Om du letar efter en charmig privat Tahoe-miljö som också ligger nära restauranger, livsmedelsbutik och bekvämligheter är denna 4 sovrum, 2 badstugor med bubbelpool åt dig! Fastigheten ligger 3 km från Sunnyside Resort belägen på en privat cul-de-sac med lediga tomter på vardera sidan (Tahoe Conservancy Lots) som ger privatliv och magnifik utsikt över sjön från nästan alla rum i huset. När du kör uppför uppfarten från gatan kommer du fram till en stor parkeringsplatta framför huset som erbjuder gatuparkering för 4-5 bilar och en plan ingång till stugens bottenvåning.

JUNI-SEPTEMBER - Sitt dig på det stora omkretsdäcket eller i badtunnan och njut av avskildhet och solsken hela dagen. Gå 1/3 mil till den privata Tahoe Park husägare Beach och den berömda Sunnyside Resort. Tahoe Park-stranden erbjuder en halv mil vid sjön med två bryggor, ett bojfält, badområde, gräsmattor, grillplatser, picknickbord, basketplan, volleybollplan, hästsko pit och kajaklagring. Boka ett picknickbord eller boj med den vänliga personalen. Bekväm cykel- och vandringsleder till närliggande Paige Meadows från fastigheten.

NOVEMBER-APRIL- Njut av utsikten över sjön när du värmer fötterna i det mysiga vardagsrummet framför golv till tak spis. Sitt i den lyxiga badtunnan efter en dag i sluttningarna. För skidentusiaster är skidorterna Homewood, Alpine Meadows och Squaw Valley mindre än 15 minuter bort. Bekväm tillgång till garaget finns för lagring av skidutrustning, väckebrädor, strandutrustning etc.

Perfect Lake Tahoe vacation home

The property is every bit as nice and spacious as pictured! And the view is spectacular!!! It’s wonderfully decorated to give it a cozy, comfortable cabin feel. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Fantastic Family Gathering

Beautiful setting view of the lake, awesome deck, well-appointed kitchen, lots of extra blankets and pillows, bonus jacuzzi. Access to the Tahoe Beach club was unexpected and wonderful. They even had a FREE hot dog/hamburger BBQ one day. This is a great spot for a family or friends get-together.

Overall a great stay

We stayed here for a weekend in May and were very happy with the experience. Check-in was easy, Mark was very flexible with our check out time and also answered our questions throughout the weekend. The location was perfect! It was close to everything and we even got a recommendation for a boat tour from Mark which worked out great for the group. Overall, highly recommend!

Great place for a family get together

Our family spent a weekend at the house. All of the different rooms and configurations made it comfortable for all of us. Owner was very nice and communicative. Really wonderful weekend for all!

Private, great location, well-equipped.

We were two couples and a single, all related and in the area for a family reunion with 2 other households. Walking distance to the Sunnyside commercial establishments and the HOA beach. Comfortable common areas and a great deck with a lake view.

Cozy, clean & close

Cabin was just what we were looking for- walking distance to the lake, great outdoor space with views, kitchen with all the fixins and a hot tub. It was just the right amount of cozy for our party of 9. West shore is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Awesome Location

Great view from the deck and family room. Two families of 4 stayed very comfortably. We loved the location- close to Tahoe City, Sunnyside, wonderful HOA, close to Chambers and all the places we love in Tahoe. We really want to come back and my 22 year old and 18 year old agree! I got up every morning at 5:30 am and enjoyed the view.

Friends weekend

We have been coming to the Northwest side of Tahoe for a girls weekend for many years. This cabin was the best one we have stayed in! The view was amazing. The best was the wrap around porch with new comfortable furniture. We loved eating meals and having our morning coffee outside with that view. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The HOA beach was a plus and easy to get to. We will be coming back next year!!

Clean and Cozy

The house had a fully supplied kitchen. All the utensils and pots and pans for preparing a family meal. Outside grill and Hot Tub worked great. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. We would definitely recommend this property

Ski Trip

The living room is cozy and comfortable for all with view of lake and fireplace. Nine of us played games and had one nice dinner in. Walking distance to lake and West Shore Market & Deli. Close enough to Northstar. Close to Gar Woods too! Mark very easy to communicate with and accommodating!
