Denna vackra strand hem ligger i Seagrove inbäddat mellan samhällen i Seaside och Rosemary Beach längs smaragd vatten i Hwy 30A. Allt du kan önska dig i en seaside upplevelse väntar dig i denna rymliga 2500 kvadratmeter hem som ligger i Cassine Village, en av Seagroves bästa familjeorienterade stadsdelar. Vårt fritidshus har omsorgsfullt vårdats och vi vet att du kommer att känna dig som hemma det ögonblick du går genom de franska dörrarna.

Med tre stora sovrum på andra våningen och mästare på bottenvåningen, har detta hus den perfekta layouten för din utökade familj och gäster. Det stora vardagsrummet är en sällsynthet i detta område och sittplatser är riklig. Ett rymligt, välutrustat kök är ett plus tillsammans med matplats för 11, en bekväm utomhusdusch (det har varmt vatten!) och tvättstuga vid sidan av ingången. Tvättstugan har också ett extra kylskåp!

Alla bekvämligheter erbjuds i detta mysiga samhälle, inklusive simning i en av våra två pooler, tennis, basket och en fem minuters promenad längs våra murade trottoarer till de orörda sandarna vid Emerald Coast. Barnen kan utforska naturstig eller fisk från bron över vår samhällsdamm. Och de kan njuta av sina cyklar längs våra lugna gator eller familjen kan pedalera till Seaside. Det finns 26 miles av cykel / vandringsleder längs Scenic Hwy 30A. När det är dags för förfriskning är det bara en kort promenad till en pizza på Brozini (bäst på 30A) eller din favoritpasta på Angelinas. Boka på Café 30A (även inom gångavstånd) för en exklusiv matupplevelse, eller cykla till Goatfeather's Seafood för dagens fångst.

Beautiful home great beach getaway

It is a short walk to beach and restaurants and some shopping. The home is beautiful only con was furniture needs cleaning and so do many spots on the walls, but overall clean.

July 2024 Beach Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about our stay at Frankly Beach’n! The house is adorable and the location cannot be beat-within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, ice cream shops, souvenir shops, nature trails and a short trip into Seaside. The layout of the house was perfect for our two families and we used the screened porches every day. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever found in a rental and the extra fridge was a bonus! Benchmark Management was so easy to work with and we are already planning to come back next summer!

House was very well equipped and we only needed one thing while we were there and benchmark quickly delivered. My only complaint would be that the two community pools are much smaller than they appear in photos and very crowded since it was peak season.

Amazing Beach House!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing! One of the best I've ever stayed in. It was perfect for my family, which included our 6 children plus my father. The house was spacious and full of thoughtful touches. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the numerous hooks to hang wet suits and towels on were so helpful, and the front porch was an absolute dream. It was beautifully decorated and made our beach vacation even more enjoyable. We loved every second we spent there! The management company was so quick to respond as well when the disposal quit working. They were so prompt, and had it fixed by the end of the day. It truly was a wonderful home!

Walking distance to restaurants, beach store, ice cream shop & donuts shop. Quite family oriented neighborhood, w/very well maintained streets. 2 very nice & clean pools. Highly recommend this lovely home.

Thanksgiving at the beach

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful rental house in great area! Very walkable to the beach, cute shops & restaurants. Cute quiet community with picturesque houses. We had everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner and more than enough space for seating for my family of 5. My only issue was the brightness of every bedroom in the morning. Curtains really need to be added since the sun comes shining in so early at 6am. My toddler was awake that early every morning so it was not a sleep in kind of vacation. I will look more closely at window coverings for my next rental in the area. Management company didn't fix a tv issue of only 1 of the 5 working so will not rent from them again.

This house is perfect for families of all sizes and shapes. We had 3 families with kids 1-15 and everything was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Good experience. Details need to be addressed. Stickerbushes growing into front entrance. Chairs for dining room table are very fragile; not made for large people. Front door screen is ripped but not a big problem. Grill has only one operational burner, automatic lighter does not work, and a manual lighter is not included in rental. Front porch had lots of sand. should be blown out after each stay. One of the showers upstairs has has the temp control valve reversed. Two bulbs in front porch light are burnt out and need to be replaced.
