchen with all the fixins and a hot tub. It was just the right amount of cozy for our party of 9. West shore is beautiful! Highly recommend.

We were two couples and a single, all related and in the area for a family reunion with 2 other households. Walking distance to the Sunnyside commercial establishments and the HOA beach. Comfortable common areas and a great deck with a lake view.

Overall a great stay

We stayed here for a weekend in May and were very happy with the experience. Check-in was easy, Mark was very flexible with our check out time and also answered our questions throughout the weekend. The location was perfect! It was close to everything and we even got a recommendation for a boat tour from Mark which worked out great for the group. Overall, highly recommend!

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a fantastic week at the cabin. There was plenty of room for our group of five adults. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it to cook several meals. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub nearly every day. Communication was clear and quick with Mark the owner. We were even able to request an extra night at the end of the trip! We hope to visit again in the future. Thank you for a great stay :)
